Chapter Text
Spawn was unusually lively that day. Players crowded around, conversations overlapping with the usual clatter of armor and footsteps, yet somehow the server remained peaceful for once.
Well… mostly peaceful.
“Jude, I’m being serious,” Flowtives said with a grin. “You and Sharpness would actually be cute together.”
The sentence hit Jude like physical damage.
His smile dropped so fast it gave everyone around him whiplash.
“Oh my GOD,” Jude yelled, dragging the words out dramatically. “Can we not do this right now? We were literally all vibing.”
Without another warning, he started swinging his sword at Flow. The attacks barely scratched him, but the message behind them was crystal clear.
Flow just laughed through it. “See? This is denial.”
“This is me realizing people just say anything nowadays.”
Jude finally stopped attacking and stepped back, noticing a few nearby players staring at the commotion.
Before he could keep arguing, another voice cut in.
“Why are we fighting?” Sharp asked, sounding genuinely confused as he walked over. “Everything was fine like ten seconds ago.”
That only made Jude look more offended.
“Nothing. I think we should all—”
Jude was cut off as Flow suddenly stepped in front of him, grinning because he’d just been handed the perfect opportunity to make things worse.
“Sorry Sharp, Jude just can’t stop fighting for your love.”
“What?” Sharp asked immediately, his expression twisting into irritation. One hand instinctively rested against the handle of his sword. “What exactly is that supposed to mean?”
Flow only smirked wider. “Oh, come on, Sharpie. You know exactly what I mean.”
That was apparently was beyond enough to set him off.
Sharp lunged forward, sword already drawn, and unlike Jude’s half-hearted swings from earlier, Sharp was very clearly trying to kill him now.
Flow burst out laughing as he scrambled backward to defend himself against sharp’s new motivation to kill him.
Meanwhile, Jude slowly stepped away from the chaos, watching the fight with a look of pure regret. He wanted absolutely no part in this anymore.
And Flow got what he wanted in the end!
