Summary
Two years ago Will Graham's perfect life shattered in front of him. Partially it was his fault, it was he who left his husband and their perfect life behind, but he had his reasons and he stands by them. He's made do, though, he works, adopts dogs whenever he feels like it and tries not to think about how things would have played out if he didn't leave. The only reminder of his husband, apart from the ring in his sock drawer and a stamp in his passport, is a large bouquet sent to him every month on the day that they've met. But again, he's made do. He's content with his life. Or so he tells himself. That is until Hannibal Graham struts back into his life as a consulting psychiatrist on the Minnesota Shrike case, as eager to work on their marriage as ever.

Or basically a s1 rewrite, where Will and Hannibal met a while ago and got married, Hannibal taking Will's last name, only for Will to induce their separation after Hannibal kidnapped Miriam Lass
