It was around midnight, some of the idols already went into their sleeping mode, tired after certain activities or training they did for the whole day. Some also decided to stay awake, either they couldn't sleep or still wanted to practice, mostly for idols who had live stage performances for the next day or sooner.
But there was also another reason, for example Leo who still stayed awake, scratching his head aggressively with paper sheet music and lyrics spreading all around him. Well, correction, all around the dorm room. His roommate, Natsume, sat on his bed with an irritated face. He tried to sleep for the past 30 minutes and yet can't even let himself rest peacefully because of Leo's whining and groaning voices.
"With all due resPECT, Sir Knight, could you PLEASE be quiet and let me have my sleep in peacE?"
"Ugh.. But I can't even focus on my new song, Nacchan! Can't you see how stressed I am right now?"
Natsume sighed, rolling his eyes tiredly. "Do you find any concern or care on my face about your proBLEM? And stop calling me 'Nacchan', it sounds worse when it comes from your mouTH."
"Always so heartless to me~! Uwaaa, and I can't figure out why Nacchan dislikes me with all the stress I have right now!!"
Natsume only sighed, he should have just accepted Nazuna's offer to stay in another dorm room. Leo still whined about him not having any inspiration for his new song. Natsume didn't understand much about being a composer, so he couldn't judge nor give any ideas except shout at him to be quiet.
Not wanting to stay awake dealing with his orange-haired roommate, Natsume decided to go to another room to sleep. He was thinking of either visiting his fellow unit members, but he knew that Tsumugi was still busy with the company, and he didn't want to interrupt Sora's sleep, also to the point that he remembered Sora had 3 roommates, including his fellow Eccentrics member and his nii-san, Wataru.
Speaking of his nii-sans, Natsume thought of sleeping in one of their rooms. Of course Wataru and Shu got excluded, Wataru was for the same reason as Sora, and Shu was still in Paris. He wanted to sleep in Kanata's room, but the thoughts of sleeping in the same room as the troublemaker leader of Crazy:B stopped him. They didn't have the best relationship, and Natsume still had a grudge to their 'no manners' attitude. He did love Kanata, but it will be best to ignore the troublemaker Amagi for now. After all, he needed a nice sleep.
The last nii-san was Rei, the oldest of them. He did come to Rei's dorm room a few times, even though his roommate was Eichi, another person that Natsume despised. Blonde guy that he kept calling as "Emperor", even just to see his face already made him sick. He still didn't understand how Rei wanted to be his roommate, despite what Eichi did to Rei, himself, and other Eccentrics. He knew Shu and Kanata still despised him, and for Wataru, honestly Natsume was still confused with their relationship. Though he still felt betrayed by Wataru joining Fine after their loss, he still respected and loved his nii-san.
Natsume sighed, he didn't know whether to pick either Kanata or Rei. He would just go to Wataru and Sora's dorm room at this point, but he already made up his mind to not interrupt them. But at night time like this, the person who would likely stay awake must be Rei, as he self-claimed himself as a vampire. And since he went to Rei's room often, it wouldn't be that awkward if he come over again.
'Maybe going to Rei nii-san is a better iDEA. Hopefully that Emperor isn't in their dorm toNIGHT.'
Took him a few minutes until he arrived at Rei's dorm room. He tried to message him via Hold-Hands, but then he remembered how Rei was probably too reckless to even check. One time he even forgot his Hold-Hands on charge in the airport when UNDEAD went on a world tour, at least that's what he heard from Koga. Knocking on the door, he could hear a tender voice from his nii-san, allowing anyone who knocked to come in. Natsume held the doorknob, really hoping for that Emperor or anyone who he knew to see him entering Rei's room.
And thankfully, his wish had been granted.
Rei was sitting on his own bed, which he actually didn't even use since he slept in a coffin that Natsume made for him. Other than him, there was no one in the room, not that Emperor or either Aira from Alkaloid, who was also Rei's roommate. Rei stared at him gratefully, hummed for a bit before welcoming Natsume.
