Work Text:

Adrian Tepes found himself washing his face at the bathroom sink, hoping that the water would wash away the dizziness he was feeling from drinking too much. He tied his long blond hair in a high bun to keep it from getting wet, and also rolled up the sleeves of his white shirt. He was drying his face with the towel when he heard a knock at the door.

"Alucard? I need to pee!" asked the girl.

Adrian took a deep breath, he was already able to walk normally. He took a quick look in the mirror to check if everything was in order and left the bathroom. Alucard was the nickname he had earned when he arrived at college. His father, Vlad, had been teaching there for years and the students called him Dracula, even if Adrian didn't know the origin of the nickname. So, it was only fair that Adrian was Alucard, Dracula's son.

"My bad, Lenore! I was almost dying." said Alucard.

Lenore was wearing a blue dress, mid-thigh length, with black lace on the sleeves. Her hair was half tied up, it was red and very wavy.

"No problem, kitten! Just not overdo it on the booze again." said Lerone walking quickly, patting Alucard on the shoulder twice and then walking into the bathroom.

Adrian looked at the line that had formed and felt truly guilty for staying so long in the bathroom. At least his sense of depth and space were back. He walked through the cramped hallway of Carmilla's house and into the living room. The house was not small, far from it. But it was so crowded that getting around had become a challenge. As he reached the living room he spotted Hector, Lenore's boyfriend, completely lost in the crowd. He was wearing tight black pants and a blue shirt with black lace sleeves which seemed like Lenore's dress. Alucard remembered that they were the kind of tacky couple who loved matching outfits. Not that he would criticize, in fact he would love to match clothes with someone.

"Hey, Hector!" he called out.

"Alucard, are you feeling better? Sorry, I shouldn't have made you do those three shots in a row." said Hector, looking very worried.

"That's okay, it was an experience."

"Good or bad?" asked Hector.

"Definitely an experience." Adrian laughed in response.

They both laughed a little.

"Lenore went to the bathroom, I guess you're after her, huh?" said Alucard.

"Really? Thanks." said Hector. "Drink some water, it helps the alcohol wear off."

"Okay, thanks!"

"Oh, one more thing." said Hector, moving closer to Alucard's ear and speaking more quietly. "In the corner, those two have been checking you out since you arrived."

Hector winked at Alucard and waved goodbye. Adrian glanced covertly into the spot Hector had indicated and found the couple Sypha Belnades and Trevor Belmont. They talked quite often on campus, so Alucard was already familiar with those faces.

Sypha was wearing a black sleeveless turtleneck shirt, a blue poncho, and high-waisted jeans. Her red hair was short and slightly messy. She was by far one of the best students in the entire university. Adrian had once seen her playing a game of chess in a championship, and she had checkedmate in five minutes. She was very engaged in politics and environmental causes, and also made sure that everyone felt welcome. Alucard enjoyed it when they talked about some topic and debated for hours. And he thought she looked extremely handsome while concentrating, whether it was with the books she read, chess, or anything else. Trevor, meanwhile, wore a red jacket with the university logo on it, a black tank top underneath, and beat-up jeans. He had short brown hair. Trevor was part of the basketball team, and had even gotten into the university thanks to the sports scholarship. He was really good at what he did, he was the star of the team. Alucard didn't really know whether he was a small forward or a center since his knowledge of basketball was very limited and his attention during the games was usually focused on the player's incredibly muscular arms and legs. Trevor was the kind of guy who liked to make a few jokes, but in general he was a cool guy. Alucard recalls that their first contact was in the first week of school. Adrian was eating a piece of ricotta cheese and drinking coffee and Trevor was outraged that he would eat only that for breakfast. On second thought, it was also the first time he talked to Sypha, she told Trevor to stop being a sourpuss and mind his own business. It was a pleasant memory.

