Chapter Text
He had been looking around the room for several minutes, but still couldn't see his target. It's weird. Usually, at this time, he sits at the bar a long time ago, drinking whiskey and cola, but today there was no trace of him. Felix for a moment even considered asking the bartender if he had seen him, but eventually abandoned the idea. He didn't want anyone to think he cared. Because it is not like that at all.
Still, he couldn't help but search the entire club with his eyes, watching people sitting at tables awaiting the performance. From this perspective, unfortunately he could not see the entrance to the club, so he was unable to tell if his target had entered.
“Felix, honey, we're about to start, and you're kind of anxious,” a familiar voice said to him.
Felix turned to his friend. Jisung, fully prepared for the performance; with makeup on his face and in a tight latex outfit, he looked at him worriedly and put his hand on his shoulder.
"It's nothing, I just ..."
"Don't tell me you're looking for that bastard," he said with mock indignation in his voice.
"Is that how you see it?" he asked resignedly.
Jisung shook his head in disbelief, a smile spread across his face.
"Darling, your eyes are literally shining right through the club and if you could, you'd make a hole in the wall," the boy said. "Or in the faces of all those people who are not him."
Felix sighed and his body felt oddly heavy. He knew Jisung was right: just because he would stand looking for him with a pattern did not mean that the man would suddenly magically appear. And Felix had duties to do.
"You're probably right ..." he said quietly.
Suddenly he felt his friend squeeze his cheeks and let out a sigh.
"You're adorable, no chance he doesn't come," he said confidently. "Trust me"
"But a moment ago-" Felix began not very clearly as Jisung continued to press his cheeks.
“Just because I don't want him to show up doesn't mean he won't. He can't deny your charm on stage, so he'll be here soon for sure. "
"Why exactly don't you like him so much?" Felix asked, finally freeing himself from his friend's hands.
"Because he's taking you from me!" he said a little too loudly, which made several people glance at them, but they chose to ignore them. “You are my sweet little twin and I need to look after you. What if he takes over my role? "
Jisung spoke in his usual funny way, but Felix sensed a bit of real concern in the words. So he decided to dispel them.
"It will never happen," he said, placing his hands stiffly on his shoulders. “I may like him, but you and I are inseparable. Nobody will separate us, remember that. "
Felix smiled sincerely at him, and Jisung couldn't help but smile back. Who could resist this angel like Felix?
"Alright, I take your word for it," he said. "Now let's go get you ready for the show, because in 10 minutes we're starting and you're still not ready."
Felix nodded, and the boys made their way to the small room where all the performers of the night were getting ready. The room was empty right now, which showed how little time they had left while everyone else was ready. Everyone except Felix, of course.
"There you are!" said the woman who deals with the stage makeup of individual artists. "I couldn't find you anywhere"
"Sorry, I lost track of time ..." said the boy remorsefully.
The woman could not be angry with him for long; not when he made that face.
"All right, all right" she only said, looking at the boy's companion at the same time and giving him a sign that he could leave. "We don't have much time, but we'll manage somehow," she added.
Felix said goodbye to Jisung, who, leaving the room, made a disappointed face, not wanting to leave the boy. But he knew that he had to do it because he came before him.
"You are lucky to be the last to perform as it will save us some time," said the woman. "You are our icing on the cake," she giggled.
Felix shook his head, but couldn't hide the blush that covered his face. People often told him similar things, so he should have been used to it, but it was quite the opposite. Felix on stage became something completely different. He took the persona he always wanted to be; on stage, he was confident, seductive, tempting and sensual. He knew what his customers wanted from him, so he did the best he could. That's why it brought such good results and the bosses were pleased with it. He liked to feel appreciated. Maybe that's why he couldn't quit this job. Here he felt needed, attractive and… important. Felix had never felt important before.
That was until he met him.
When Felix saw Hyunjin for the first time, he couldn't believe his eyes. It was the first time he had seen someone with such a handsome face, strong and firm posture and the most beautiful, gentle smile that hid something mysterious. His eyes were dark, almost so dark that Felix felt as if he were staring straight into the abyss of hell. Indeed, Felix believed Hyunjin was a demon and was sent to earth only to take possession of the poor boy's innocent heart. This is how Felix felt when he looked at the man; as if he had been in a locked cage all his life and Hyunjin had a key in his hand.

"And ... done!" the woman exclaimed approvingly, pecking her tongue.
Felix looked at his reflection in the mirror and at the same moment felt his persona take over. He was no longer the shy, insecure and complex Felix. Now he was the brightest star of all. And he was going to prove it.
"Come on, go now," the woman urged him.
As Felix took the stage, the audience went wild. It became obvious that they had come here for him.
The boy knew it and was going to use it to his advantage. He walked slowly across the stage towards the pipe, sensually moving his hips. He learned this trick so long ago, he doesn't even remember when. His heels echoed across the floor, and the red satin cape that obscured what was beneath it gently fluttered with every step.
The music gradually built up tension, only fueling the audience's reaction. When Felix reached the pipe he stopped and stuck one leg forward so that it was sticking out from behind the cloak. His teasing with the audience continued for a while, and then the performance began.
Felix was a master at what he did. How perfectly control of every part of his body was impressive. He stayed in the air longer than the others. His strength and endurance was surprising for such a small body build. But that didn't mean Felix didn't have any muscles. His outlined belly was perfectly taut, and the audience couldn't suppress their delight as the boy exposed him.
