It’s interesting how the team dynamics settle over course of the series. They are, first and foremost, a team to which each brings unique, complementary skills. But over time the writers default to pairing Murdock with Face and Hannibal with B.A. Maybe an outgrowth of Face being the one who breaks Murdock out of the VA more often than not. As a result, the connection between them becomes particularly evident—and fun to write. 😀
