Summary
At first, the white dot in the sky was too far up to see - too lost in the vast expanse of darkness for anyone to make out. But slowly that white dot fell lower and lower, until the snowflake became recognizable and landed on the pavement below.
The snowflake became a small, insignificant wet dot for a fraction of a second. Until it dried up and became nothing at all. As if it’d never been there.
