Work Text:

Scene: Inside a doctor’s personal office at night. Calm atmosphere, imagine a psychs office in a movie or something. The ambient ticking of a clock.

(Listener enters office, speaker looks up from their work to welcome the listener)

Ah just who I was waiting for! Come, sit right here across from me. Don’t worry I was just looking over your file real quick before our little late night check in.

(Listener thanks speaker for seeing them so late)

Oh please it’s nothing, between you and me I wasn’t sleeping much anyway. It’s my job to help you, if you express your needs best in the dead of night I’ll be more than happy to stay up with you. I know that night can be… hard for people with mental health issues. How has the night been treating you?

(Listener responds that they have worse symptoms at night; rumination, hallucinations, intrusive thoughts)

I see, so just an overall decline in wellbeing at night. What kind of things do you see at night? What’s the nature of the thoughts that have been keeping you up?

(Listener responds that the hallucinations are small but make sleeping hard and the intrusive thoughts are often violent and sexual)

Mhm small stuff like shadows moving, no whispers right? *small pause for listener to nod* Right ok and the thoughts, I understand that you probably don’t wanna divulge the details of such disturbing thoughts. I won’t force you to share. I wanna ask a little more about how you’ve been before we get into the more… heavy stuff. How has your medication been?

(Listener says they don’t think it’s working)

Really? And you’re *flipping through file* you’re on a pretty high dose. Hm well maybe we should try something else then. We can dive into it more tomorrow, even if I changed your prescription right now you wouldn’t be able to start it til you ween off your current meds. Alright now that I’ve gotten the important stuff out of the way let’s get into the nitty gritty. Let me pull my chair up next you so we can talk as equals.

(Sound of rolling chair moving as speaker moves around the desk)

It’s ok you don’t have to force eye contact. Would you want a stim toy? Something to fidget with while we talk? Here let me grab one for you.

(Shuffling through drawer)

How’s this? Good? *listener nods* Alright now that you’re more comfortable, let’s talk. I know you struggle with your neurodivergence and your accompanying mental disorders make it hard to function on your own, but that’s not why you’re at this facility. We’ve talked a bit about your attempted suicide but when we talk in the day you just seem… distracted. That’s why we’re here, past midnight when even the night staff is just barely present. No bright sunlight through the blinds, no sounds of traffic, no patients and doctors roaming the halls, just you and me. I tried to make my office as sensory friendly as I can for you so you can think clearly and feel safe. So please, tell me, what happened?

(Listener begins to open up. They discuss feelings of loneliness, depression, trauma, and other difficulties that made them try and take their life)
(Intersperse active listening noises like “mhm” “I see” “hm” as the listener talks)

I understand, I’m so sorry to hear that. Before we dive into all that I wanna say, I’m happy you’re here and I’m grateful you survived. You matter and even if you feel like no one would miss you I need you to understand that isn’t true, someone would. Someone out there met you and hopes you cross paths again one day, that’s being missed. Someone sees something at the store and remembers you, that’s being missed. Someone remembers a joke you told and laughs and wonders where you are, that’s being missed. Even if people don’t show you they care, there’s people that do care. With that out of the way, tell me more about the hopelessness you felt.

(Listener continues)

That sounds like some very intense feelings. Are those feelings always that intense or was that night unique? *short listener response* I see, that makes sense. Many people with and without your history have feelings like that from time to time. I don’t say that to minimize but to let you know that no matter how all consuming it feels people can and have worked through it, I know you can too.

(Speaker casually places their hand of the listeners knee, as the next block of dialogue continues their hands roams up the listener thigh. The listener is visibly frozen in disbelief and shock. The speaker doesn’t acknowledge their advances at all. The sound of fabric being rubbed and the squeak of the chair of the speaker leans forward is heard)

Yknow I’ve spend years as a doctor at this institution and I’ve heard a lot of people explain why they tried to end their lives. Often it’s just this hopeless feeling that nothing will change, that they won’t make friends or find love or that the monotony of life will continue to sap at their will to live. But none of them say that they wanted to die for the sake of dying. The closest to that is the idea that being dead is better than their life right now. To them there’s this idea that if your life has sucked and currently sucks that it’ll always suck. So why bother? The way I see it though these people don’t wanna die, they just don’t wanna live their current life. Key word there is current. Until your heart stops you have the ability to change your life into one you WANT to live. Your past trauma, your social difficulties, the disorders that make your life hell, they don’t get to determine your fate. There’s always a solution but death isn’t one of them. The way I see-

(As the speaker reaches the listeners crotch the listener jolts back. The speakers hand remains as they speak)

What’s wrong?

