“So, what is this favor?” Penelope asked.
“Colin is a moron,” Eloise replied, and Penelope’s heart skipped a beat. “That wanker decided on a whim to go to Paris. His train has just arrived. But he can’t find a hotel. Everywhere is booked.”
Penelope’s stomach dropped, dread creeping up her spine.
“The Olympics,” she muttered.
“Yeah, as I said, moron. So, any chance he could crash at your place for a night or two?”

Once upon a time, Penelope had left to go study in Paris right after high school, leaving her toxic family behind. And she had never looked back. But that meant she never got the chance to talk to her teenaged crush, one Colin Bridgerton. At best, all they ever were was distant acquaintances.