"Ah, Sakasaki-kun~ Having another sleep problem?"
Natsume nodded. "That knight was being noiSY, so I decided to go to nii-san's room to sleeP. I hope you don't minD, Rei nii-SAN."
"Kekeke, as a fellow Eccentrics, and you're the youngest among us, of course I would never turn down your request. You can pick either the coffin or this bed, and no need to feel shy since it's only both of us in here."
"Ah, I was about to ask thaT, Rei nii-SAN. Where's that Emperor and Shiratori-kun?"
"Tenshouin-kun went to his… house due to family matters, and for Shiratori-kun, he said he will practice with Alkaloid and probably won't return until morning. For what knows if he will sleep in the practice room or one of his unit member's rooms. Hah, youngsters these days are surely filled with energy and optimism, they can't even have a break time for themselves."
Natsume tried to cover his yawn, not because of a long explanation from Rei, but it was his time to sleep and yet he still stood at the room entrance. Rei's sharp glare noticed it, chuckled and called Natsume over.
"I'm sure the adorable Sakasaki-kun is already sleepy. Have a sleep beside nii-san, I'll keep my eyes on you and make sure no one will interrupt your beauty sleep~" Rei smiled gently while tapping the empty side of his bed.
"Rei nii-SAN, stop treating me like a kiD!" Natsume protested, but the vampire didn't take it lightly. "Aw~ no need to be shy and come here. Or do you prefer if I call you Nacchan instead?"
The magician only sighed, there's no point to argue with his nii-san after all. In the end, Rei will keep annoying until Natsume got tired and accepted whatever nonsense he said. Natsume made his way to Rei's bed, crawled on top of it with a pillow and blanket he brought by himself. Rei still sat on the bed right beside him, smiled gently and rubbed his hand on Natsume's hair.
"Rei nii-SAN.. I told you to stop treating me like a chilD! I'm already an aduLT." Natsume whined.
"Yet you whined like one. And no matter, you'll always be our adorable boy, Sakasaki-kun." Rei patted his head, causing Natsume to pout and shoved Rei's hand away. "Kekeke~ Having you sleep on my bed, I wonder how the others will react, seeing their beloved youngest child sleep with me."
Natsume didn't answer, looking down to his own blanket that covered him. He loved and cherished all his nii-san, same as them to him, but sometimes they could also be a bit touchy, though it was a secret between five of them. Even after the tragedy and loss of Five Eccentrics, five of them still built a strong bond and connection with each other, despite their businesses and time consumed with their own units. But even until now, Natsume was still the favorite member among the others, or to put in simple, he got cherished the most from all his nii-san.
At first, he thought it was just because of him being the youngest. But more and more he can tell if their affection for him was more than that. Though he never complained or rejected, since he loved all his nii-san, and they wouldn't do anything that Natsume disliked. Most of them like Rei, Kanata and Wataru were comfortable enough to have a physical touch with him like giving headpats, caresses Natsume's face or hugs, except for Shu who showed his affection with words. But in private, some of them would took a bit further. Such as–
"Sakasaki-kun, you've been quiet for a while. Have something on your mind?"
This time, Rei put his face pretty close to Natsume, his hand still on Natsume's hair, and his questioning look, that for Natsume, really looked attractive. "A-aH! It's nothiNG, Rei nii-SAN!"
Rei smiled. "Hmm~ Very well. Now, have a pleasant sleep, Sakasaki-kun." Rei leaned closer to Natsume's face, held his chin with his fingers and gave a short kiss on his left cheek, then brushed his forehead to put another kiss on it. Natsume only stayed silent, a slight blush appeared on his cheeks, as he tried to hide it by suddenly pulling his blanket up to cover his face.
The culprit giggled beside him. "Always getting shy after receiving such affection eh, Sakasaki-kun? Never change, that's what we love about you."
