Maya looked out her window as her parents left for the night. She prayed that coco and mymy would just leave her alone for the night, but just as she was thinking this she was interrupted by coco entering the room.
"Hoi Maya." Coco said with enthusiasm and Maya saw mymy out in the hall behind her.
"Our parents left us pizza money and we came to decide what toppings we should get." Coco said in her normal happy voice
Maya wanted to get an onion, ground beef, chicken pizza but her mind she knew better.
"Ew you like that on you pizza" "why would anyone eat that." She could hear what they would say too and about her.
"Uhh pepperoni or cheese is fine with me." Maya said half asleep as she always was.
"Wonderful that's what I wanted too." Coco said in a happy way hoping to cheer Maya up.
"Just let me eat stroopwaffles." Mymy yelled from the hallway.
"Sorry Mymy you have to eat some too." Coco said in a slightly stern manner.
Coco got her phone out and began to click around struggling to find where she could call the pizza place. Maya watched in slight frustration that they were still in her room so she offered to call for Coco.
"Don't let the autist call she'll mess up the order." Mymy yelled before sipping her juicebox.
"Mymy" Coco yelled at Mayas defense.
"Just be quiet so I can call" Maya said while trying to hurry.
Maya typed in the number and called the place.
"Thank you for calling Sotto pizza this is Semi what can I get you" the worker said.
"Uhh hi can I get a-" Maya realized that they hadn't decided what type of pizza to get. She muted the phone quickly and in a panic looked at Coco.
"What are we getting pepperoni or cheese" Maya said in a panic.
"Get which ever you prefer." Coco said with a sweet smile.
Maya began to panic "this was their plan all along to put m on the spot to make a full of me." She thought to herself. She began to sweat and panicked as the employee asked if she was still there.
"Uhh uhh a large onion pizza." She said in a rushh after unmuting.
"Alright that will be 10 euros" the worker said.
"Ok thanks" Maya gave her address and hung up.
Mymy looked at her a little mad. "Onion pizza? Ew"
Coco intrupted her "I think it sounds like it could be quite good."
Maya watched as they left and sat in her chair for a second "onion pizza?" She thought to herself "why couldn't I had just said pepperoni or cheese or anything, but no onion pizza" she thought in shame and sat there for the time it took for the pizza to be delivered.
Roughly 10 minutes later she heard the pizza get delivered, and she saw the driver drive away. She walked down the stairs with shame. When she got to the bottom of the stairs she saw Coco happily eating it and Mymy eating it begrudgingly.
"Stupid Dutch pizza." She mumbled. "Stroopwaffles are much better."
Coco saw Maya come down and greeted her with joy "hoi Maya this pizza is so good"
Maya saw how happily she ate, and she grabbed herself a plate and went back up to her room and ate in peace wondering did she really like it or was she lying. Deep down she knew that coco truly did like it but still she convinced herself that she lied.
