Work Text:

Wooyoung wasn’t sure how he got here.

Being a matchmaker, you never expect to have such feelings over your client. He prided himself on being a professional, and never straying away from it. However the second he  met Choi San, a new client hoping to find his soulmate, he  felt something shift inside himself. Something he had never felt, like he would have to worry about, because out of all the years he worked in this profession, he didn’t think he would crush over a client the way he was.

He tried to ignore the feelings, tried to ignore the way his heart would do that funny feeling when San would smile at him, showing him a dimple or two. He tried to ignore the way San’s muscles bulged in his shirt the first time he met him. Or how kind the other was, the way San would light up a room, it brought sunshine on a gloomy day.

What made everything harder for Wooyoung was that San wasn’t an easy client.

On week one he had done his new client consultation and with all the information he had gathered, he had thought this would've been easy. Everyone he had tried to match  him with, either didn’t work out or wasn’t his type. Every. Single. One. What irked him the most, was that he didn’t even try to go on dates with some of them. He just looked at their profile and would politely decline. Despite the tone, despite him telling him no, it pissed Wooyoung off.

That had gone on for a month, each week he would come in and repeat the process over and over again. Every Thursday, at four pm, he would start to dread San coming in, because he should have found the one by now. He should have had someone he was, at least remotely, interested in by week two at the very least. He had really begun to make him look bad, he had a reputation to keep up. So on week five, he had made it his mission to get San to agree to one date. Just one was all he had wanted from the other.

So, he had gathered all of his files that he knew would work the best. He had carefully analyzed each and every folder making sure they fit his profile, and somehow he got three files, ready for the other. He glanced at the clock and saw there was only five more minutes before four. He shook his leg nervously, hoping that maybe, this was finally the day that San would work with him.

A knock was at the door and Wooyoung immediately turned to it, that had to be him. “Come in!”

The door opened and his assistant, Yeosang, smiled softly. “Choi San is here.”

He nodded and watched as the other walked in. Tall, lean, and full of muscle, he had once again worn a tight fitting shirt. He immediately moved his gaze to his, to avoid staring. “Welcome back. Week five… I have dug very carefully through everything. Hoping something comes up for you this week.” Wooyoung advised as he grabbed the files.

San smiled at that and when Wooyoung raised an eyebrow with a questioning gaze, he immediately moved to defend himself. “It’s just you seem very eager to get rid of me Wooyoung ssi…”

Wooyoung felt his face heat up immediately at that. Especially at the way he had said his name. The casualness behind it alone made him clear his throat. “Well you came to me to find your soulmate, it just seems that I’m doing something wrong, since we haven’t found them yet.”

San’s smile remained. “Don’t worry… you’re doing everything right. I am just a particular man.”

“I’ve noticed that.” He said to the other with a knowing look.

“I’m sure you’ll find me the one Wooyoung.” He said reassuringly. There was something else in the tone he couldn’t quite read, something that felt hidden almost.

He gave him a smile before he plopped down the files in between them. The reminder of his goal hit him then, he would work hard to make San one of his successful clients. He then opened the first one, ready to go through, and when he rotated the file to San, it showed a woman around their age, hair shoulder length and wavy in this photo. She had a round face and a sweet smile. She had fit every one of San’s preferences they had written down, so he had hoped this was it. “This is…”

“She’s not it.” San said immediately.

Wooyoung stood there shocked, the other interrupted him, the urge to jump over the desk and strangle him right then was strong. Instead he had clenched his fist a moment as he tried to not lose his cool. “San, you didn’t even let me finish.”

San shrugged simply. “I didn’t need to… I just don’t feel the vibes.”

Wooyoung stared at him, almost feeling as if he would snap at the other. He took a deep breath though and closed the file. “Very well…” He said before he pushed it to the side. He opened the next file and he watched San carefully. “Do I need to continue or are you going to interrupt me again?”

San shot him a look. “You can continue.”

