Dear Min Yoongi,
This year, the Human Resources department has decided to compromise itself to take care of the office’s employees by developing a set of strategies regarding personal and professional security.
Under that topic, it has come to the department’s attention that this past month you’ve been using your business e-mail to exchange messages with personal content with other employees in the office. As a proof of that, here I attach some copies of those mentioned emails in which, despite some of them having subjects regarding office’s matters, there’s a clear repetition of words not related at all with your work and responsibilities in the office, such as “Jimin, angel, love, crush” among other.
Thanks to the participation of our new department’s assistant, Park Jimin, your emails have been tracked and monitored from the period between June 24th of the present year to the current day.
Considering your actions, the resolution of the department is the following: you’ll fill a Human Resources Violation Form under the concept of a misuse of the office’s equipment, which will work as a warning to prevent this behavior of repeating itself. We expect your cooperation in the future in this issue in order to improve your experience in the office as well as the experience of the rest of your coworkers.

I didn’t add this since I had to keep the other mail professional, but hyung, I’m so sorry I’ve been reading the emails between you and Namjoon-ssi:( I wanted to tell you before, but I just couldn’t find the way to admit that Seokjin hyung had asked me to do that because I felt so flustered as you kept telling Namjoon-ssi all those things about me and that you were in love with me, and how I supposedly hated you when in fact I was just upset you were ignoring me when I was trying to be your friend! (And maybe flirt a bit…? I’m sorry for all my comments again! I was being really unprofessional!).
I planned on telling you at some point even if Seokjin hyung warned me about not telling anyone of what I was doing since it was you, but every time I tried I chickened out, and I’m really sorry for that, hyung! You are in your entire right of being mad at me for intruding in your privacy and even getting to use that information to know when to cheer you up (though, to be honest, it was all a matter of work. You know I wouldn’t have done it otherwise! The first part, not the one of cheering you up. That was everything on me, and I’m really sorry for doing that. I feel awful even if my intentions were good because I still acted behind your back).
I hope this doesn’t make you change your mind about the date, though. Because I like you too, hyung. I like you so much! You’re also funny, and cute, and handsome, and who cares if we’re the same height when your smile is the prettiest one I have ever seen. I love when you smile! And when you tell me the stories about Holly and when you listen to my own stories and eat the cookies that I bake for you, and I love the fact that since we started having lunch together I have noticed that you now bring more to eat that what you did on our first days meeting in the lunchroom.
I also don’t find anything wrong on you joking with being in love with me with Namjoon-ssi before. You two are friends, after all, and making harmless jokes is a nice way of entertaining ourselves when we’re bored, so please don’t feel pressured about that!
But if you decide to not ask me out after this, I’ll understand it too. Don’t feel pressured about that too even with all the things I said. It’s your decision and I’ll respect it.

P.S. 2: Hyung, you should also try to delete all your non-work-related emails that you send in the future with your business account. You mentioned a bunch of things about Taehyung-ssi and Jungkook-ssi using the business email too, but don’t worry, I couldn’t find anything since they delete everything just as Namjoon hyung does. I advice you to do the same.

Dear Park Jimin (not Kim Seokjin despite the business email belonging to Kim Seokjin as Park Jimin is the one managing because of course Kim Seokjin is far too lazy to check his business email and he made his new assistant do that),
After reading and analyzing the information that you exposed, since we both have done things that we feel guilty of involving the other and hiding it between us, how about we now both do things that are nice for each other?
I, for example, will continue with the stablished plan of asking you on a date when we meet during lunchtime as I like you a lot, as you have already read on my emails with Namjoon because it was your job and you were asked to do it (not because you wanted to pry in my personal life and of course I understand that and the fact that you didn’t mention it to me since you were following orders from your boss. Also, thank you so much for cheering me up when I needed. Even if it was a bit weird that you did it because of my emails, but I still appreciate). It has also become of my knowledge that you like me back. Going on a date together will then result in, as far as I can see it, a convenient event for both of us after all the stress that this situation has caused for us.
You, on the other hand, for example, could wear the yellow sweater that you brought to the office today to our date. Because if you’re wearing it to the office that means that you like it, and, as you also know it, I happen to like it a lot too. And you. I like you, Jimin-ah. So much.
I’ll patiently (not so much) wait for our meeting during lunchtime to discuss further this situation.
