and kazuma is holding the water glass for him and ryuu has his hands up to take it but his arms are so weak he couldn't have held it if kazuma let him anyways. he finishes most of it eventually and then pours himself a glass and knocks it back like a shot and van zieks does a little huff laugh but kazuma doesn't notice
and kazuma just raises an eyebrow at van zieks like 'do you want some' and van zieks shakes his head and kazuma shrugs an 'if youre sure'
and he puts the water stuff on the bedside table but he grunts twisting around because he's already SO sore and van zieks raises an eyebrow at him 'are you okay?' and kazuma waves him off and turns to look at ryuu who looks like he's fallen asleep already and van zieks rumbles a 'naruhodo' and ryuu normally would've jolted at that but he's so exhausted he just sleepily blinks his eyes open 'hm?' 'are you alright?' and ryuu sighs SO content and looks at van zieks with heart eyes 'i love you.' and van zieks turns a bit red and kazuma laughs all breathy 'i don't think that's what he asked, partner' and ryuu has closed his eyes again and gestures vaguely a 'yeah yeah im fine'
kazuma pokes at ryuu 'hey dont fall asleep now, you're forgetting to share!' and van zieks is still surprised that kazuma would want to be affectionate with him and cuddle and kazuma Knows hes surprised by it and he smirks at him as ryuu 'hmphs' and doesn't move, so kazuma grabs ryuu's arms and throws him to the head of the bed (but gently) and ryuu yelps and swats at him but it's useless
and van zieks moves his way to the head of the bed too and lies back and ryuu turns away from kazuma all huffy and wraps his arms around van ziek's middle and nuzzles into him like a pouty child, and kazuma narrows his eyes and practically throws himself across the bed to be on Top of van zieks' chest and ryuu's legs and refuses to move from there
