yuri stirred sleepily, his arms still lazily draped around victor’s waist, he blinked, trying to get a sense of his surroundings since he didn't remember much of anything from last night, aside from victor’s warm arms wrapping around him.
his hands moved against victor’s waist, moving upwards to feel the soft rise and fall of his chest, so close to his, he assumes he's already up, since victor’s typically up before him, ready to take makkachin on his morning walk.
“..good morning..” yuri mumbled tiredly as his hand traveled to victor’s side, trying to find his hand so he could hold it, feeling his way around since his vision was still fuzzy from sleep, and the fact that he didn't have his glasses on yet
“..hmm?” victor hummed in confusion, feeling the gentle caress of yuri's hand down to his sides, his voice slightly rough from just waking up.
yuri's eyes darted upwards to see victor half awake, he tilted his head slightly, looking into his eyes innocently “..were you not awake before..?
victor contemplates yuri’s cute form for a second, before catching on to the situation, realizing he thought he woke up before him. he chuckled fondly before responding “no, my love..”
yuri stared up at him for a moment before glancing away and laughing warmly with him
victor smiled at him, reaching upwards to cup his face with his hands
“mmh.. you're too sweet to me..”
victor shakes his head, “never.. silly”
