Summary
Pete wasn’t memorable. He was specially curated to fade into the background. Hair, clothing, even his personality dumbed down when he was on the job to assimilate with the rest of the force. The only thing he couldn’t control were his dimples, but his practiced smile made him seem innocuous which worked in his favor. Pete wasn’t too worried if Vegas looked his way because he was nothing special in the grand scheme of things. He’d be forgotten as quickly as he was noticed.
