The sound of water drips onto the concrete floor, as hooves smash onto old toys and pencils, the poor wood and flesh, as it bends and breaks, blood dripping out.

She knew she heard something, someone in the school, and she needed more red, more and more red! She needed paint! She turns a sharp corner, watching something disappear. She let a deep, animalistic roar out of her voice box, before booking it closer to the thing.

“I need your red!”

She collapsed on top of the teacher, wrestling with the more human looking toy, as they wielded a ball of sticks. They rolled around, their clothes and coats getting dust, grim, and blood soaked in, as they aim to kill each other.

The unicorn took the advantage and jabbed her horn into the human’s face, cracking the plastic, as she tossed her up. With a staggered stance, she ran up, and grabbed the matted, blondish yellow hair, before slamming her face, again, and again into the locker, staining it with blood.

The unicorn loosen her grip after a final, wet smack, tossing the body away, with a heavy thump . She worked at scrapping the blood off the locker.

While the unicorn sat, distracted, working, the teacher staggered up, more plastic falling and cracking on the ground, as her more real teeth dripped with drool, Barb screaming, as hunger crawled and growled through her stomach, overtaking her body.

A soft step forward, head tilted to the side, as she raised Barb, the homemade mace ready for blood, as she stepped closer, and closer to the unicorn, before smashing her head in.

Blood splashed, as she coated more of her body with blood, the toy gasping, and crying, whining and begging uselessly, as Barb splice open more and more of her skull, before finally she stopped, everything around the body coated red, as blood spreads more and more though the concrete floor.

The teacher lifted up her shoulders, and started to drag her away.

-

Outside the school, following the paths made through synthetic grass, was a tall orange canine, his black eyes watching as he survaid damage. Bron lights were damaged, some losing the lights, as bulbs slowly losing power, or flickering uselessly.

He gave a soft sigh, as he glanced around, the old cable carts were stuck at the beginning, leaving them trapped in the glorified bird cage. He sighs, and continues on going towards the Playhouse, the once bright circus tent bringing nothing but dread and terror, as he slips inside.

The dog sniffs softly, trying to ignore the metallic stench of death, as he tries to find any of his friends, or at least, the ones who still hold a little more of their sanity intact.

He jumps softly as he hears giggles, as tiny feet scramble around across padded floors, watching, waiting, all waiting for new prey, as they swarm and hide. He gulps, as he carefully moves across the play structures, careful about the rotting rope, and holes in padding, as he works towards the old cells, frowning as a few bigger bodies sat, waiting for a fate worse than death. Limbs were chewed off, ripped and bleeding, as they cried and begged for mercy, a mercy that’ll never come, not from the Prototype, or Catnap .

He watched, eyes trailing carefully, before he slipped down a hole, landing in a room. The room was coated in darkness, as a pillow of red smoke slowly flooded the floor, looking like a soft cloud of deadly gas, as he steps closer to a soft bed, a smaller form on the plush.

“Catnap…”

The form shifted, and slowly sat up, a puff of smoke leaving the gaping mouth, as he glared over at the dog.

He slowly stood up, feeling overwhelmingly tall, even if the cat’s eyes reached his own, the white pupils glared and watched heavily, as it huffed more smoke out, before finally, through a rough, glitchy voice.

“What?”

A soft yawn reached out their mouth, as they stretched, front paws hitting the ground, letting the dog overlap the cat, yet it felt like a cut in power, as the dog nervously chuckled.

“Sorry to wake you… The school has a message for you!”

The cat glances up, an eyebrow raised, before the cat bumps the canine over their head. A soft ‘oof’, escaping the male, as he squirms in the soft fleece, before turning around and grabbing the soft fluff around the cat’s neck, a soft purr sounding out, before feeling the cat move.

The cat moves gently, jumping out of the hole, slipping easily through the structures, and into the main room of the playcare, the grass crunching as Dogday nuzzles closer, smiling lightly.

