Every year is the same as a witch, you help out citizens, make new spells, and visit the Silver Eve. I never enjoyed doing that, I mean, I .enjoy going to the Silver Eve, but I feel like we’re wasting our time. You may not know me, I probably don’t come up very often, but I am Hoko Akarui, the creator of the star sigil. I believe your master told you not to use it because a “nobody” created it, and they’re right! Don’t use it!
I am currently coming back to Quifreys Atelier after visiting Asia. We were childhood friends back when he lived in the Grand hall. I visit him every year for 3 years. I was told he’s taking three apprentices but now he has four. I heard the fourth one is what I believe is the pupil’s “hope child” . I can't be mad at her, we’re not all that different.
“MISS HOKO!!” heard from a mile away.
That’s Tetia I hear, I still have no idea how she’s that loud. Well I must land now since I’ve already been spotted. *I would open the umbrella to glide down*
Ah, I must’ve forgotten to tell you this. What I’m holding is my “weapon” or the thing that helps me with landing, I’m not too sure WOAH *Hoko gets tackled to the ground by Tetia*
“Miss Hoko! We’ve been waiting since sunrise!”
“You guys must be excited for my arrival, well not to ruin your hope but we are still 20 feet away from the atelier and you know how much travel I’ve been through.” I sigh
“I was just so excited! I wanted to be the first to greet you!” Tetia said happily. “Well you don’t know her as much as me” said a voice from a distance. “That’s why I should see her first, Agott!” Tetia pouted.
“Well since you guys are both here you two can both escort me to your master.”
“I would be most happy to,” said Agott.
“Thank you, come on Tetia, no need to pout.”
“Okay!” replied Tetia.

“Well hello Quifrey and Olruggio, I hear you guys were very eager to see me today.”
“Not all that excited” answered Olruggio.
“Lying, I see Olruggio? You’ve been up since midnight getting ready then just sitting at the table with the biggest grin I ever seen you wear” replied Quifrey.
“Excuse me?” said the girl next to Quifrey. “Could you be the Hoko that created the star sigil?”
Huh, that's the new one I thought. “Yes I am, who might you be?”
*the girls face lights up* “HII, I’m Coco! I once saw you using that spell when you were getting fabrics from my moms shop!” Coco squealed.
“So you were the one who created the most perfect straight lines I’ve ever seen in my life.”
“Yup! That was me!” exclaimed Coco.
"You got the goods?’ asked a voice from behind.
“Well of course I got the goo-“
“You could’ve said hello first too, Richeh” Olruggio advised.
“Don’t worry, I got gifts for all of you from my trip.”
“You’ve been getting us gifts for the past three years, don’t you think we’ve been taking too much from you?” Quifrey chuckled.
“Well I prefer to buy things for others, thank you very much!”
“And she’s also one of the best gift givers in the world so I wouldn't complain” Agott added.

After dinner Hoko started giving everyone gifts, Agott got a new magic book with Hoko’s new spells, Tetia got a pen with fun decorations on in, Richeh got a pen with a small nib for her seals, Coco got a book on simple magic, Quifrey got waterproof paper, and Olruggio got flammable paper. As Hoko’s welcoming gift she got… a single tea cup set with no tea included.
“I’m sorry we couldn’t find you anymore Hoko, even being friends for a bit more than ten years” Quifrey admitted.
“Oh it’s fine, I’ve been gone for a year and went basically everywhere without the windowway, you shouldn’t blame yourself or others, although, it would’ve been nice if you actually included tea with the set.”
“You’re making me feel worse” whined Quifrey.
“Well if you don’t think that’s enough I can propose something for a little price.”
“Like what?” Quifrey questioned.
“Since I’m finished traveling the world I no longer have a place to stay and the Grand Hall is filled with too many people, so I was wonderi-“
“You can stay here! The kids love you and you’re great at protecting others!.” Beamed Quifrey.
“Oh, no need to flatter me, but my real question is, where would I actually sleep. Agott's room is full since Coco’s currently living there.”
“Well there is the attic,” replied Quifrey. “It may not be the best but it’s still livable.” That would be wonderful! Thank you very much! “It’s the least I can do” Concluded Quifrey.

“The room isn’t very luxurious but it is… Achoo! Nevermind! This place is dusty!”
After a cleanup the room became somewhat livable, but decorations became what saved the room from being bland and boring.
“Wow! I’ve never thought this room could be this homely!” said Quifrey while walking into the room.
“Knocking is also a choice you know.”
“Yes, but you weren’t answering to my knocks” Stated Quifrey. “Could you please go to sleep though, the girls have to go to bed and your heels aren’t making their sleep be nice.”
“I’ve already finished everything for this room so I’ll go to sleep for their sake.”
“Thank you” Replied Quifrey.

“WAKE UP!!” Shouted Tetia. “IT’S ALMOST NOON!”
“Shouting will get you nowhere,” Richeh informed.
“Master, is this normal for someone to sleep this long?”
“Well, she once slept throughout the entire day.” Quifrey replied.
“Don’t shout after a meal please- SHE’S STILL SLEEPING?” Olruggio shouted. “I CAN’T EVEN BE ASLEEP FOR THAT LONG!”
“I brought some ice cold water,” reported Agott.
“For what?” Questioned Quifrey.
“For this.” Agott replied while dumping all the water on Hoko.
“AH! WHY THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS HERE!? WHO DUMPED WATER ON ME!?!?”
“You’ve been asleep for over 12 hours,” answered Quifrey.
“And? That’s a perfectly healthy sleeping schedule.”
“Uh huh” Quifrey said, not fully believing her.
“We don’t have any plans today so why are you guys waking me up?”
“We’re going shopping,” answered Richeh. “Coco needs a new pen and we want a few items.”
“What does that have to do with me?”
“Since we didn’t get you a good enough gift we wanted to take you to the shop!” Tetia said excitedly.
“Fine, let me dry off and change.”
“Have you eaten yet?” asked Quifrey.
“Well, no… I just woke up.” *a loud grumble fills the room* “Hehe, I must be really hungry.”
“I’ll skip out on the shopping” stated Oluiggio