Wooyoung was hesitant, and when San made a motion that he insisted he would listen, he continued. “Okay… this is Park Youngsoon… she lives in your area, she’s a school teacher, and she was born in ninety seven.”

San hummed. “She’s cute, not for me.”

Wooyoung was just glad he could at least tell him the basics. If San would have interrupted him again, he would have for sure strangled him. He looked at the last file, before moving the one he had over. This next one was different, instead of a female like the last two were, this was a male. San said he had been interested in both, so he hoped maybe the change in gender would change his pace.

He opened the folder and he turned it to San. He watched his face and noticed how his expression shifted, it was different from the other two, he swore at that moment, an unsettling feeling hit his gut. “This is Song Changmin, born the same year as you, likes to take walks, has a cat, and he is also interested in both women and men.”

San nodded as he looked through his information. The way he had actually sat there and processed everything made Wooyoung hold his breath. He wondered if the other would finally agree to a date. Maybe show more interest than what he has been. When he looked up and nodded, Wooyoung stood there in shock. “What does that nod mean?”

“It means to set it up. I’d like to meet him.”

Wooyoung had a mix of emotions then. Relief, happiness, and others mixed within that he couldn’t quite comprehend. He took the relief and had gone with it, excited he had finally made progress with the other. “Perfect! I’ll set up the time for you guys to meet, and then we’ll see how it goes from there!” He said.

San tilted his head. “You seem excited about this.”

Wooyoung looked up at him in shock, not having expected that from the other. He noticed the serious expression suddenly on his face, almost as if he didn’t like how he reacted just then. “I mean, yeah. When my client finds a potential match, it shows I’m doing my job.”

San eventually nodded, there was something unreadable behind his eyes. “I’m glad.”

Wooyoung eyed him almost unsure how to continue, so he did what he thought would be best in the moment. “We’ll meet back next week to talk about everything, okay?”

San nodded and with a quiet goodbye, he got up and  left. Wooyoung stared after him, confusion had now replaced his relief. Why had he suddenly acted cold and distant when he had been so warm just a moment ago. He sat back in his chair and tried to rack his brain for anything. The longer he sat there, still processing everything, he knew he wouldn’t get anywhere.

So he tried to look at the positive side, San had been willing to try going out with one of his picks. After weeks, at this point, he had finally started seeing them get somewhere. He picked up the file and reviewed Changmin’s file. He had to believe this would be it, that San would have someone to make him happy. A twinge of a feeling hit him, and he sat there debating why he even felt that way.

He shook his head and plopped down the file. The only thing that needed to be on his mind was getting this date set up. So, he pulled up the email and began a new thread to Changmin’s contact. The title was plain and simple, enough to get the point across

New Match Found!

˗ˋˏ ♡ ˎˊ˗

The next week there was nothing from either Changmin or San, their date was the only thing on his mind. He had hoped that everything had gone well. It came to a point where he wasn’t sure if he was needing to know for San’s sake or his own. He had kept glancing at his phone or even going as far as pulling up San’s contact to ask how it went, but he held back and waited. He would wait until San would come in for his weekly check in.

It was Thursday and as always San’s appointment would be at four pm to review everything. He had been organizing some files, and doing what he could to clean up before the other would've shown up. It was also to not stare at the clock every second. He felt distracted and anxious, and this was never how he normally acted at work. He hated the feeling and no matter what he did, he couldn’t shake it.

He had realized it was 4 pm and he had lost track of time when the door opened. He quickly scrambled to put the file away that he had worked on, his attention at the door. “Your regular is here.” Yeosang said, in a teasing tone.

Wooyoung rolled his eyes and motioned for him to go ahead. He watched as San walked in and his face was neutral, which made it hard to read right there. He chose to stand, it would be easier to read his expression from where he stood. “Welcome back, so… how’d it go?”

“It didn’t work out.” San interrupted.

Wooyoung stood there in shock, all the hope that he had finally found the one for him crashed down. “I don’t understand… you two seemed so compatible…” He began as he tried to comprehend what could have possibly gone wrong. “What was it that didn’t work out?”

