Summary
“So, what are you doing here?” Dongsik asks with a small grin as he sizes Joowon up. They’re in Dongsik’s hallway. The lights are dim, and Joowon hears the TV in the background playing some nature documentary.
“I wanted to talk,” Joowon says as he avoids Dongsik's burning gaze.
“We both have phones, and you have my personal number, Joowon-ah. What are you really here for?” Dongsik clearly doesn't buy his bullshit.
“I want to be with you,” Joowon says then, biting the bullet. It's weird to say these words out loud after so long, and he's afraid of Dongsik's reaction. If he were to reject him here and now, Joowon might reconsider starting that new life he thought about earlier.
The older man seems to be taken aback for a moment before he grins wildly. “Finally. My pretty flower, you're finally giving in to your desires. I'm so proud of you.”- A post-canon fic, fixing the bromance into romance, and so much more. -