Natsume still remained silent, literally didn't expect such a treatment like this to happen. His plan was just to come to Rei's room, have a nice and peaceful sleep, then in the morning he would go back to his room and start whatever will be on his schedule. Yet instead here he was, hiding in his own blanket and trying to calm himself or he would punch Rei for making him embarrassed.
"R-rei nii-SAN…"
"Yes, Sakasaki-kun?"
Natsume peeked from his own blanket. "Stop.. annoying mE. I'm trying to sleeP!"
Rei only chuckled. "My apologies, I won't interrupt you now. Have a sleep, Sakasaki-kun."
The boy looked down for a second, unsure about something. Rei could've told if Natsume had things in mind to tell, but didn't want to push the younger one. Not too long until Natsume let out a sigh, pulling Rei's hand and stared at his red eyes.
"Rei nii-SAN… Sleep with me toO."
"Hm? Are you offering me to sleep together or something els–"
"I-i mean sleep as if sleep normalLY, nii-SAN!"
"Hahaha! Alright, alright~ Does Sakasaki-kun also want to have a little cuddling time too? You seemed to enjoy it in our sleeping session last week."
Natsume blushed and murmured under his blanket. "W-whatever nii-san wanTS.."
Rei wanted to tease him more, but he could see tiredness in the red-haired boy's face, so he held himself. Rei positioned himself to lay next to Natsume, putting his head on Rei's bare chest. Natsume snuggled more to him, tried to find a better position, then exhaled his breath calmly.
"Rei nii-SAN.. Good nigHT.."
Rei smiled and kissed Natsume's hair gently. "Sweet dreams, Sakasaki-kun."
It took a few minutes until Natsume finally fell into his dream. Rei still brushed his hair gently, a genuine smile on his lips, watching the younger sleep under his touch peacefully. Not wanting to wake the young magician up, he carefully grabbed his Hold-Hands and went to the camera app. He was still not familiar with using Hold-Hands, as Kaoru and other UNDEAD members still had to guide him a thousand times. Carefully he took a selfie of him and the sleeping magician, took a quick look at it and smiled gently. He reached the messenger app, carefully searched for one specific group chat, filled with his dearest friends' contact in it.

Whaaat??? Are my eyes deceiving me? Is this an illusion, perhaps a magic trick by Natsume-kun to devour us with jealousy? What a torture! Such a cruel, tainted prank that he created for all of us!

Shouldn't that be obvious, my dear friends? Sakasaki-kun couldn't sleep, so he came to me. And to brag things out, this isn't the first time our dear child had slept with me.

Nacchan never 'comes' to my 'room' and sleeps with me. I want to 'sleep' with Nacchan too.

Good 'night' Rei, Wataru, Shu, and Nacchan~
Rei smiled gently, able to have such a small conversation with his dear friends, even just by Hold-Hands, truly a moment that he will always cherish. Natsume still slept, brushing his face to Rei's bare chest, causing him to cover his own mouth for not giggling. Their youngest was surely an adorable child, no wonder how all four of them would do anything to protect and cherish him. Even with them having a different path, unit, schedule, agency, even country, they will find their ways to be together again.
Rei loved all of them, but there was a pride in him for being able to flaunt himself being with Natsume to the others. Probably since he knew how the others shared the same feeling as him to the magician. Five of them knew and were aware about it, either it was just platonic or romantic, for them as long as they're together, it wouldn't be much of a problem. Rei stared at the sleeping boy, rubbed his head gently before leaning down to kiss his lips. It was just a small touch, in case for not wake up the younger one. As he leaned back, watching the red-haired boy reaction for a moment before hugging him.
Rei suddenly startled when he felt Natsume wiggling under his hug, switching his position with his back leaning on him, like an invitation to spooning the magician. Rei pulled the younger closer, embraced him gently. Natsume still slept peacefully, how he can tell by hearing the calm breathing from the younger one. Rei kissed the magician's hair once again, before letting the dream take his consciousness over, until the sun rose up and greeted them to a new day.