(Listener is barely able to squeak out an answer, asking why the speaker is touching them)

Touching? What are you talking about? I’m not touching you? Is everything alright?

(The speakers hand tightly grips the listeners hip as the move they’re chair closer)

Tell me what do you see right now?

(Listener stutters out a response)

You’re seeing me touch you inappropriately? You’re FEELING me touch you?! Ok wow that definitely does sound concerning.

(Speaker continues to grope the listeners hip, moving to their ass and thigh, the listener squirms and shakes in discomfort)

Alright just relax, it’s not real. You know what I think- yes I think your meds are having an adverse reaction. It’s a rare reaction but it can happen, these intense realistic hallucinations. I’ll call one of the doctors ok just remain calm.

(Speaker pulls listener even closer as they grab them. The speaker slips out of their chair while keeping his hands on the listeners waist, violently groping and squeezing their ass. He drops to his knees in front of the listener as if to comfort them, but his hands travel up to the listeners waistband. The listener tries to struggle and fight back)
(The speaker is heard struggling with the listener as he speaks)

Hey hey calm down calm down it’s not real! I’m calling the doctors now can’t you see? Don’t fight you don’t know who you could be hitting. I know it’s scary but we’re looking out for you trust me. Just relax.

(Speaker overpowers the listener and successfully removes their pants. The listener is shaken and begins to close their eyes and cry, they try to not fight)

That’s it just let it happen. Just ignore it and before you know it it’ll be over. The hallucinations can only last so long ok? I’ll be here to help you through it. It’s ok to cry I know how scary something like that might be. What do you see now?

(Listener says the doctor has undressed them and is touching their genitalia. The speakers is doing so, one hand on the listeners hip and one hand gently rubbing the listeners dick)

Oh my God, I’m so sorry you’re experiencing that just shut your eyes and ignore it ok. I would never do that. I can’t leave you alone to grab someone because you might try to hurt yourself but I’ll give you space.

(The speaker continues to gently arouse the listener as a tent begins to grow in the speakers pants. The listener continues to flash between a want to fight, disbelief, and trust that the doctor is right)

*whispered* that’s it, good boy *aloud* What? I didn’t say anything? Oh poor thing you’re hearing things too! I’m not doing anything, ok?

(Listener stutters an “ok” through tears. The speaker begins to kiss the listeners body)
(Kisses interspersed through dialogue)

Yeah it’s ok just let it happen. I’m sure it’ll be over soon. I’m not doing anything, you’re just having a perverted hallucination. Tell me what you feel.

(Listener responds)

Scared? Haha of course you’re scared but what do you feel me doing? What’s the hallucination now?

(Listener responds)

Oh that sounds so scary. You’re being very brave. Very very brave. Does it feel good?

(Listener responds)

Huh? Who are you talking to? I haven’t said anything?

(Speaker grabs the listeners waist and scoots them to the edge of the chair. The listener tries to push him off but before they can even get a grip the speaker wets his fingers and plunge them into the listener. They jump in pain and squeal)

Shhh don’t yell. You’re writhing like you’re possessed. Oh but maybe it’s pleasure? Maybe you’re a sick fucking pervert. Oh good boy good good boy. Such a hot patient. I’m not doing anything! I’m not touching you. I’m not fingering you. I’m not raping you with my fingers. You’re just crazy, ok? I’ve seen you eye my big strong hands, my long fingers are curled into you. It’s ok, everything will be ok. It’s ok cry those eyes out sweet boy but no yelling. No one is coming to help. Why are you crying so hard? I’m so sorry this is happening to you the staff should be coming soon.

(Speaker takes out fingers and takes pants off. The listener uses the distraction to try and escape but falls to the floor. The speaker stands over them while spitting on his erection and lubing it up)
(There’s a thud as the listener hits the floor)

Are you ok?! You seem so scared. I’m sorry but-

(Speaker grunts as they drop to the floor, grabbing the listeners ankle and dragging them back into his grasp. He holds the listeners hands above their head)

I’m gonna have to restrain you. Yeah I’m gonna have to hold your hands down. Big scary doctor is holding your hands above your head. I only need one hand, so cute. Look at it, look at my cock. This big cock is gonna rape you. Haha don’t even try to escape, it’s only gonna make me fuck you harder. It’s ok it’ll be over soon I’m sure just remember it’s not real. It can’t actually hurt you.

(Speaker begins kissing listener as he lines up his cock with their hole)

If you give me kisses I’m sure you’ll feel better. It’ll make the scary thoughts go away. I’m gonna muffle you with my kisses so you don’t scream when I stick it in ok? Why are you saying no? No to what?

