Sam had just woken up to his phone notifications, it was his group chat. Everyone wanted to come round and see their new TV they had just got in the sitting room. After he saw all the messages and pleading from everyone, especially Larray and Tara, he decided to let them come round in an hour and see the new TV.
The day prior colby had went out for some drinks with a few other friends and was majorly hungover, meaning he probably wouldn't want to come down to see everyone and say he since he gets severe headaches after getting blackout drunk. "Hey, babe." Sam said gently. "Hmm?" Colby responded not even half asleep and probably couldn't even hear him. "The group is coming round to see the new TV, s'that okay?" Sam asked quietly because if colby woke up fully and heard him he'd definitely say no. "Mhm." Colby responded still out of it and turned over to sleep and get away from Sam and his talking.
"Thanks babe, love you." Sam said as he got out of bed to get ready for the guests. No response from colby, he went back to sleep. The group didn't know that Sam and colby were dating yet and they wanted to wait for the right time to tell them, so Sam thought it would be a good idea to do it when they are here today. He would have liked colby to be with him for it but colby gets very awkward and would end up leaving out of fear.
Sam knew colby would get a headache when he woke up so he made sure to leave paracetamol in the bathroom cupboard for him.
After getting changed and tidying up a bit, Sam heard a knock at the door and opened it to see everyone. Matt and Chris came in first to bounce about and see the new TV, after came Larray and Nick talking about what they should watch for tonight's movie marathon. After that came Tara, Johnny and Jake all laughing about something said outside he didn't hear. "Here's the remote, be gentle." Sam said with a fake stern voice. "I will, I will." Replied Larray as he pushed past everyone and took the remote from Sam's hand as he tried to figure out how to work it along with the triplets.
"So, I wanted to talk to you all about something." Sam said as he walked to the sofa where everyone was already sat, their attention wasn't fully on Sam so they were still quite loud. Just before he could start he heard colby get up and walk to the bathroom.
Everyone went quiet, as if they were in a horror movie as they listened colby walk around a little bit before stopping.
"HEY BABE? WHERE'S THE PARACETAMOL?" Colby yelled, waiting for an answer.
"Colby has a girlfriend?" Asked Jake, absolutely shocked just like everyone else in the room, all staring at Sam waiting for an answer. "Not quite." Sam said back, getting ready to yell back.
"IT'S IN THE BATHROOM CUPBOARD!" Sam yelled back, earning an even more shocked face and gasp from everyone. "THANK YOU MY LOVE!" Colby yelled, totally unaware of everyone else downstairs.
"ALSO!" Colby said, waiting for an answer from Sam before continuing. "YEAH?" Sam replied, wondering what he wanted so he could talk to the group about their relationship. "HOW'S YOUR BACK AFTER LAST NIGHT?" Colby yelled, still unaware of the group now laughing at the situation. "IT'S FINE BABE, THANK YOU!" Sam yelled back, his face going red and he laughed with a hand over his face so he didn't have to look at anyone because he was very embarrassed. "OKAY GOOD, AND WHAT ARE WE HAVING FOR BREAKFAST?" Colby asked.
"COME DOWN AND SEE!" Sam said, trying to be as not sexual as possible. After that he heard colby leg it downstairs, obviously hoping for something else until he saw everyone staring at him, shirtless and in trackies. They all burst out laughing as it clicked in colbys head that they herd that whole conversation.
"OH MY GOD! I'm so sorry you lot heard that!" He said very embarrassed and just looked at Sam apologetically. "So yeah, as you've all probably guessed, me and colby are dating." Sam said in an obvious tone.
"And fucking." Nick said, continuing on Sam's sentence which made everyone including Sam and colby laugh.
"Tell us everything!" Larray said. "How is your back? Do you also need paracetamol?" Jake said with a fake concerned voice, tilting his head slightly to fake a concerned look. "Yeah actually, it must be pretty sore considering how we fucked like bunnies last night Sam." Colby teased, forgetting how awkward he usually is and leaning over the back of Sam to kiss him. "Are you kidding me?!" Sam said throwing himself on the sofa he was sitting on making him lie down in misery. "All the details Sam!" Nick said.
"No details!" Chris shouted, covering his ears. "When did you two even start dating?" Johnny asked. "Like a month ago." Colby said, leaning over where Sam was now sitting back up again. "So a while then, surprised I didn't notice." Tara said, disappointed. "We're just good at hiding it." Sam said before colby continued with. "It's a good thing none of you ever asked to stay over because Sam is loud as fuck and you would have known instantly!" Colby said as he looked at Sam who turned towards him to punch him in the arm as hard as possible.
"Colby!!" Chris shouted again, covering his ears again. "Well he's not getting it tonight." Sam said, angry. "We'll see." Colby said before walking away to go get food and water. "No more questions!" Sam said before lying back down in a puddle of shame and humiliation.
Suddenly he heard Jake say. "Is he big tho?" Everyone burst out laughing including Sam and colby, he herd colby respond with. "Hell yeah I am!" "He's average." Sam whispered to Jake who was now dying of laughter
