Help, I'm Alive

Summary:

“I won’t stop you,” Jisung wheezed, and suddenly the pressure on his neck was gone. His heart was still hammering in his rib cage, and if Minho’s black eyes and unwavering gaze on his throat were anything to show for it, the vampire could tell. They stayed like that for a few quiet moments, Jisung trying desperately to control his breathing and Minho staring hungrily at his throat as if he'd be able to taste him if he looked hard enough. Minho’s eyes slowly slid to Jisung’s, a predatory look in them that made the tips of his ears even hotter than they already were.

Work Text:

Lee Minho had been around for a long time. 437 years, to be exact. But never in his life (nor un life) had he met anyone like the young man standing in front of him.

Han Jisung, as the man had willfully spilled to him within the first .7 seconds of meeting him, was a very curious individual. A little too curious for Minho’s taste, but for some reason, he was entertaining him anyway.

“Do you sparkle in the sun,” Jisung asked him, not even trying to hide the mirth in his tone and on his face. The question only earned him a deadpan, almost annoyed, expression.

“No, we don’t sparkle in the sun,” he answered, dumbfounded by the words he was just forced to hear. “Think of it like a nasty sunburn that takes approximately thirty seconds. ‘S not a common hobby to go sunbathing unless you want your entire body to boil off.” Jisung cringed at that.

“So no beach trips then?”

“No beach trips.”

“That must suck.”

“Not really.”

They bantered like this for a while, the night going by in a blur. Suddenly, the small, cozy bar they had met each other in was closing in 20 minutes, and despite being annoyed by the bombardment of questions earlier, Minho found himself not wanting to leave Jisung just yet. He wasn’t sure why; he was never one to easily get attached. And he didn’t think he’d call whatever this was ‘attached’, either. He supposed he was lonely and appreciated the company, even if the company was a little boyish and asked goofy questions.

“Would you like to take a walk,” Minho suggested, and Jisung barely hesitated before nodding enthusiastically.

“I could use some cold air,” he agreed, “I think I had a bit too much beer.” He ended his sentence with a soft cringe that almost made Minho’s lips quirk up in an amused smirk. Instead, he only shook his head.

“Let’s get you outside then.” Minho smoothly slipped off of the stool he was sitting on, not knowing why he instinctively held out his hand for Jisung to take. The young man took it, not at all bothered by the fact he was willingly giving his hand to a near stranger, and a vampire at that. He stumbled a bit as he stood, but quickly brushed it off. “There’s a park nearby,” Minho mused, “would you like to head there?”

“As long as you don't drain me dry and hide my body in a bush, yeah,” Jisung replied enthusiastically, and it took all of Minho’s composure not to spit-laugh. He brought a hand to his face to cover his smile, shaking his head.

“I’m not- I’m not doing all that,” Minho said, fighting back laughter. He turned to the door of the bar, Jisung in tow, and the two of them headed down the sidewalk, Minho leading them both.

At some point, Jisung linked his arm with Minho’s, leaning slightly into his side. Minho should have been avoiding the touch, refusing this strange man to lean on him, but for some reason, the warmth was comforting, and he was too busy letting his eyes wander across the sky to care. He continued walking, mentally mapping out the constellations he'd familiarized himself with over the last several hundred years.

“Whatcha thinkin’ about,” Jisung asked, though he kept his voice soft so as not to disturb the comfortable quiet between them too much.

“Nothing,” Minho replied calmly, “just watching the stars.” It was Jisung then that looked up at the sky, smiling softly, and Minho ignored the fact that he noticed how much Jisung’s eyes sparkled and shone in the starlight.

“They’re pretty,” Jisung murmured softly, looking back over at Minho and smiling. It looked like he wanted to say something else, but evidently decided against it and turned his head back to watch where they were walking. Minho wondered to himself how such a chatterbox all of a sudden stayed quiet. He hummed softly to himself and looked back at the sidewalk ahead.

They passed a few shops, a few food places, a few dingy looking apartments, and then they were bordering on the park, a small river winding its way around it. The trees arched over them, their branches tangling in the dark, and distantly Minho heard an owl flying about. Jisung, on the other hand, seemed spooked.

Minho’s hand found its way to the small of his back, quietly reassuring him that he was safe. Jisung leaned into him a little more, and kept them close even when they found a bench to sit on. Minho looked at Jisung, studying him for a while. He cocked his head to the side a bit, and Minho couldn’t help but mirror the movement.

“Why aren't you afraid of me?”

Jisung smiled slightly. “I don't know,” he began, his voice still soft, not daring to disturb the night. “I should be, though. You’re, like, really intimidating. But for some reason, I don’t know, I’m just not afraid.” Minho quirked an eyebrow up when he was referred to as intimidating, but Jisung just shrugged, the faintest blush coloring his cheeks. “I mean, yeah, you’re probably really dangerous, and strong, and all this and that, but at one point you were human too.”