As Felix continued to twist, his blonde wig slipped slightly, but he quickly adjusted it, hoping no one noticed. It was his favorite wig: the front was cut short, but the back was waist-high. In his free time, he liked to play with it and once even thought that he would be reprimanded for it, but to his surprise it turned out that the stylist gave him a silent consent to it.
His clothing today was extremely tempting and left little to the imagination. Short, black shorts were cut on the sides, and the whole thing was decorated with golden elements. His leather crop top had zippers that led all the way to the nipples that he could reveal at any moment. For all this, he wore a harness that tightly hugged his body. There was a delicate choker with a ribbon around the neck. His face was luminous, both from sweat and highlighter. But that was not the most important element. It was his freckles that came to the fore. The freckles that had always been his complex now became his trump card. They were covered with glitter and some of them had stars glued on them. The whole thing was to resemble the constellations of stars.
Felix, completely absorbed in the dance, did not notice it at first. It was only when the music ended and Felix opened his eyes that he saw him.
Hyunjin was sitting at one of the tables at the end of the room. He was wearing a suit and his red tie was completely loosened. The black shirt had a few buttons buttoned up, revealing the chest. Felix felt hot at the sight. However, when he made eye contact with the man after a while, his legs felt like cotton wool.
Hyunjin stared at him with fire in his eyes. And hunger. The dark-haired man looked as if he wanted to eat Felix alive.
Felix stood mesmerized on the stage, not hearing the applause of the audience, not hearing the call from behind the stage. He didn't even react when the audience started whispering and wondering if something had happened to him. For a boy, nothing but the eyes of a man existed. It was only after Jisung entered the stage and shook him several times that Felix came to his senses.
"Felix!" a clearly worried brunet said. "What happened? Are you okay?"
"N-no, I ..."
"Wait" he interrupted him quickly. "First we have to get off the stage, people are watching."
Felix nodded absently, letting himself be led by the hand like a doll. Jisung managed to pick up the blonde's cape from the ground and cover him. Felix didn't even notice when the hot wave of excitement subsided and he began to shiver with the cold.
Once they were in a safe place, away from the staff and private enough for them to talk in peace, Jisung sat Felix in an armchair while he knelt down in front of him, wanting to meet his eyes.
"I saw him," said Felix.
"Whom? Hyun- "
"Yes," interrupted him quickly, "It was him, I'm sure"
"Okay, but ... that made you stand still?" Jisung asked, "From my perspective it looked really strange ..."
“I…” Felix began hesitantly, “I don't know what exactly happened. It was like a sudden impulse? I couldn't move... "
Felix's words worried the brunet even more, which was visible on his face.
"It's probably nothing serious!" Felix tried to calm him down.
Jisung frowned even more and shook his head disapprovingly.
"This has never happened to you before, has it?"
"Actually ..."
"What?!" Jisung said louder than he intended, but the prospect of Felix withholding something from him shocked him too much.
"The first time I saw him ..." he mused. “During our first meeting, I felt something very similar, but not as strong as it is now. I felt something like an electrical impulse, but I could move. Now I couldn't.”
"And it only happens when you see him?" Jisung asked.
"I think so ..."
"Maybe you should talk to him about it?" the boy suggested. "I don't know if it's a good idea, but a ‘stay away from him’ solution is not going to convince you, hm?"
Felix nodded, smiling slightly. Jisung knew him too well. He knew Felix liked to play with fire, even if it would hurt him.
"I want to take a risk"
"Uhh, I thought so," Jisung said with obvious disappointment.
“Since I cannot change your mind, you must promise me that you will be careful. You haven't known him too long, who knows if he is dangerous? "
Felix stifled the snort that Jisung's paranoia gave him and forced himself to make a serious face.
"I promise"

Felix quickly changed into his normal clothes, took off his wig, but didn't want to waste time washing off his makeup. He didn't look his best right now, but he didn't want to risk losing Hyunjin. He needed to talk to him. It wasn't just about asking him what happened on stage. Felix missed him.
In a hurry, he packed all his things, slung the bag over his shoulder, and ran out of the room. He didn't want to squeeze between people, so he used the staff walkway. He went out the back door and was quickly outside the club. It was still dark and the wind was cold and strong, especially for this time of year. Felix was wearing only a thin jacket and he wrapped himself in it as best he could, but it still wasn't enough. He was about to swear under his breath that he hated the frost, but at the same moment he felt someone's hands on him, embracing him in a tight embrace, protecting him from the wind.
"Hyu ..."
"Shh" Felix heard right to his ear, "It's all right, it's all right ..."
The boy did not know what was happening. Suddenly the tension in his whole body faded, his muscles gave way, and he felt him slide to his feet. Had it not been for Hyunjin's hands holding him tightly, Felix would have fallen over.
"You were amazing, so beautiful ..."
"Y-yeah?" Felix whispered, unconsciously taking over the man's soft tone.
"All mine ... just for me"
"Hyunjin ...?" the boy started hesitantly when he felt the man tilt his head back.
“When I look at you, I can't help myself. Instinct takes over and I can't fight it anymore. I've tried, Felix.
"What do you mean?"
"That we will always be together"
Hyunjin bit the boy's neck with his fangs. Felix felt himself gradually losing strength. He felt his body go cold. He felt the life being sucked out of him.
Until he finally felt nothing.
