The Scarlet SkyWing Queen

Summary:

A basic rhyming poem inspired by The Night Before Christmas that is about Queen Scarlet.

Notes:

It's been a while since I uploaded poetry. However, this will be my last fanfiction poem for a while. I'm focusing on updating other stuff next year (which includes Travel Tales).

Anyways, I hope you enjoy this poem!

Once upon the SkyWing domain,

There was once a dragon often full of flames.

She was majestic and strong, with dark orange scales,

With shining rubies and golden chain mail.

A glimmer of menace, her eyes shined like gold,

She was the SkyWing Queen, strict and bold.

She was like poison with a serpentine grin,

She was a ruler with the pride and wrath of sin.

She soared the Pyrrhian skies, like a comet starlit,

She was the SkyWing Queen known as Scarlet.

She was gracious and strong, but wasn't so merry,

She was nothing more like a poisonous berry.

She had allies like her; a SandWing named Burn,

With Kestrel and more, all of whom were stern.

She flew like a hurricane, swift and strong,

She wasn't at all, never not at all, wrong.

She gives out a hiss, as smoke curls 'round her horns,

She's about as cunning as a red rose thorn.

Remember this name, as it's heard 'round…

Queen Scarlet, Queen Scarlet! SkyWing Queen crowned.