“We just didn’t have a connection.” San shrugged.

Wooyoung sighed as he ran his hands down his face, his hands pushed his glasses aside momentarily. This was one of his last ditch efforts and now it was gone just like that. “San. What am I doing wrong? Why is it that anyone I suggest doesn’t work for you?” He asked

The tone was sharp and definitely full of stress. San almost seemed hesitant to answer, but when he did it infuriated Wooyoung even more. “I’m just waiting for the right person to show up. We will find them.”

He knew some things would take time, but it just seemed that San didn’t even want to try. He didn’t even want to bother working with him on anything. He let out a frustrated noise before he turned to the other. “You. You frustrate me, you know that!?”

He didn’t mean to speak what was on his mind but at this point, he couldn’t care less.

“I frustrate you?!” San asked, shocked at the accusation alone.

“Yes. Why are you so…so complicated.” He argued as he threw his hands up in the air with frustration. “Never have I ever had a client so unwilling to work with me and the people I set them up with. Even if they are particular… I’ve dealt with all kinds of people San, you are the first.”

San stared at him, his gaze hardened before he took a couple of steps forward, their distance had closed just the slightest. “I don’t want to be painted as the bad guy because you weren’t able to figure out my perfect match. It's also my fault, you’re not seeing it.”

Wooyoung scoffed. “See what?”

San then stepped even closer, and when San stood right in front of Wooyoung he froze. The other’s warmth just an arms length away. He could see the way his eyebrow twitched, the sharp look in his eye, and the way he looked at him. The way it was filled with something that made his stomach ignite with a warm feeling. “You really didn’t see it? I would understand not seeing it on week one, but after a few weeks?”

Wooyoung’s heart raced as he looked at the other for a second. The more he thought about it, the more things began to make sense, and when things became clear he clenched his jaw. “You…” He began as he walked forward with a fire in his eyes, San had stepped back until his back hit the wall behind him. “This whole time you were acting like this… because of me?” He asked. His irritated eyes staring at San’s, now amused ones, a cocky smirk fighting at the surface.

Cocky bastard…

“Now you’re getting it…” San said in a low and dangerous tone, it made Wooyoung almost falter but he kept his stern gaze at him. “Now you explain something to me, how does a matchmaker, who is always around love not see when someone wants them…”

This time, San pushed forward, Wooyoung stepped back, eventually his backside hit the corner of his desk. He wanted things then that felt wrong to have, especially as San stared at him, hunger behind those eyes. He had to stay strong, he couldn’t let him win, especially after how much he had stressed him out. “You know this is unprofessional, right?”

San stood there, he only leaned a bit closer, causing Wooyoung’s heart to beat even faster, almost as if it was pounding to break through. “You can stop me, at any point, you know. You could tell me you don’t want me… and when I hear those words, I’ll walk away.”

Wooyoung was silent, wanting to find the words, but nothing came up. He had realized then, that he wasn’t escaping this desire as it clawed at him. So he looked him dead in the eye, and let out a huff. Without another word he reached up and his hands grasped the collar of the other’s shirt, pulling him in, lips meeting each other in a rushed manner.

San let out a surprised noise, but soon melted into the kiss and his hands immediately pulled the other closer by the waist. Their bodies pressed against each other as their kiss and the hunger within the both of them deepened. San had then moved to his jaw and neck which caused the other to throw his head back. His hands flew up to grasp at the short and dark hair on the back of his head.

That is when San started to unbutton his shirt, slowly, yet surely exposing more and more of Wooyoung’s skin. As he moved to remove the other’s shirt, Wooyoung stopped him. San looked at him confused. “What is it? Did I push it?”

San was a completely different person than the cocky bastard he was earlier, and Wooyoung swore his heart swelled at that. “No…” He said softly before his eyes moved to the door behind him. “The door, I don’t want anyone walking in.”