“Catnap?”

“Mrruth?”

“Your comfy”

The cat’s back softly bounced, as soft giggles sound through, as they reach the door of the school house.

A paw pushes them open, leading them down to a caged gate.

Dogday glanced up, hearing a sharp sting, as an intercom turns on, struggling with age.

“This is Miss. Delight here! Welcome! Welcome! I have a special gift for you!”

The cat huffs, seemingly not happy with the interruption, as the cat pushes open the door, carrying the dog towards the teacher.

Dogday gasps, and jumps down, tail wagging as he runs over.

“Miss Delight! Miss Deli-... Oh, your face”

“I’m fine, Sweet Pup, honest”

He huffs, arms crossing as he pouts.

“But”

“But nothing”

“You called?”

“Oh yes, of course! I have food”

“Food? Oh! It has been a while”

“Good”

Dogday kept wagging, and woofs, laughing softly.

“Yay!”

The cat chuckles, softly purring, as Miss Delight chuckles, before leading towards the body. They softly walked, passing old classrooms, as Dogday looked around, cringing softly at pools of dried blood.

He whines, as he presses against the cat, glad the cat let him back on their back, as he nuzzles close, huffing and whining, as his ears droop.
They soon stopped at a room, the teacher pressing the door open. Inside the simple room was a drain, and an old safety shower, as a familiar, white plush body hung upside down, her neck dripping blood that stained the floor, and slowly moved towards the drain.

“C…Crafty?”

“You knew her? A Crazy bitch attacked me, for red paint?”

“Blood.”

“You… Killed her…?”

“Well, she tried to kill me!”

“Catnap…”

“Blood?”

“Drained almost completely”

“Good”

“Don’t…”

The cat ignores him, using his tail to grab the body, before going to leave.

“Ah! Do I get a reward!”

The cat glanced at the body, before ripping an arm off, tossing it over, the teacher immediately went to gouge on it, ripping and tearing flesh as they left.

Dogday whimpers, whining lightly, as he glares over at Catnap, worried.

“W…We aren’t right?”

“We need to eat”

“But…?”
“But nothing…”

The canine whines, and frowns, but goes quiet, hiding behind the feline’s head.

They arrived at Home Sweet Home, chaos hitting the dog’s ears as he peaked up, looking around, as they walked downstairs, before slipping into the hallways, passing wreaked rooms, beds overturned, halls blocked with walls of desks and filing cabinets.

They slip into the kitchen, Picky Pig working away at something, it smells good, as a fire burns from the old stove, Bobby and Bubba talking at the table. A small teapot with some cups sat, one in front of the two talking.

Bubba’s glasses were cracked, frames slightly bent, as his hands move around, following his words as he seems deep in his discussion, Bobby giggling along, looking love sick, her hair slowly slipping into her eyes, as she use her paw to pull the hair back behind, causing a wave of hair, before going to fix the messy bun on top her head, her nose twitching as a soft blush covers her face.

Catnap rolls his eyes, setting Dogday down, letting the social pup join the conversation.

“Guys! Hey!”

“Ah! Dogday, a surprise! Catnap let you loose, hmm?”

“Yeah… Hahaha! He’s just protective! We are best friends!”

“Right… Well, tea?”

“Oh yes please!”

He smiles, as the bear gently tips the teapot, pouring the hot liquid inside the porcelain, steam slowly rising out, the dog smiling, wagging happily as he picks the cup up, taking a sip.

“Dogday! Wait”

“Gah! Owie! My tongue!”

“It’s hot…”

The dog hissed, and shook his face, tongue stuck out, as he whined.

“I know…”

The elephant yelps, as he is shoved away, a purple paw grabbing and roughly pulling to face the cat, their eyes glaring and watching as the dog whines.
“I’m fine, Catnap!”

