I loved the girls (I'm guessing Helena is named after Helen Karev and that's super cute), I loved that Jo was kinda unkempt but her daughters were all immaculate, I loved the way she just handed them off to Adams...
It warmed my heart how much the girls clearly admire their dad! Their candor in relaying Alex's opinion about the interns cracked me up (of course he doesn't think high of them), not to mention their considerations about Adams' prettiness and Edith squishing his face. Their extensive football knowledge was also very funny and it was adorable because it was so CLEAR they were repeating stuff they heard from Alex!
Another thing I really loved was Adams having to be more specific with Schmitt about which Dr. Karev he's talking about (I'm repeating myself here but THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE. Two Dr. Karevs and their mini Karevs).