Trevor was sitting in an armchair in the corner of the room and was not disguising the intensity of his gaze. Alucard could swear that he saw him running his tongue over his lips when their gazes met, and he felt a chill. Sypha was sitting on the arm of the armchair with a glass in her hand, she had a mischievous smile on her lips and was looking intently at Alucard.

Tepes took a deep breath and walked over to his friends, trying his best to pretend normality.

"Hey there, everybody!" called Alucard. Not that he needed to catch their attention, since they were following his every move.

"Good to see you, Alucard!" said Sypha, winking.

"Where's your glass?" asked Trevor. He picked up a bottle of vodka from the ground and poured some into an empty glass. "Drink up!"

Alucard knew it was better to follow Lenore's advice, but there was no point in denying a single glass, just drink it slowly. He took the first sip and it was undeniably good. It wasn't just pure vodka, so it was smooth and went down very well.

"It's really good. What is it?" asked Alucard.

"A drink I used to make in high school. Vodka, lemon soda and Sicilian lemon. Is it too sweet?" said Sypha, very happy for the compliment.

"No, it's perfect." replied Alucard.

"I told you it was good." grumbled Trevor.

Belnades looked at Belmont and stuck out her tongue. He laughed and stuck his tongue out at her too. Alucard finished his drink and put the glass aside.

They saw a commotion start in the middle of the room, some people shouting and a circle forming. They didn't want to be around when Carmilla arrived to break up the fight.

"We'd better get out of here." said Sypha. She got up from her chair, grabbed Adrian's arm and whispered in his ear. "Follow me, Alucard!"

Trevor also got up, but didn't say anything. He just looked, smiled, and held Alucard's hand. The three of them went in a line to somewhere quiet and found themselves on the second floor. It was the guest room, Adrian had already stayed there by Lenore's invitation. Even though the house was Carmilla's, she lived with Lenore, Striga and Morana. Adrian had already spent some nights doing college work or just drinking with Hector and Lenore. The room was very simple, a large bed with beige sheets against the wall, an old wooden closet that nobody used, and two armchairs. Sypha jumped out of bed and stretched out. Trevor opened the window to ventilate the room, took a joint and lit it. And Alucard, still a little confused, sat down in one of the armchairs, took out his cell phone and sent a message to his mother saying that he was fine and would not be coming home that night. She sent several emojis of hearts and replied telling him to be careful and have fun. Alucard really couldn't go home since he had agreed to help clean the house after the party.

"Alucard, are you really going to stay on your cell phone when we are all here together?" said Sypha. She was lying on her stomach with her feet dangling and her head on the bed, looking at Alucard.

The redhead felt a little uneasy, she was playing with everything she could, but she wasn't too sure if Alucard was picking up on the signs. About two weeks before the party, she and Trevor had talked about their relationship and how they were both attracted to Adrian and he was giving some indication that it was reciprocated. They decided that it wouldn't be a bad idea to be with him and began the moves.

"I was telling my mother that I wasn't coming home today." Adrian answered quickly.

Sypha's eyes widened and she turned to Trevor. He looked surprised too, but said nothing.

"I'm going to stay and help the girls clean up the mess." added Tepes.

"Oh, that's it then." said Trevor, a little disappointed. He knew Alucard was a little slow and didn't take hints easily, but this was ridiculous enough. He took another drag and let the smoke out.

Trevor remembered the last game, Alucard was in the audience and stared at him the entire match. He saw him biting his lips occasionally, and it was driving him crazy. When the game was over, Adrian came over to congratulate him. Trevor asked the blond if he would like to go out with him and Sypha, he agreed, but soon suggested that they call Hector and Lerone as well so that the five of them could go together. Then he knew that subtlety wouldn't work.

They heard the noise from downstairs lowering and then a crash. From the window, Trevor saw Carmilla throw a freshman out the door. He called to Sypha and Alucard to watch. Two other boys ran past Carmilla and carried the freshman who was lying on the ground to the car to leave.

"And don't come back here, you troglodytes!" shouted the girl.