That didn’t stop the cat from checking, as they huffed and grumbled. Soon, and slowly they let go, letting Dogday help lift the chair back up, Bubba glaring at Catnap, as he, naturally, took offense to being pushed around.

The elephant huffs, and glares, as he sits down, going to sip his tea, grumbling.
Bubba frowns, and asks. “You okay?”

“Yeah… Yeah, I will be”

“Okay, good, good”

The elephant frowns, hissing softly. “Anywho, where were we?”

“Oh, we were at your discussion about lightbulbs?”

“Ah, right!”

Dogday easily mangled over into the conversation, letting conversation slide through the room, as Picky easily ripped and mangled the corpse, before forming dinner.

As time flew, and the conversations split and changed, more and more joined in the kitchen, before finally everyone arrived, and food was given out, everyone started to eat,... Everyone but

Dogday.

“What’s wrong Dogday?”

“Yeah! Food is great”

The dog whines, gulping as he looks at his plate, unable to see anything but Crafty, but the white fur that once decorated the piece of meat. He gulps softly, as he glances up, glancing over at Catnap, who gives him a disapproving look.
“I’m just… A little sick…”
“Oh no! Do you need rest?!”
“... Maybe… “
“Come”

The dog was picked up, and carried away by the cat, the others having no chance at arguing, or even speaking up.

“Catnap…”

Relax”

“Catnap”

They hissed, as the dog fought them, as they tried to get him to relax and settle down, the cat’s paw acting as an immovable force, keeping him down, compliant, and in their mind, safe. They hissed, as gas bubbles in their throat, an uncomfortable feeling, they tried to ignore as the dog kept fighting.

They glared, as the canine kept fighting, lightly clawing as he tried to get free.

“No! Let me go!”

“No”

“Yes!”

He hissed, glaring. “You’ve been feeding us people! Toys! US!?”

“What else would we eat!?”

“I knew the hour of joy was a bad idea!” The dog snaps, glaring, as he smacks the cat’s paw, pressing against it, and trying to get free, as he growls.

“The Prototype saved us!”

“He didn’t!”

“He did!” The cat growls, glaring as his voice box glitches, as his paw presses harder against the dog’s chest.

“Gah! We are in hell! We are going to die, a slow painful death!”

“No, we aren’t, not if we are together, We are together.”

“But the others…?” The dog whimpers, questioning why the cat would abandon their friends. They were supposed to be together forever, not killed off, eaten, and left to rot. His eyes burn, tears threatening to spill, as his ears hear the absolutely worst thing ever.

“Doesn’t matter to me”

He weakly sobs, crying uselessly, as he looks up at the cat, shocked silently, as his mouth bobs in shock, lost in thoughts as his claws weakly trace the cat’s paw, who’s grip slowly loosens on his body, letting his arms feel weak, as his head burns from tears, and overwhelming feelings.

“Shhs… It’ll be okay… We’ll be okay”

“N…nooo…. Nooo” He cries, sobbing and curling up. The cat gently tilts his head, before gently rubbing the dog’s back, offering some comfort, as the dog helplessly sobs, shaking, as he claws the bedding, hiccups and sobs interrupting his breaths, as the zipper on his torso dug weakly into their closing breaths.

He brought a claw up to his neck, clawing at the sun and zipper, air struggling to enter his lungs as he struggles, body shaking, eyes blurring, as he could barely feel the bed, much less the cat above them.

They whine, and whimpers, as the cat tries to calm the dog down, gently petting his head, looking down. They step down the bed, sitting across from him, before gently pulling his zipper down some, rubbing the claw marks, as they gave a soft purr.

Slowly, and with effort, the dog slowly calms down, leaving only pants in the room, as he snaps around, taking everything in, as he feels the paw gently pressing against his head, claws gently scratching as he whines, tail wagging.

He blushed, glancing up at Catnap.

“... catnap…”

“Yes?”

“... Thank-… Thank you”

The cat purrs more, bending down and licking his nose bridge.

