    I love how my sense of humour appeals to you!

    Sometimes I write things - especially the mad science bits for Izuna and Tobirama - and I’m laughing because I’m imagining your face when you read it.

    (Side note: I finished E&E!

    Reading through our back and forth on the Izuna/Tobirama bromance gave me a breakthrough and I finally wrangled them into giving me something that I hope you will love.

    Then I promptly celebrated by writing two chapters of Caught and Captured before I realised that writing chapter 3 - Madara - meant that I had to do more world building about why the Uchiha are less authoritarian than the Senju.

    Because Madara wanted to argue with someone while Tobirama was waiting to tempt him with SEX.

    Now I’m back in the world building document.

    My brain, let me show it to you....

      Oh, lord, I have no context and I'm laughing. And suffering. This is how the porn ends up with all the feels.

      As for cultural, I find it interesting. On one side, the "vote with their feet" rule would make authoritarianism difficult inside the Senju. On the other, the very closed up way of the Uchiha (which, while not mentioned, MUST by force include hunting anyone that tries to escape) would either fall under total authoritarian type of clan that at some point would collapse (inevitably, someone or a faction would take issue and massacre everyone else... huh, kinda like Itachi), or A LOT of work gone into check and balances.

        That was pretty much my response to Madara too.

        I was like "Madara do you know that Tobirama is right outside waiting for you??? And he's really pretty right now???" and he was all "SHUT UP, I'M SHOUTING AT SOMEONE RIGHT NOW!"

        And you are absolutely right about the social structuring of the Uchiha and the Senju!

        It ended up being 3K words of world building and social structures and will land on the same day I post chapter 3 of Caught and Captured.

        That will be a big day!
