Chapter Text
The candlelight dances gently across the walls of the secluded mountain hut, far from the hustle of Liyue Harbor. Shenhe sits upon the futon, her long silver-blue hair cascading around her pale shoulders, a soft flush rising to her cheeks. She gazes down at the curious contraption in her hand — the sleek, humming device Ganyu awkwardly handed her earlier that week.
"For... stress relief," Ganyu had said, her cheeks redder than Glaze Lilies in bloom.
Shenhe turns the device on.
The soft buzzing startles her — like the hum of a dragonfly's wings brushing against her skin. Tentatively, she lets it graze her thigh, shivering from the alien sensation. Her breath catches in her throat. It's intense. Sharp. Focused. Yet somehow... gentle. Her training has taught her to master spirit and body alike, but this... this strikes somewhere deeper.
She exhales, long and slow.
Curiosity builds — an unfamiliar tension winding in her core. Her fingers tremble slightly as she shifts, pressing the vibrator more boldly between her legs through the fabric of her robes. Her body arches instinctively, and her breath becomes quicker, shakier.
"What is this...? Why does it... feel like this...?" she whispers aloud, confusion and intrigue mixing in her tone.
The vibrations seem to echo up her spine, unlocking places she'd never dared explore before — not with her isolation, not with her discipline. But now, alone, removed from duty and clan, she lets herself feel. Truly feel.
And when the tension crests — with her lips parted in a quiet, trembling gasp — Shenhe isn't afraid. She's awestruck.