The other paused and glanced back at the door, a sly smirk had grown on his face. “You're afraid someone is going to walk in, I have a whole hour with you to myself…”

Wooyoung flushed but immediately covered it up when he scolded the other. “I’m not risking Yeosang or any of my coworkers to walk in seeing whatever we are about to do.”

San let out a chuckle, a devious look on his face before he moved to the door. Wooyoung watched, his button up hanging off his shoulders, and the second he heard the door lock he let out a breath. His eyes locked on with San’s as the other slowly approached him. “There. Now no one is going to interrupt us…”

Wooyoung stared at him, the want and need deep in his eyes, just as much as the man standing in front of him. “Good.”

San chuckled before he moved to kiss him again, his mouth now slowly led down his torso, the second the material was removed from his shoulders, Wooyoung let out a shudder, especially when San leaned in, tongue swiping against his one nipple. Wooyoung let out a noise and threw his head back. “Now be careful, Wooyoung ssi… we don’t want the whole office hearing.” San teased before moving to the other nipple.

“Shut up…” Wooyoung shot, right before he let out another gasp when he felt the other’s thumb rub his sensitive bud.

San smirked at him, enjoying this a little too much it seemed. “You know, you’re all bark and no bite… the second I start touching you though, you melt immediately…” He said tauntingly as his hand reached down and the heel of his palm pressed against Wooyoung’s twitching cock still hidden in his pants, his hips twitched before he stared right into San’s eyes.

“You don’t think I’ll bite?” He asked the other. His hands, then, reached up to tug the other’s shirt off. He then pushed San back the slightest so he could get on his knees in front of the other. His pants were undone and down in seconds, a surprised look on San’s face. Wooyoung paused but moved to remove his briefs next and when he saw the other’s hard cock he let out a surprised breath.

The length was surprising enough, but also the fact he was already hard and twitching. It caused Wooyoung to look up at him. “Must have been excited to see me huh?” He shot, his hand reached up and before the other could respond, he stroked him, a gasp coming out of San. Wooyoung smirked up at him. He didn’t waste time before he leaned in to wrap his lips around the other’s hardened cock, and as soon as he made contact, San let out his own noises. A hand immediately reached down to grasp his hair, it felt possessive, and Wooyoung liked it.

His gag reflex was thankfully tolerant as he worked on going deeper and deeper. This was something he hadn’t done in a while. Despite it all, he knew he was doing the right thing when he looked up at San. He saw the other throwing his head back and his chest rising and falling rapidly. It wasn’t long before he felt the other pull him off and when he was helped up, San backed the other up again.

“If you keep doing that I’m not going to last much longer… now…” He paused before he looked behind Wooyoung, an idea came to him then and before Wooyoung knew it, he was being turned around and pressed against the desk. He blinked at how quickly it happened, and how quick San had been to reach down and unbutton his pants. “Now… let me treat you how I’ve been wanting to for weeks.” He whispered to the other.

San pulled back gently, but at the same time dragged his blunt nails along the expanse of his back. His body twitched a couple of times out of sensitivity and that’s when San removed Wooyoung’s pants. Hands immediately on his ass and he tried to reach out to grasp anything to ground himself. “I’m going to make sure my hour is well spent with you Wooyoung ssi…”

He heard movement and he wasn’t sure what to expect until he felt San’s rough hands grip him, spreading him and it followed with the other’s warm tongue immediately on his hole. It caused him to let out a loud noise of surprise, which immediately made him bite his lip. Yeosang’s desk was right outside of his office; these walls weren’t exactly soundproof. “Asshole, warn me next time…” He shot at San before he let out another moan. San was way too good at this.

“Where’s the fun in that…” San purred from behind him and he immediately got back to work. Wooyoung let out a whiny breath as he felt the muscle pressing more and more against his rim, eventually he pushed in just the slightest and just that alone got Wooyoung closer to cumming. He wasn’t sure how much longer he would've lasted, with how the other was going, at this rate.

