Summary:

In the world of today where the global population size is reaching an all time low, (mainly due to the increase in Alpha/Alpha and Omega/Omega relationships) two friends are kidnapped and brought to a facility where their secondary genders can be altered. But it’s done without their consent.

The price to pay is a tough one—with many obstacles in their paths, but will they survive? That’s up to their own strengths.

Or where Toya goes from Beta to Alpha after a painful trial, and Akito goes from Beta to Alpha to Omega through an even worse trial.
