Summary
Stanley works for the Department of Closets. He’s been with the Agency long enough to be entirely unsurprised at the galactic-level cock-up that has somehow managed to assign two agents to the same client’s bedroom.
Bertram’s with the Department of Beds. He hasn’t even been on the job for a full day yet, and so far it’s all going wrong.
It’s a story about the monster in the closet (who likes comfortable chairs and a nice cup of tea) and the monster under the bed (who likes doing a good job and following the rules) and what happens when they start to like each other best out of everything.