Then he felt him pull back and before he could even protest the other’s fingers pressed against his rim. The more he stretched the harder it was to hold himself back from the noises that threatened to tear out of his throat. He was on the verge of cumming when the other pulled his fingers out. Frustration immediately hit him. “You asshole! I was so close…”

He grew quiet as soon as San leaned over top of the other. His heart raced as he felt San’s hardened cock brush against his backside and he knew the anticipation would kill him. “You’re very demanding Wooyoung ssi…” He purred in his ear. “I’ll do it if you ask nicely…”

“You’ve got to be fucking joking me.” He scoffed before he turned his gaze to him. Of course the cocky bastard was smirking at him.

“I’m very serious…” He hummed before he pulled back. That’s when he felt the tip press against him, never really pushing in, but just teasing. “All you have to do is say please.”

“San…” He whined at the other.

“I’m waiting…”

Wooyoung was going to strangle him, not only did he make his life a living hell for the past few weeks, but now the asshole was making him say please. He couldn’t believe he was even considering saying it, but as he felt the other so close to pushing in, he knew he had no other choice.

He was never going to live this down.

“Please…”

“Please what…” San taunted.

Wooyoung clenched his jaw before he shot the other a glare. “Please… fuck me—”

He couldn’t even finish the sentence when San had pushed in. Wooyoung groaned feeling the other’s length fill him up, the stretch burned slightly but in the best way possible. His hands desperately grabbed for anything and eventually he had gripped the edge of the desk as San had fully pushed in. He stood there for a moment, thankfully, giving Wooyoung a chance to adjust to the stretch. Warm hands ran up his back and then to the spot right at the bottom of his neck. A gentle thumb ran across his skin there. “This tattoo, you’ve always had it hidden…” San said softly. “It’s kind of hot…”

Wooyoung grunted. “It’s just a tattoo…” He said feeling the warmth immediately bloom on his face. It worsened when San leaned down and kissed it a moment before he nipped at the skin there. Wooyoung whined out in protest. “San please…”

San smirked against the skin on his back. “See, saying please isn’t so hard…”

“If you don’t move… I’m going to kick you out and you can just take care of yourself.” He grumbled.

San hummed as he pulled back, his hands once again gently placed on Wooyoung’s ass. He gently pulled his cheeks apart showing exactly what he wanted to see. Then he began to move and Wooyoung moaned. “You’re not being so nice to your client Wooyoung… we’re barely twenty minutes in. I paid for a whole hour with you…”

He pulled all the way back before he thrusted forward, not rushed but it caused Wooyoung to feel the air punched out of him especially as San built a rhythm. His hands moved up to grab at his shoulders gently, almost as if he needed something to hold on himself. It led Wooyoung to being pulled up where he had to balance himself, arms planted firmly on the table and somehow the angle made everything so much better.

He reached that spot, that special spot that made him cry out. His nerves began to buzz to life, as he felt the pleasure slowly build within him. He knew if San kept up this pace, the way he touched him, he was going to cum. San must have sensed it, because at that moment he stopped and pulled out. Before he could even curse at him San’s strong arms manhandled him to where his back hit the desk and he had faced San now. “You jerk… why do you keep stopping when I’m so close!” He snapped at him.

San looked like sex on legs at that moment, his eyes sharp as he eyed the other’s body. He grabbed at the other’s thighs before he threw one over his shoulder, the other being supported by his arm. “I want to see your face when you cum… especially when it’s me making you feel that way…” He said a tone deep and dangerous it made Wooyoung’s cock twitch just at the words alone.

He groaned when San pushed in again and everything felt better in this angle. The way San’s cock pressed in just right, it made Wooyoung’s eyes roll back in pleasure. It wasn’t long before he was thrusting again, rhythm hard and fast causing him to let out soft noises each thrust. The feeling rapidly approached again, he knew he was going to explode at any moment. So he felt it, growing and growing until he finally let out a loud gasp, his back arched as he came hard.

