the noise of cars outside the window became quieter and darkness slowly descended on the city.
cold air leaked through the open window, causing a slight trembling over the body.
jihoon, covered with goosebumps, pulled the blanket higher over himself and soonyoung. he heaved a sigh and, hoping that kwon hadn't noticed, tried to gather his thoughts.
– soonyoung..? – lee’s voice was quiet, the guy was clearly worried about something that soonyoung didn’t understand. instead, he paused the movie and hugged jihoon tighter, giving him all of his attention.
– what happened, sweetheart?
jihoon took a deep breath and began to speak: – I know I'm not a gift at all... and my behavior, my actions, deeds leave wish for the best... I know that I can be terrible, rude, seem uninterested in communication, but please.. I hope you know that i really care about you? no, not like that... i guess... I love you?
he looked down at their feet, his heart beating furiously inside chest, he couldn't calm down, no matter how hard he tried.
– probably it's too early for these words, but this is what I really feel for you. I don't want to leave you and I don't want you to leave me...
he raises his head and look at the kwon again, and before he can tell something, he (lee) continues.
– i don’t expect you to answer me in the same way, it’s just ... – he does not have time to agree cuz soonyoung interrupts him, forcing him with one phrase at the same time feel so many feelings.
– i love you too – he takes jihoon’s face in his hands and says so confidently, looking directly into his eyes, while lee looks away and slowly dies. – I won’t leave you, honestly. until you ask me to leave.
it seems like the whole world hears how hard their hearts beat. soonyoung gently turns jihoon's head towards himself, forcing look directly into your eyes.
momentary silence and glances at each other are interrupted by a quiet a sob, and then another. are salty tears drops slowly flowing down hoon's cheeks and he doesn't even try to hold them back.
– god, baby, why are you crying? did I do something wrong? i'm sorry, I don't wanted to make you cry...
instead of answering, the sobs only intensified and soonyoung feeling how his heart literally torn, unable to look at it, cuddles jihoon so that he pokes his nose into the kwon's neck. soonyoung gently caresses him back, hugging tightly, soon after which he hears a whisper and pulls away a little.
– it's not your fault, soonyoung-ah. I just... feel too much right now, too exciting... the tears just started to flow. I couldn't do anything about it...
– you are my sweetheart ... – kwon whispered and gently rubbed the remaining teardrops from jihoon's cheeks, after continuing to simply stroke. his hand smoothly shifted to the guy's chin. one second. they freeze and just stare at each other. soonyoung the first to break the silence to finally ask the question that jihoon was waiting too long.
– can i kiss you?
lee is suffocating, forgetting how to breathe, but still squeezes out a miserable: "yes, please..." and eagerly reaches forward.
soonyoung meets his lips half way. you know all these stories about butterflies in the stomach?? well, it turned out to be true. get a kiss from the person you love – something that really cannot be compared with anything.
jihoon hooks his fingers onto soonyoung's forearms when he softly crushes his lips with his own. his hands and he himself are shaking slightly, but he still responds on kiss.
hoon melts under the gentle touch of the kwon's lips, feeling warm, emanating from him. after a few seconds, soonyoung reluctantly pulls away first.
they both have completely red faces and stupid smiles and look at each other with loving eyes. jihoon puts his hands on soonyoung's cheeks and, moving closer, literally showered his face with gentle kisses. kwon laughs softly and pulls lee on himself taking a lying position.
jihoon widens his eyes in surprise and looks at the other inquiringly, while he just laughs again and turns over them on his side and hugs hugging him. they both relax in each other's arms and lee feels like he's about to fall asleep.
– soonyoung-ah, promise me that when I wake up you will still be here, hugging me...
soonyoung sighs with a smile and hugs the hoon tighter, leaving a light kiss on top of the head.
– i promise, my dear, I will always be with you and hug you. sleep, don't worry about anything. in response, the lee only mumbled something incomprehensible and softly sniffed. soonyoung covered eyes and fell asleep after him.
in the morning, as soonyoung had promised, they woke up together, still hugging. after washing and kissing each other again, the guys thought only about how much they are happy now.
