Summary
Roier, the last spider hybrid in the Lands of the Old Faith, is sacrificed to keep The One Who Waits imprisoned in the underworld forever. However, he is resurrected by the imprisoned god on the condition that Roier builds a cult in the God of Death’s name. Eternally grateful, Roier returns to the Land of the Living to fulfill his promise, becoming the God of Death’s most devoted follower and greatest admirer.
