a for airplane: artem always gets to the airport early, and when traveling alone he typically has little luggage. he doesn’t seem like a neck pillow man. he just rawdogs his flight with a book and music. when he’s with rosa he makes sure to get comfortable seats and he buys her snacks at the terminal. him and rosa have definitely fallen asleep on each other’s shoulders in a plane, and artem is definitely someone’s (rosa’s) airport crush every time he goes.
b for bed: artem doesn’t like sinking into his mattress or pillow and prefers slightly firmer bedding. he has very high quality sheets and his bed is made perfectly each morning. he’s a pretty light sleeper, though he doesn’t mind waking up often to see rosa cuddling into his chest.
c for car: artem’s car literally smells so nice all the time. rosa doesn’t know if it’s car freshener or what, but she loves riding with him. artem knows how to change tires and how to fix the basics of the car because he’s just that cool. it’s also very clean and spacious, as rosa experienced after making out with him in the backseat.
d for dog: artem doesn’t really strongly support team dog or team cat over the other, but it would be so adorable to imagine him and rosa having a cat that wanders around their apartment and onto artem’s lap when he’s trying to work. it’s safe to say artem likes fluffy animals quite a bit.
e for energy: in the mornings, artem typically isn’t very awake until he goes for his dip in the pool or drinks his coffee. another sure way to wake him up is rosa kissing him- probably the surest way. she finds it adorable when artem stretches in the morning (see his mr stretching card) and can’t help herself from poking his stomach or his cheeks.
f for food: we know artem’s best dish is general tso’s pork and he’s an excellent baker, but he’s also gotten the aesthetic qualities of plating down quite well. he used to be a big cookbook person, but over time he’s gotten a hang of cooking with his own recipes and it always gets out the most compliments from rosa.
g for genre: artem likes non corny sci-fi novels, and he finishes them quickly due to his extremely fast reading. he has a bookshelf stocked with psychological thrillers and some romance, as well as a certain book celestine gifted to him. when it comes to movies, watching romance with rosa is always something he enjoys, along with old classic movies.
h for hobbies: artem loves to read and watch movies, of course, but he might also enjoy some musical things. he strikes me as a drummer or a cellist, or a euphonium or clarinet player in a wind setting. he also loves to clean, and enjoys shopping with rosa.
i for intellect: it’s an understatement to say artem is intelligent. there is simply no way to win an argument with him, no matter how stupid it seems. in a way, rosa sees him as a man above all normal standards. artem would say he’s no genius, he has just studied a lot. some use him as an encyclopedia (‘hey artem, what law does this break again?’) and others wish to have him on their side at all times.
j for jokes: his humor is either the most niche, inside jokes possible, or jokes he found off the internet. sometimes he’s funny without realizing it, coming with his cold cruelty to those who oppose him. he likes rosa’s jokes quite a bit, and she adores his smile that comes with even the smallest of statements by her.
k for kissing: artem promotes hygiene quite a bit, and he’s a very tidy man. so, he takes a lot of care of his lips, especially after he first got into a relationship with rosa. she introduced him to lip scrub, and he was marveling at the texture of her lips afterwards. and yes, the test was making out against the couch. at first, artem was a hesitant kisser due to his lack of experience, but with time, he became a master of quick pecks to long sessions.
l for legs: artem’s legs are quite long, somewhat muscular but still slender. rosa does love his thighs quite a bit (the feeling is mutual) and finds herself laying on his lap while taking a nap quite often.
m for menu: artem is a man of the classics; he enjoys traditional flavors and spices, and for dessert his favorite flavor is chocolate with a hint of coffee. he quite likes chocolate cake and tiramisu, and was elated to find out that rosa does too.
n for nighttime: artem tries to stick to a usual bedtime routine, sleeping around 10-11 pm each night. on weekends he tends to sleep a little later, and sometimes he gets carried away reading a book or talking to rosa until the clock reads very late. he remains generally alert at all times, and quite likes the softness of the night.
o for on ice: artem likes hot coffee, but loves cold brew just as much. he’s quite the coffee connoisseur, knowing the formulas for many varieties and flavors of drink. rosa says she prefers this over an alcohol connoisseur, in her opinion.
p for period: this may be random, but artem owns a menstruation crustacean (a crab shaped tampon/pad holder) in his bathroom in case rosa ever needs it. the bright red animal looks a little odd against his dark colored bathroom, but he enjoys the eccentric look of it. plus, it has helped rosa more than once. it’s probably from some home decoration store (homegoods).
q for quick: like his reading, artem walks pretty fast and is a speedy writer. he likes things done fast, though he also believes in quality over quantity in most cases. he is able to go quite fast in most things he does, which rosa has firsthand experience of.
r for roses: artem’s favorite flowers are peonies, and he often appears with a bouquet for rosa (along with her namesake, roses). he has a small herb garden, which he utilizes for his cooking at times. he also dries flowers and makes bookmarks with them, a process he enjoys.
s for scent: artem smells like cologne very often, but not just the regular cheap old axe found at every store. his perfume has a sandalwood and eucalyptus aroma, a distinctly masculine and dark smell. he knows exactly what scents rosa likes as well, gifting her perfumes and bottles of his selection.
t for tickling: he’s ticklish at his hips and lower back, and is quite embarrassed about it. rosa loves seeing the stoic mr. wing crumble with the feathery touch of her fingers, though artem is more emphatic (jokingly, of course) towards her and refrains from tickling her despite his torment.
u for unexplained: why does rosa love the little birth spot above artem’s right thigh so much? we’ll never know, though if what they about your moles being where your lover in a previous life kissed you often, then rosa is certainly assuming her new role quite well. artem certainly doesn’t mind coming down from his high as rosa kisses him there, so he’s not complaining.
v for vacation: artem is not one to skimp on amenities when he travels. first class air tickets, fancy hotel, classy restaurants, and most of all, private relaxation are all essential to him. he loves to spoil rosa at every opportunity that presents itself, and an outing is the perfect chance. he used to be quite reluctant to go on vacations due to his extremely strong work ethic, but now he’s softened in rosa’s wonderful company. also he pays for everything with his amex card because he’s got that prestigious company title.
w for warmth: rosa once called artem a human furnace due to how warm his grasp can be. any hint of cold, and rosa is already reaching for her lover’s hands. his hugs feel as if you were being covered by a blanket, a thermal and thick one.
x for x-ray: the topic we’ve been waiting for; that being artem’s abs. first of all, he’s no bodybuilder, just a man with a healthy routine and daily exercise pattern. he’s always thought of his body as the usual- nothing extraordinary- but rosa’s marveling has made him more confident. his chest has the dips and feel of abs, as well as firm shoulders (perfect to sleep on) and a prominent v-line.
y for younger: high school artem! as a freshman, he joined the mock trial club and became quite invested. he had a major growth spurt during middle school, during which he rose to the six feet tall that he is. i also see him joining something arts related to be well rounded (marching band maybe, though that’s probably just me projecting). he stuck with his clubs throughout high school, and did exceptionally well in every exam. not to mention, he was the cutest in every grade.
z for zodiac: it’s quite humorous that libra himself is a taurus, though the sign fits him quite well. loyal, ever so dependable, and composed describes his personality traits precisely. artem didn’t find too much interest in astrology until he read a little bit about it in an article rosa sent him, where he began to investigate his own personality.
