Intro:

Welcome, Merlin fanfictions writer! Feel free to add your own prompt or fulfill one of the ones given. This is the first challenge I'm creating, so I may have messed it up a little hahaha... if there’s any mistakes, don’t hesitate to call me out!

Okay, so what is this here exactly? It’s a place where you guys can create or use fanfiction prompts for Merlin! I always have soooo many prompt ideas, but not the talent nor the time to write them myself. And I believe, you all also have some amazing ideas you’d like to share! So I thought, I should create something like this.

FAQ:

Can I submit a prompt if I haven't answered any?
Sure! You don't have to respond to a prompt in order to post one.

What type of works can be written to fulfill prompts?
The work must be about bbc merlin, anything else is up to you! But if you write something nsfw or for adults only, remember to use the right hashtags and warnings!

Is there a length limit of a fan-fiction?
All fics must be at least 1200 words.

Any others things we need to consider?
The stories should have some element of storytelling and have proper grammar. There is no upper limit as to length or quality.. If someone has a prompt which is nsfw only, that’s fine as well, but use the warnings!!!!

I still have some questions?
You can always contact me on Twitter (@emrysxdragon) or via email ([email protected])

Rules:

1. Prompts with the rating above T, should only be written by someone 18+ !!!

2. All characters in fics above T ratings must also be 18+.

3. All work must be only BBC Merlin related unless a crossover was requested.

4. Properly rate and tag your content.

5. All works in English only.

6. Please only claim as many prompts as you can really write.

7. Please don’t claim all prompts at once... give other people a chance as well.

8. If you claim a prompt, you have to write it and finish. If you feel like you won’t be able to write it, for whatever reason, then message me and I’ll set it up again for another to try. Of course you can take as much time as needed, no pressure or deadline. But please don’t say you’ll definitely write it, but never get to it and just keep the prompt.

6. The prompts you claim should be at least 1200 words long.
