    I can’t wait to see everyone’s reaction the first time Izuku looks at a full moon! Bonus points if he’s a calm giant green monkey unless Bakugo is present, then he tries to squish the annoying fly. Go ahead Kacchan, challenge Izuku to a fight on the night of a full moon!

      Unless the bracelet he has happens to be a holographic generator that also prevents him from seeing Blutz waves. Or, his dad cut off his tail on birth, so he never triggered Oozaru mode in the first place. Hisashi is a scientist and is presumably knowledgeable in being a Saiyan, so he would know about Oozaru mode