That shocked Minho a bit. He blinked owlishly, thinking back to the time when he was human. So long ago, just a hair of time in his long life. He barely even remembered his home. “That was a long time ago,” Minho observed quietly, and whether he said it to himself or to Jisung he wasn’t quite sure. “Am I the only vampire you’ve met?”

Jisung nodded. “I’ve always wanted to meet one, but never got the chance.”

“Why have you wanted to?”

“I’m just curious.” And that had proven to be very true. Minho smirked.

“And what else are you ‘oh so curious’ about, hm?” He didn’t doubt Jisung was curious about being bitten. Many humans, once they finally do experience it, get addicted to the feeling. Minho knew he was right on the money when Jisung flushed a deep red, and he could hear his heart skip a beat. That only made him grin wider.

“Listen, I wasn't gonna ask outright, but if it came up…” he trailed off as if he wanted his sentence to finish in the silence.

Minho didn’t let that happen.

“But if it came up?” He quirked his brow at him again. He always loved toying with people. Not enough to be cruel, but enough to amuse him and get the other person quite flustered. Jisung was pointedly looking away from him now, the blush still heavy on his face. “Don’t be shy now, what happened to the million question man I met earlier?” He finished with a grin, flashing his fangs, and he didn't think it possible for Jisung to blush even more.

“I mean- I wouldn’t- It's not like- Ehh…” Jisung couldn’t seem to find the words, and while his gaze was elsewhere, Minho shuffled only slightly closer, noticing how Jisung’s pulse fluttered in his throat. He could smell him; he smelled like cinnamon and brown sugar, and he couldn't stop his mouth from watering just a little. Maybe he was a little more into Jisung than he thought.

Jisung apparently noticed how Minho’s gaze flitted back and forth between his eyes and his throat. He swallowed, and took a shaky breath, only then registering how close they were. Jisung hadn't done anything to increase the space between them in the first place, but suddenly Minho’s knee was touching his, and Jisung’s shoulder was close enough for Minho to rest his chin on if he wanted.

“Like what,” Minho asked, his voice barely above a whisper. His breath fanned over Jisung’s neck, and he tried and failed to suppress a small shiver.

“Like- uhm- you can i-if you want,” he choked out, not daring to look away from Minho’s deep crimson eyes. He had kind of figured he would land himself in this position when he started talking to the vampire, but had no idea it would actually pan out like this. Minho grinned at his words, and Jisung didn't know when he got so close. “I kinda want you to,” he added, breathless, anticipation clawing at his insides. He had no idea what it was gonna be like. He tried desperately to remember any stories he'd heard of other people being bitten, but came up empty.

“I'd be lying if I said I didn’t want to,” Minho whispered, lips just barely brushing the skin of Jisung’s neck. Goosebumps rose on his skin, and Minho smiled again. “It's not like you could stop me anyway,” he pointed out cheekily.

A rustle of clothing and a blur of motion later, Jisung’s eyes were wide like saucers, and his hands immediately flew to Minho’s thighs where they were straddling his own. “How…”

“Like I said,” Minho started simply, a cocky tone to his voice, “it’s not like you could stop me.” He brought his left hand to Jisung’s neck, holding him with a near bruising grip, and Jisung gasped, choked, and Jesus Christ, he almost moaned. He hadn’t been expecting a show of strength, especially not like that.

“Do it.” The soft command from Jisung’s lips fell before he even had time to process what he said.

To Jisung, it all happened simultaneously too fast and too slow. Minho leaned forward, fangs bared, and all of a sudden a searing pain bloomed from Jisung’s neck. He gasped and choked out a cry, just as Minho rumbled out a soft groan at the taste of him alone, trying to muffle himself and not cause alarm to anyone else who may have been having a late night at the park. His nails dug harshly into Minho’s thighs, and he whimpered softly, pressing into Minho’s body to try to anchor himself against the pain. The seconds passed by too slowly, and he felt himself getting dizzy from the sheer hurt.

And then all he felt was warmth. It was as if someone suddenly took away all the pain in his body and put a heating pack on his neck. An intense heat bloomed from the bite, filling his whole body until he was buzzing from it. His eyes rolled back, and he sighed softly, feeling suddenly comforted despite the raging pain he felt just moments before.

Finally, the pleasure set in.

He felt himself slump in Minho’s embrace. One strong arm was wrapped around his waist, the other still holding onto his neck, and if Minho’s hand hadn’t been supporting his head Jisung thought he would simply collapse. He couldn’t help but let a soft noise escape him, his hands sliding up from Minho’s thighs to his hips. He fought the urge to roll his own hips forward but ultimately couldn’t, and shamelessly moaned out loud at the slight friction. He could feel Minho’s lips quirk up, and it made his whole upper half burn in a blush. He distantly wondered what the hell got into him, but he could barely focus when the physical sensations were so overwhelming.