San was right behind him, chasing his high with hard and fast thrusts. The desk creaked in protest until he pulled out, he immediately stroked himself and it wasn’t long before he came, streaks of cum hitting Wooyoung’s torso. For a moment they were catching their breath, and truly comprehending they had just done that.

San eventually turned his attention to Wooyoung. “You good?” He asked, his hand reached up and brushed the other’s sweaty strands out of his face.

“Yeah I’m good…” He said before San had helped him off the desk. Some papers and other stuff stuck to his back and he grumbled as he brushed it off. The fact they had done it on his other client’s paperwork felt dirty, but it was just paperwork.

San had reached behind Wooyoung and he grabbed the paper towels that had rested on his desk. He gently reached out and cleaned the cum off of Wooyoung’s torso. “To think this all happened because you couldn’t tell me how you felt.”

San shot him a look. “I thought it would have been obvious, I thought, maybe, you would have gotten the hint.” He said before he threw the paper towel away.

“I guess I was just afraid to admit to myself how I felt.” He said softly.

San stopped to look at him. “So you do feel things for me?”

Wooyoung raised an eyebrow. “You think I just let you fuck me on my desk for the hell of it?”

San couldn’t help the smile growing on his face. The dimples appeared as he did so. It warmed Wooyoung’s heart a little bit. “I will admit, I haven’t really had a good past with relationships, people were only wanting sex, never the mushy love part. That’s why I came to you…” San admitted sheepishly.

Wooyoung tilted his head at the other. He then reached out to take his hand hesitantly. “So, all this time the perfect match was me… I’m surprised I have never seen it. I usually see sparks between two people.”

San smirked. “I can show you sparks…”

Wooyoung huffed at the other and playfully slapped his chest. “How about this lover boy, we finish our session here. I get home, and properly clean up and you come over and I make you dinner… if you must know, I’m a really good cook…” He said softly. His eyes drifted to his lips for a moment.

San stepped closer and smirked down at him. “Will I get dessert?”

Their faces were now inches away from each other and Wooyoung felt like he might die. Before, he knew he was handsome but now up close, his heart raced. So a smirk came on his face, masking any signs of nerves. “Well… that depends on how dinner goes, I guess.”

San then pressed their lips against each other again. Wooyoung knew one thing, he wasn’t ever going to get enough of San’s kisses

˗ˋˏ ♡ ˎˊ˗

Six months have gone by before the two could even realize it. After that session, they immediately knew they would've wanted to keep seeing each other. So they took the leap and made it official. Wooyoung never really thought that he’d be here, being a matchmaker he focused a lot on other people’s relationships. He never really truly felt he could find love for himself.

San changed it all.

After a few months of dating, they eventually took the leap and moved in with each other. After long days of work they would greet each other with kisses at the door. They would make dinners together. They would take nice long walks by the Han River, everything felt great between the two.

The best nights were when they would get a little touchy with each other. It would simply start on the couch, the kitchen, or anywhere really. They couldn’t get their hands off each other and would end up making love, anywhere that they could get to, really. San still liked to surprise him at the office.

It was a Friday, Wooyoung was finishing up with his client for the hour, and when he walked her out, he stopped when he saw San in the waiting room, magazine in hand and acting nonchalant. He smirked and crossed his arms. “Yeosang ssi… does San have an appointment with me today? I don’t recall that being in the books.”

Yeosang looked up at Wooyoung, the assistant already knew what dirty thoughts brewed in both of their minds. “No but your next hour is clear…” Yeosang said simply.

His grin grew deep and mischievous before he turned to San, he was already up and approaching him with a predatory look in his eyes. “You’re lucky I don’t have a client this hour…”

“Mhm.” San said before he pushed Wooyoung into his office and kicked the door close with his foot. A mixture of giggles and laughter came from the both of them as they immediately were on each other. Wooyoung simply couldn’t get enough of San, and he knew that this was his true match made in heaven.
