It all started in year 5.
The griffyndors had just lost their first quidditch match since James was elected the captain, and it was all his fault.
It was the first time that James felt attraction for a boy, and he didn’t even knew anything about him, just that he was from slytherin and kinda looked like a Black.
- It was a honour playing against the infamous James Potter and winning. Next time, make sure you don’t let me win. – The boy passes through him, laughing along with the slytherin skittles. Since when Regina don’t walk with them anymore? And she was an excellent seeker, why did they replaced her? What is happening? Who is this man?
- What happened up there mate? – A angry Sirius comes with Remus and Peter and ask him.
- Who is this man? And why is he so hot? – James thinks out loud.
- What the fuck are you talking about? – If Sirius was angry then, he is definitively furious now.
- Oh, you are dead James. – Remus laugh at him.
- What do you mean? It was just a question.
- That “hot man” is my brother you brotherfucker! – He declares, making James even more confused.

- I never had a sister, always my brother. – He says with even more rage.
- What she is trying to say, is that Regulus came out as trans, and prefer that people refer to him like that now. – Remus intervenes.
- Yes, and if you don’t support it, fuck off, nobody needs you here.
- Calm down, lady. Of course I support him. So… is Regulus single?
- No James, he isn’t single. He is dating Mulciber remember?

- I didn’t know you were into guys, Prongs! – Peter intervenes.
- Yeah, I didn’t know either, I always thought that Moony would be my gay awakening if I was gay. – James thinks out loud again and Remus laugh loudly.
- Oh fuck off Prongs. He is my moonbeam! – Sirius laughs and give a side-hug in Remus.
- I swear to god, one day you two will actually start dating. – Peter comment and Remus roll his eyes.
- We’re just friends. – He says, kissing Sirius’s hair.
- Oh, I wanted to have that type of friend. – James says putting his hand over his chest in a dramatic sign.
- Oh, I can be that type of friend, my love! – Peter says loudly in the empty corridor.
- Come here Pete! I accept your offer! You are so cute! – James hold his hand and spins him after he pretends to kiss him.
- Oh I love you so much my Prongsie!
- I love you more my Wormie! – James hugs Peter and Sirius pull James off him.
- That’s enough! Peter get off of my soulmate! – Sirius says, laughing loudly.
- Yeah Pete, sorry but I already have my true love.
- Is that me, honey? You are my soulmate but Remus is my lover, I am sorry.
- Not you Six, your brother! – He says, starting to run far away from his best friend.
- Oh you brotherfucker, come back here! – Sirius starts running after him while Peter and Remus just see the caos running.
While James runs with high adrenaline, he stop paying attention on the things that are happening in front of him, which seems to be a big mistake because unfortunately he bumps in someone.
The person he bumps nothing says, James thinks that he didn’t even realized that someone had almost run him over. He was just sitting down on the floor with the head on the knees on fetal position.
It took moments until James realized that the person was Regulus and Sirius came running.
- Oh fuck. Hey Reggie, I am here. Breathe ok? In and out. – Sirius sit by his side and hold his hand, breathing in and out. – Reg look at me, in and out. – Regulus looks at him and start breathing at his count. – Yes my boy, you are doing well. Now, care to tell me what happened?
- He dumped me Siri. – Regulus starts crying all over again.
- Hey, no, don’t cry. Why did he dumped you? – Sirius asks softly while doing circles in Regulus’s back.
- I don’t know! I couldn’t pay a single bit of attention after he broke up with me! It was like… like… - He tries to find the words.
- Time stopped? – Sirius suggest.
- Yes! I couldn’t focus, it was like my head was in a looping always repeating the same phrase, I needed to get out of there as fast as possible and now I am here. – He looks up and realize that James is there. – Oh, hey Potter. You saw all of that didn’t you?
- I did… but there is nothing to be ashamed of Regulus. – He looks a little confused when James uses his social name instead of calling him Regina, like he thought he would.
- You told him? – He asks Sirius.
- He asked. – Sirius shrugs and Regulus nod.
- Okay, the play is over. Go back on doing… whatever you were doing and I am going to my dorm. Meet you afterwards? – He asks Sirius.
- Yeah, see you at dinner. Your suit is tight!
- Your skirt is beautiful. – Regulus screams back and disappears in the corridor.
- That was… intense. So, now that Regulus is single… - James smiles maliciously.
- Stupify! Stay away from my brother asshole, I am not kidding. – Sirius points his wand at him.
- What the fuck? Sirius! – Remus and Peter run into the corridor, Peter goes help James and Remus go to Sirius.
- I am sorry! He was talking about my brother!
- Who is single now, by the way! – James screams even with pain.
- If he wont hear me, Reggie will.
- I am sure he will, James is a lost cause. – Peter says, looking at him with pitty.
