"By now the crowd has begun to filter out the school gates, leaving their joy and celebrations to the privacy of their warm homes—one girl even had her parents holding her hands. Kim Dokja follows them with his eyes, and the expression on his face must mean something for Yoo Joonghyuk to look so fraught."
As a kid, I remember both of my parents working long hours. Coming back from school, I would get greeted by nothing. It was a very hard rainstorm, and I had put on just my uniform shirt, as I never even saw my dad or mom since they both slept in the mornings as well. Watching kids get greeted by their parents with umbrellas, and then given hugs, and asked how their day was. It was heartbreaking, since I was just a kid who wanted comfort. Thank you for writing this, really loved this. I'm glad Kim Dokja has Yoo Yoonhyuk.
The writing in this story was beautiful. From the way you really embodied and made us feel. Honestly not gonna lie, when you put [The story ‘Companions in Life and Death’ wants to be told.]
Nearly sobbed, Yoo Yoonhyuk is so closed off, but he sure does know how to express himself with actions. Which you did so well! Again, wish I could give you a million kudos for writing this.