"Carmilla, you rock!" shouted Sypha from the window, raising her arms.

Carmilla had long, platinum hair. She was wearing a red dress and black tennis shoes. She looked for Sypha's voice and smiled when she found it.

"Don't make too much trouble up there, or I'll kick all three of you out the window." said Carmilla jokingly.

"Yes, ma'am!" replied Trevor with a laugh.

The loud, dancing music started up again when Carmilla entered. Sypha pulled Trevor by the arm into the middle of the room to dance. She took the joint out of his hand, took a strong drag, and blew the smoke upward. Belnades held Belmont's waist and moved closer to dance with their bodies pressed together. He wrapped an arm around her neck and took his joint back, took another drag, and kissed his girlfriend. They had a mesmerizing synchronicity, their hands exploring their already familiar bodies. It was clear that it was a show to excite Alucard and he was hypnotized, he didn't even blink. He felt his hands sweating, his heart racing, and gulped. Trevor kissed Sypha's cheek and neck and looked directly at Alucard. For God's sake, if he didn't understand now, Trevor was going to have a collapse. He stretched out his arm and waved it for Adrian to come to them.

With each step Alucard took his legs trembled more. He didn't quite know what would happen next, but he was happy that his wish of months was going to come true. It wasn't as if he didn't understand the couple's intentions, but he was very unsure. So he took a deep breath and sent his uncertainties to hell. When he got close enough, he held Trevor's hand and kissed it. Then he pressed his body to Sypha's and they danced together.

Sypha turned to Alucard, rested her hands on his chest, and leaned in to kiss him. She was delicate and gentle, her lips were soft, much more so than he had imagined. Alucard pulled her waist with one hand and with the other supported the back of Sypha's neck. He was so immersed in the warm touch that he was caught off-guard by Trevor, who came up behind him and kissed the back of his unprotected neck, causing more shivers. Adrian felt his chin being lifted by Sypha, she broke the kiss and guided his face to Trevor who took the opportunity. Trevor's kiss was different, it was intense. Alucard was surprised by the piercing on his tongue, he didn't remember this small detail, but it certainly added more sensuality to that moment. Sypha kissed Adrian's neck and gradually went down to the touches. Her hands were large and warm, contrasting with Alucard's cold body. Their bodies no longer followed the rhythm of the music, they were all three trapped in their own world.

"Before those silly misunderstandings from the movies happen. Alucard, Trevor and I want to date you." said Sypha, as she kissed Adrian's collarbone.

Trevor stopped the kiss and held Alucard's face so that they could look straight at each other.

"And don't go calling Hector and Lenore this time." Trevor scolded.

The three of them laughed. Adrian untangled himself from those warm arms and threw himself on the bed on his stomach. The bed made a sound not suitable for a usable bed, the fear of breaking it became a motivator not to make any more sudden movements. He closed his eyes for a few seconds, feeling a small relief to finally relax his body. He suddenly felt a weight on his arms and felt the bed sink around him. When he opened his eyes, he saw Sypha and Trevor lying on his arms and looking at him expectantly.

"I love spending time with you two. I feel comfortable and happy. For a few months now I've been thinking only about you guys and how much I wish we could be together." began Alucard.

"Is there a "but" at the end?" asked Trevor.

"No, there isn't." he assured.

"All right, then!" said Sypha.

Sypha kissed Alucard's cheek and Trevor did the same.

Notes:

I decided to translate this fanfic because one person read the original Portuguese version using the translator, so I thought it would be better to translate it directly to make it easier for everyone to read.

I wrote this story simply because I LOVE these three, and I feel betrayed to this day that Netflix didn't make my OT3 canon. That's it, this story is just to release my love for them.
First time I started writing and published a story so fast, it was about 10 days. I'm proud of myself. A lot of this is thanks to Jão's Pirata album that I've been listening to non-stop since its release.

Thanks for reading <3
