Saturday, 1 am in the morning.
Asahi's ears are ringing, he hates loud places and hates loud people the most. And now he's listening to his new roommate's loud voice while talking to one of his friends.
He just finished drinking 6 cans of beer inside his room and he's tipsy so he laid back on his bed to sleep but his new roomie barged in their room in a loud voice. He's speaking to someone on his phone, laughing, probably came from a TGIF party because he looks tipsy as well.
His name Jaehyuk and Jaehyvk's loud voice is piercing to his brain and he's annoyed as f*ck. He said to himself to calm down but after 5 minutes he's still laughing his ass off.
Asahi is ready to throw fists and he doesn't care if the entire dormitory wakes up as long as this mf shuts up and Asahi gets his sleep.
So Asahi stands up, getting Jaehyuk off guard and stops talking
"Uhm… am I too loud?" Jaehyuk asks in a sheepish tone
Asahi doesn't know what got into him, probably because of the alcohol in his system.
Because instead of a punch….
He pulled Jaehyuk into a kiss.

Asahi woke up with a headache and a warm hand on his waist.
Wait. A warm hand on his waist?
Asahi sat right up in shock to see his roommate hugging his waist and is still sleeping in peace.
What the fuck is happening??
He slowly removed Jaehyuk's arm and got out of bed. His head hurts more as he tries to remember what happened last night.
OMFG. I kissed him.
Asahi hurriedly got out of their room and went straight to his friend's room.
"Who the hell knocks at 7 am?!" Hyunsuk's voice can be heard at the other side of the door.
"What the f— Asahi?" Hyunsuk's anger subsides as he sees his friend at his doorstep looking confused.
"Why are you here so early??" Hyunsuk asks. Asahi was about to speak when he saw Jihoon, Hyunsuk's crush and roommate, put his shirt on.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I must've disturbed your morning routine— I'll go" Asahi turns but Hyunsuk stopped him
"Hey, no, pfft, we're not.. well, anyway come inside, I know something is wrong, let's talk inside" Hyunsuk pulls him inside and locks the door.
Jihoon bids goodbye to the two as he goes to gym and let the two talk in private.
"Are you dating?" Asahi asks Hyunsuk
"What? Who? Oh.. him— No! I mean I wish— but no! It's complicated. But let's not talk about me, let's talk about you. You don't wake up at 7 am and bangs your friend's door" Hyunsuk pries
"I made a mistake" Asahi went straight to the point
"What mistake?"Hyunsuk wants him to elaborate
"I.. I kissed my roommate last night" Asahi held his head like it was breaking because yeah he has a headache and it's splitting his head into two.
"YOU WHAT? Are you drunk???"
"Last night, yes, I was and I was about to punch him last night because he was so loud and I don't know what happened — I suddenly kissed him" Asahi tried to remember what happened after but everything was so blurry.
"Is your roomie even gay? Why did you kiss him??" Hyunsuk responds in shock
"Exactly! I don't even know, it's been two weeks and we never really had a proper conversation since he moved in'' Asahi replies
"Don't tell me something happened between the two of you?" Hyunsuk asks again
"What?? No! I don't know? I just woke him with him beside me… and he's hugging me. but my clothes are still intact so is he.. so I think no, nothing happened?? God Hyunsuk I don't even know how I'll face him!"
"Why don't you ask him directly??"
"No?? I can't face him now?! God I'm so stupid when I'm drunk"
"So you're just gonna hide from him?"
"Can you let me stay here for today? I need to gather my thoughts"
"Okay, here some meds I know you head is breaking" Hyunsuk hands him some pain reliever

Jaehyuk is straight. Or so he thought.
Because he woke up alone and wondered where his cute roomie went. Last night was an awakening for him.He never knew he would actually feel something from kissing a guy and well, a very very cute guy at that. His roommate, Asahi, is a quiet guy and he's cute. Jaehyuk even wondered why Asahi is so pretty when he's a man. Like his facial features are more beautiful than a woman's. Jaehyuk thinks Asahi just had some good genes.
But what happened last night just woke something inside him. He got a closer look at Asahi's features and wow, damn his roomie is probably a demi-god himself for being so good looking. He remembered how soft Asahi's lips were, or how good Asahi smelled. Wow, Asahi sure did something great to him last night.
Jaehyuk suddenly felt pain on his cheek.
Oh. Asahi punched me too.
Asahi apparently got annoyed at Jaehyuk's loud voice last night because after Asahi absentmindedly kissed him, he threw a punch, then kissed him again.
Jaehyuk remembered everything and chuckled.
How cute.
He wanted to say sorry for disturbing Asahi's sleep but they got so caught up in the moment he forgot all about it. Jaehyuk never thought he would be kissing a guy in his lifetime but when Asahi happened, it felt good, too good that Jaehyuk wanted more.
So Jaehyuk got out of bed and searched for his roomie but he couldn't find him.
Where is he?
And Jaehyuk never saw him the whole weekend.

