“Uh-huh,” Ed says, and Stede nods eagerly, too. Izzy’s theatrical tone is a reliable indicator that something special is about to happen.
“Well,” Izzy says, carding his fingers through Stede’s hair. “I figured we could teach our little boy a new trick.”

Summary
Ed’s hands follow their own instruction, thick tattooed fingers moving swiftly to untie the knot of Izzy’s laces. Above them, Izzy remains unfazed. He sits on the sofa, still and stoic like a statue, like whatever Ed and Stede are doing for him isn’t even worth a single glance.
It makes sense. They are just here to serve him, after all. A god surely wouldn’t spare a tired look for every single offering burnt at his altar.
Stede is taught to care for Izzy's boots and learns some things about himself.

“I’m hot all over,” Stede whines. “And hurts. My privates feel funny.”
Jesus. Izzy should send the kid back to bed, though he suspects Stede would only crawl right back into Izzy’s. He rests a hand on Stede’s hip, and Stede gasps. His skin is sticky and hot under Izzy’s hand.
“Daddy,” Stede says, and Izzy crumples like a used tissue.
In the middle of the night, Izzy is awoken by Stede blossoming much too soon.
