E grits his teeth and glares back at his captor. He yanks one more time at the rough rope binding him in such a humiliating position: ass up, face pressed to the cold floor. It’s no use.
The human embodiment of evil responsible - if it can even be considered human - seats itself next to him, peacefully unpacking a bag of groceries. "The cucumber will reach further," it murmurs, placing the large vegetable between them, "but the orange is larger in diameter and will hurt more going in…"
"Just choose already," E snarls, yanking once more at his bonds. He knows all it’ll do is give him rope burn, but he can’t just give up. He’s not like that.
That puddle of slime in the shape of a person, sensing distress, looks up. Their eyes meet.
The thing smiles. It has kind eyes. In this context, it’s unsettling.
"I know," it says. "One after the other."
