    Untouchable, almost.

    It was almost natural for Seungmin to assume—that Felix is an omega, with that slender frame and innocent face. With that lovable demeanour and sweet, sweet disposition. Every time he nuzzles into Felix (or vice versa), scenting him: tasting that decadent sandalwood-vanilla on his tongue.

    Seungmin was the only beta in his pack.

    How to work, to endure, to ignore things.
    He did everything he could for their happiness.

    But one day, things changed.

    Invisible balances shifted, unfamiliar scents began to alter. Bodies that didn't belong tried to fit into molds they were never made for and broke themselves in the process.

    Seungmin's body changed without anyone noticing.

    First, he felt everything too much. And then... he lost everything.

    Seungmin paused mid bite. "I had enough, Innie."

    "Not enough," Jeongin muttered. Then, avoiding eye contact, added awkwardly,
    "As your alpha... I mean..."

    Chan stirred his coffee and gave Jeongin a brief, proud look.
    Their youngest was growing fast.

    Not everyone was as subtle as Chan, though.

    "Woah!" Hyunjin cut in before Jeongin could finish. "Aren't you a tiny little alpha now?"

    A wave of noise rose from the table.
