You don't know how you've gotten into this position, one moment you tried to apologize and show your condolences to Griefer after he stabbed himself, Feeling bad that he had gotten badly hurt over something horrible.
And the next moment, you're now getting hugged and kissed by Griefer. Practically being used as a human plush-toy while he holds you TIGHTLY. acting as if you're disappearing if he let's go.
“...Griefer, can you let go? You're hugging a little tight..”
“H4h.. Y0u re4lly th1nk I'm g0nna l3t y0u go so f4st?”
“...Griefer, it's been an hour.”
“...Wh4t mak3s y0u th1nk I c4re.”
You scoff at his words, Sometimes Griefer can be a little— No. REALLY annoying. But it's one of his aspects you like about him, it's sometimes amusing how he can be annoying others then get all embarrassed and defensive after losing or getting proven wrong, even if it's over something stupid.
It makes you remember when you once witnessed him playing a game on his phone named Dandy's world, saying he loves to grief others in it. Following a trend where he'd use starters when people said “Abc for main only run!”, then switch into a main character. Just pissing everyone off.
And the time he was playing the same game, leading twisted's to lower stealth Toon's who are preferably on low health, getting angry when someone 'stole his machine'. He'd lead the twisted's to them aswell.
Griefer held onto you tightly, snapping you out of your thoughts. He nuzzles his head into your neck quietly, muttering an “I love you.” quietly, he knows it's cheesy. But he says it anyways. Griefer believes it's sweet. And that he loves stupid scenes like that. but he'd never admit this.
He'd probably never admit that he thinks of you in the sweetest way possible. admiring the way you looked, even if it were small details. He'd never admit that he loves when you make really cringy and weird jokes, embarrassing him to a whole new extent. He wouldn't admit to anything. But he knows he believes in it. And he won't deny it.
He'd never tell you that he'd want to re-live the scene of meeting you and getting to know you over and over again. He wouldn't tell you any of this, because he's too shy to do such things. He wants to maintain his image of the scary evil mean griefer who just bothers everyone. Even if he's aware that you already know who he is, and that you know that he loves you way too much.
Sometimes he wonders if you find him unbearable. Not in the funny type, because despite loving you so much. Sometimes Griefer doubts anyone could love him so much. Even if he acts like he's high and mighty, He isn't sure if you or anyone cares about him after all he's done. And yet you were always there to reassure you cared for him, no matter what he's done. at first. The feelings were really overwhelming for him. Of course his father loved him so much, but he never thought anyone except his father could care about him like this.
Griefer doesn't know how to return the favor, he doesn't know how to show how much he loves you. And he didn't know how to show it before he got injured. So now he's taking the chance of absolutely hugging the shit out of you to show you affection. Because he's still healing, he isn't even sure if he's gonna live. He feels guilty, too guilty. That he wasn't able to show you alot of affection before.
He wishes he could prove how much he loved you in more than just hugs and cuddles. But you're over here just reciprocating his hugs. Even if you protest on how he's holding too tight. You just appreciate him. Because he was always too shy to even try giving you a hug without it being insanely awkward back then. You love him so, so, so much. Even if he was weird alot of the time. Even if he owned a gorilla as a pet, a gorilla that might possibly beat him in his sleep.
You never questioned him about his antics. You never judged his weird-ness. And you most definitely never judged him at all in general. You treated him normally, despite the fact when you guys met, He treated you like ass. He doesn't know how to return the kindness you've showed him until now. And he wishes he could tell you how much he cared in words. But they never seem to be able to leave his mouth.
Griefer gets too shy trying to speak up about 'Cringe' romance-y things like this. Surprisingly something he actually admitted once. And that was the last time he's ever said anything cause you ended up teasing him and asking him if he got all giddy like a teenage girl who just got her crush to text her back when you comforted or reassured him with little things.
Right after that interaction, Griefer just told you to fuck off. grunting and crossing his arms. Showing he was annoyed. It was moments like that he appreciates sometimes. Even if it's embarrassing for him, Cause he was able to spend that time with you.
Griefer wishes he could spend all the seconds, minutes, hours, years, decades with you. He wishes that he'd be able to have a life with you, maybe get married or something like that. And have no kids, cause Griefer gets all blushy at the thought. He'd rather die with you than die with his kids.
As he was stuck in his thoughts, still hugging you tightly. His father barges in.
“Brad! I got you the gummy worms you asked for! I know you really wanted this—”
“0H ####! DAD. SHUT UP. I D1DN'T ASK F0R C4NDY.”
“But.. you've been asking for it all day.”
“N0 I HAV3NT!!”
“Ahhh, I see how it is! it's cause your 'pookie bear' is here, isn't it? As the kids say nowadays?”
“....0h my God, Y0u m4ke EV3RYTH1NG w0rst..”
