He spent more time at Sun Hill than at home.
Adam hadn't meant too. It was just one of those things that happened with his job.
Every day he saw how easily people's lives got destroyed. Yet naively he never thought it would happen to him.
That it didn't matter what time he got home because his family would always be there waiting for him. And then they were dead. Poof just gone on the most normal day imaginable.
Adam would like to trade every second he spent at work to be with them even if only for five minutes.