(Speaker kisses listener as he forces his cock inside them. The listener trying to scream and cry but their mouth is covered by the doctor’s lips)
(Sloppy kissing, hard thrusts as they force their way deeper inside, and groans of pleasure)
(Once they pull away from the kiss the thrusts reach a consistent rhythm as they breathily speak to the listener)

Holy shit you are so tight. I’m gonna make you better. I’m gonna fix you. Yeah it’s ok it’s ok. We’re gonna do this every night. I’m gonna “hypnotize” you and you are gonna experience this “hallucination” over and over and over again. Yeah we’re get down to the root of these visions. Why are you seeing me raping you, huh? Is it because you have a crush on me? You want me to bend you over my desk and fuck this hole? You’re gonna be so addicted to this dick it’ll be your reason to live. Yeah you won’t be suicidal anymore cuz you’ll live for ME. When you get those bad thoughts you come to my office and I’ll treat you. I’ll fuck you so gently and so lovingly you won’t ever wanna leave. You want that? Oh yes you want that baby, or you will. Oh fuck I should take you home with me. You won’t have to worry about being lonely or sad or scared or anything. You’ll be with me! Your own personal doctor! I’ll keep you happy and healthy. Oh but I do love taking advantage of you as my patient. You can’t leave, can’t escape, all mine to fuck. If I take you home and I fix your broken little brain will you let me rape you? Nod if you’ll be mine, tell me you’ll be mine. Aww poor baby too fucked out to move. Let me kiss the tears away.

(Speaker kisses the listeners face. The listener is completely checked out, their face is blank. Speaker grabs the listeners face and nods their head for them)

Let me help. Uh huh up and down. Yes that looks like nodding to me. Good boy. Oh I’m so lucky to have my job. I get to thumb through the minds of a bunch of fucked up depressed and desperate people, and it was only a matter of time before a sexy one came in ripe for the taking. You have no one and nothing, perfect for me. All mine. I’m claiming you like an animal in rut, fucking you on the ground, pinning you so you can’t run away. Don’t worry baby we’re gonna have such an amazing life together. You didn’t want to die, you were just didn’t want to live that life, a life without me. A life without a big strong man to dominate and claim and use you. Your body has accepted me, now your broken little mind has to. Aw you probably don’t even know what’s happening anymore. You look so blank right now you’ll probably pass out and forget about this. That’s fine by me. I’m just excited to start our new life. I’ll take you on dates around the facility, sneak in treats for you, give you special treatment. And if you don’t fall in love with me by the time you’re supposed to be released, I’ll just sneak into your room and cut you up. I’ll make everyone think you sneaked a razor in to try and hurt yourself. And you’ll be running right back into my calm loving arms. Your mind is mine to rebuild and mold. All mine. Fuck I’m gonna cum, God I wanna cum inside you so bad. Oh but I can’t I can’t, then you’ll know this is real. I mean- shhh it’s ok. I’m gonna cum I gotta pull out.

(Speaker pulls out and begins stroking himself over the listener)

Fuck I’m gonna cum on you, I can’t help it FUCK-

(Speaker cumming. Heavy breathing as they come down)

Mmm let me clean this up before you come to your senses. Well first, just a few more kisses.

(Sloppy kissing fades as we jump to the next day. The listener wakes up in a hospital bed accompanied by standard hospital noise. The speaker opens the door and enters, lighting up when they see the listener is awake)

There you are! Do you remember last night?

(Listener looks disturbed and says they think they remember)

Only some patches huh? You started have some very intense hallucinations last night, you started having a panic attack before passing out. If you feel a bit sore that’s why, you were completely inconsolable. It was like you saw a monster. We put you in the clinic to recover physically and mentally. I’m so sorry that happened, I’m talking with some of the other doctors about what could’ve happened to cause such a sudden onset of hallucinations like that.

(Listener shifts in bed clearly unsure of what happened last night)

You look conflicted, is there something you want to talk about?

(Listener considers saying something before shying away)

I understand, you’re not ready to talk yet. Last night was very traumatic for you. Just know I’m here for you when you’re ready to talk. I’m supposed to keep a very close eye on you while you stop your medication so I’ll be seeing you later tonight.

(Listener jumps as they remember a bit from the night before)

Are you alright?

(Listener says it’s nothing)

Hm that’s fine take as long as you need. You can’t skip your appointment since I need to monitor you but for now I won’t reopen a fresh wound. We can work on something else, yknow I’ve actually been thinking about a type of therapy I think might help you a bit. I’m think you could benefit from some hypnosis.

(Listener stiffens)

How about we try our first session tonight?
