Summary
In the late 1800s, Marcel, a young and brilliant scientist raised among the aristocrats of Paris, is sent at the request of his stepmother to Sebastien Valet, the “mad scientist” who lives a life full of mystery outside the city. Here, Marcel witnesses things that shake his perception of reality. A pair of red eyes and claws as sharp as knives do not frighten him; on the contrary, they excite him.
Sebastien is a magnificent creature, and Marcel is ready to do anything to make him even stronger.