Asahi’s busiest day is Monday, which is tomorrow. His class starts at 6 am until 9pm with only a 30 minute gap from 12:30 noon - 1:00pm. He went back to his dorm room on Sunday afternoon and thank god his roomie is not there. He was able to finish his activities and prepare his things for tomorrow. Asahi decided to sleep early as well.
Jaehyuk got home late and found his cute roomie already sleeping. He wants to have a word with him but apparently his roomie doesn’t care about what happened last time. So Jaehyuk decided to just bury that sweet and painful memory at the back of his mind.
It must’ve been the alcohol. Yes, just the alcohol.

Asahi and Jaehyuk basically spent a week in silence. None of them brought up the kissing topic, none of them are even actually speaking. It’s like they’re both ghosts to each other.
And Jaehyuk the extrovert that he is can’t take it any longer.
One fine Saturday evening, Asahi was on his drawing desk working on his base sketch for their midterm project in his major class. Jeahyuk didn’t know (because for starters they were never close to begin with) that Asahi is the type to shut everything out once he’s doing something. Like he’s trapping himself in a space he created.
He needs more caffeine on his system to finish his work and rest. He looked down at his empty Iced Americano and decided to get another one.
Just as he was about to open the door, Jaehyuk beat him to it.
“Can we talk?” Jaehyuk opens.
Asahi knew this moment would come but he’s sleep deprived and short on caffeine, so he’s not really human right now.
“What for?” Asahi asks back annoyingly
“About the other night, you never apologized to me. My face hurts because of you punch you know”
‘Weakshit’ Asahi whispers under his breath
“What did you say?” Jaehyuk was just trying to break Asahi’s wall and be on his roommate’s good side but he could see it’s going to be difficult,
“Nothing, can you move? I need to go outside” Asahi tries to push him but Jaehyuk is like a huge block that wouldn’t budge.
“What the hell is wrong with you?!” Asahi shouts at Jaehyuk which made Jaehyuk raise his eyebrow
“What the hell is wrong with me?? YOU! What the hell is wrong with you! I have been trying to talk to you for days but it's like I’m talking to a ghost! All I ever wanted was an apology for the punch you gave me, my face fucking hurts you know??” Jaehyuk rants leaving Asahi speechless, it's true he’s been avoiding his room mate since that incident because he’s embarrassed.
“I’M SORRY!! THERE YOU HEARD IT! Can I go now???” Asahi is not really good with apologizing, more likely he’s not really good with socializing, he never really had a wide range of friends he had a rift with for him to learn things like saying sorry.
“That’s it?? After you kissed me without consent and then punched me after you thought one ‘SORRY’ would suffice???”Jaehyuk just looks at him in disbelief.
“What happened.. Happened already okay?! Besides, it's your fault for being too noisy!” Asahi backs down a little bit because Jaehyuk is too close, he can smell his vanilla perfume.
“Can you move already?? I need to go!” Asahi hissed but Jaehyuk didn’t move.
If Jaehyuk can’t get a proper apology from him, then he’ll just have to return the favor…minus the punch of course. Jaehyuk reaches for Asahi’s nape and kisses the younger. He switches their positions and pins Asahi at the door.
Asahi was too stunned to react immediately but when his mind was back on track he pushed Jaehyuk. Unfortunately the older is too strong and honestly Asahi is getting drowned with Jaehyuk’s kiss.
Why dafuq did they gave him a hot roomie ffs.
Jaehyuk breaks the kiss and says “If I can’t get a sincere apology from you then I’ll just return the favor” then dives in again.
Asahi, being sleep deprived and low on caffeine, gave in and let the older do his way with him. Jaehyuk reaches for the doorknob and locks it then snakes his arm around Asahi’s small waist. Jaehyuk never thought he would feel this kind of lust towards the same gender. It’s a first for him and he’s not stopping.
He carries the younger to his bed and lays him down, lips not parting. The next second, their clothes are on the floor. Both of them are fully aware of what’s happening, Asahi should say no, Jaehyuk should stop but their bodies are doing otherwise.
Jaehyuk wants to play with fire and Asahi is allowing himself to get burned.
