Also, Phillip referring to Caroline as his little sister just warms my heart. I never considered a fic that didn't take place immediately after the movie or within the movie events, but I am really loving how established they all are with each other in this story and how you so masterfully write that.
Aw, thank you again!! I definitely see Phillip as the "Honorary Barnum," which has often made me wonder how those relationships develop over time - especially as the girls hit those contentious teenage years and come into their own as individuals. I'm glad the characters seem solidly-placed to you within this timeline; I can't tell you how many months (literally!) I fretted over this chapter over that very concern. XD