“Does it normally feel this good,” he breathily asked between soft moans, and Minho only hummed sweetly in response. Jisung could only assume that it was a yes. Jisung registered too late that Minho moved his arm out from around his waist, and was now snaking his hand up under his shirt, nails softly dragging over his skin. Jisung gasped, jerking his hips slightly forward again, and dug his nails desperately into Minho’s hips. He heard himself whimper out Minho’s name, and his hand brushed Jisung’s hip, the skin suddenly so sensitive, and he needed him in a way he hadn’t needed anyone before. “Please,” he nearly sobbed, and he felt Minho smirk again. He didn’t even care about how lightheaded he was starting to feel. He needed Minho. Now.

Minho seemed to sense that Jisung was feeling woozy, and he made a soft disappointed noise when Minho detached from him, licking languidly up his neck to close the wounds. That didn’t deter Minho from playing with him regardless. Another soft plea from Jisung and Minho was toying with the waistband of his sweatpants, causing Jisung’s breath to catch in his throat. The sensation was overwhelming, and Jisung was dizzy, needy, he was a mess and there was an extremely hot vampire sitting in his lap who just bit him for Christ’s sake.

“Please,” Jisung cried again, and he leaned forward to press his forehead into Minho's chest.

“Please what, love,” Minho asked teasingly, and Jisung almost started sobbing.

“I need you. Touch me, anything, please.”

Minho decided to be merciful, and let his hand slip under the waistband of Jisung’s sweatpants. He wasn’t so merciful to give him what he wanted right then, however. He let his fingers graze over Jisung’s length, feeling the wet spot in his boxers, and smiled softly to himself when Jisung’s back arched involuntarily. Another plea fell from the boy's lips, and Minho leaned down until his lips were just brushing the shell of his ear. “You tasted so sweet… I would torture you more, but you've suffered enough, hm?”

Just as he finished his sentence, he rubbed his thumb harshly over Jisung’s tip through the fabric, and he cried out, bucking his hips into Minho’s touch. “ Please,” Jisung whined, and Minho took his time to snake his fingers under the waistband of his boxers. He gently swiped his thumb across a tear that spilled from Jisung’s eye, finally wrapping his hand around his length. Jisung let out a loud, low moan, and his nails dug sharply into Minho’s back. He stroked slowly, up, then down, then up again, and he relished in the way Jisung was begging for him.

Jisung's whole body was shaking at that point, and he began rhythmically rolling his hips into Minho’s touch. A part of him was embarrassed at how easily he was falling apart, but a bigger part of him didn’t care. Minho’s touch felt good , and he told him as such, babbling out praise between breathless moans. Minho’s composure was almost scary as he continued slowly stroking his length. It was too slow. It wasn’t enough. “More,” Jisung begged, face pressed into the crook of Minho’s neck. “ Please.”

And who was Minho to deny him? He picked up the pace, stroking up and down his length quicker than before, twisting his wrist and letting his thumb swipe across his slit. Jisung was a crying, moaning mess in his arms, and Minho brought his free hand to tangle in his hair. He yanked his head back, leaning forward to kiss the other side of Jisung’s neck, the side he hadn’t bitten. He trailed kisses from just behind his ear to just above his collarbone, letting his fangs graze his skin, even going so far as to draw a bit of blood. He lapped at it, growling softly against his skin. He'd be lying to himself if he said he'd tasted anything better.

Minho’s attacks on his neck only brought Jisung closer and closer to his release. He felt like he'd been on the edge for lifetimes. He was so close, he moaned, gasping and bucking his hips up into Minho’s hand. He cried and whined and begged and pleaded for him, his arms wrapping around Minho’s lithe figure and pulling him close. He nosed into the crook of Minho’s neck, kissing and biting the spot where his lips fell. He nearly crumbled when Minho let out a soft, pleasured sigh. The sheer ecstasy of it all was dizzying, and Jisung clawed at Minho’s back, arching his spine into him, shaking all over.

“Let go, sweetheart. You deserve it.” The words slid like honey from Minho’s lips, and that was all Jisung needed. Brows knitted upward, his jaw dropped and his lips formed a perfect ‘o’, and Jisung found himself gasping for air as his orgasm crashed over him. He stilled completely, shaking in Minho’s arms, making a mess of himself in his boxers. After several moments, he breathed out a string of curses, finally falling limp in Minho’s arms. Minho slowly rubbed his hand up and down Jisung’s back, his other hand neatly tucking him away and setting his clothes back into place.

The two of them stayed like that for what felt like hours, Jisung sleepily clinging to Minho, and Minho sitting comfortably in Jisung’s lap, curled protectively around him. Once Jisung had caught his breath and come back to his senses, he really thought about the situation he'd landed himself in.

And he really, really wanted to do that again.

He voiced as such, and Minho chuckled. “Same place next week?”

“Long as you let me ask you more stupid questions.”

“You've got yourself a deal.”

Jisung smiled.

“Let’s get you home now, hm?” Minho said softly, gracefully removing himself from Jisung’s lap and standing, extending his hand to him yet again. Jisung nodded, shakily standing from the bench. They linked arms again, and Jisung smiled to himself.

He hoped to do this again, and much more than just one time.

And Minho hoped the same.