“Of course”

The dog smiles, gently curling up, as he gently claws the bed, the cat soon rejoining, curling around the dog, nuzzling closer. Purrs slowly fill the room, as Dogday yawns, before slowly falling unconscious.

Catnap glares down at the dog, growling softly as he pushes the food back over.

“Eat”

“No!”

“Yes”

“No”

“Dogday”

“No!” The dog growls, glaring as he shoves the toy back towards the cat, curling around.

“You’ll starve!”

“I don’t care!”

“I do!”

“Well, good for you! I'd rather die than eat my friends !!”

The cat growls, glaring at the dog as they press the food back over.

“Now!”

“No!”

The cat glares more, and presses the food closer, before Dogday snaps, smacking the plate, and food onto the floor, ignoring the quick footsteps, as multiple plush bodies work at fighting over the food.

Catnap growls, smoke boiling out of their mouth, as they glare and growls, Dogday growling back, glaring back, as he slams his hands on the table.

“You need food!

“I need you to leave me alone!”

The cat scoffs, growling. “No!”

“YES!” He snaps, flipping the table, as he stomps closer to the cat, barely overlapping the cat in a feel of power. “I am my own person! I can make my own decisions! Leave me alone!” He snarled.

He stomps off, the cat watching, smoke filling the room, as a paw stomps the group of toys to mush. They hissed, walking off, going towards their shrine to calm down.

.

.

.

Dogday glares, as he stomped around, clawing his ears, as he roughly pulls as he stomps his foot, trying his best to not scream, not lose his mind, as he sobs, anger boiling into sadness, as he slowly collapse onto the ground, curling up as he covers his eyes, stomach boiling and pinging with pain.

He whines, feeling useless, and stupid for allowing this to happen, for allowing Crafty’s death! He didn’t know how to avoid it, but he could have done something, anything, to prevent this horrible situation, knowledge, this curse of knowing, and force into silence.

He was feeling trapped, useless and trapped, as he weeps and sobs, tears running down his face, his throat burning, as he feels weak.

He slowly sniffed, smelling a dull, almost hard to detect peppermint, causing him to snap up, and towards the green bunny, who’s ears jumped up.

“Hoppy!?”

“Hey, I’ve been calling you for a while. You okay?”

“I… I got into an argument with Catnap…”

“Oh jeez… Well, me, Kickin and Bubba were gonna hang out, you want to join”

He gulps, looking around softly.

“Yeah… Sure, I could use something to do”

“Alrighty!” She smiles, offering her hand, which he took, before being dragged along as she ran off towards the counselor's office, pushing open the door.

Dogday yelps, as he could barely keep up, Hoppy using a confusing path, looking back and around, seemingly making sure they weren’t followed, before slipping into the underground, catwalks destroyed in some areas.

He gulps, looking around as the bunny looks around, before picking the dog up.

He whines, blushing heavily.

“H-hoppy”

“Relax! I have to jump down”

“O… Oh”

The bunny jumps down, before making it towards a concrete area, Kickin and Bubba already there, talking hush.

“Hey Guys, I brought Dogday”

Kickin hissed, frowning. “Are you stupid?! Bringing Catnap’s pet?? Are you trying to get us caught”

“They had an argument, I doubt he’ll follow us now”

Dogday gulps. “Why are you all down here?”

“We’re… Uh…”

Bubba cut to the case, glaring softly.

“We are looking for a way to escape”

“Why?”

“Simple, the prototype is insane, and Catnap is far more so, then It

Dogday frowns, and glances down, worried.

“Guys… Maybe we shouldn’t attempt this”

“And be stuck here!? Waiting for our deaths??”

“Catnap has taken decent care of us!”

“By feeding us toys!?” Bubba snaps, glaring.

“Y-you know!?”

“Of course, we knew!”

“How could you eat it!?”

“What else is there to eat!?”

Dogday whines, tearing up, as he feels more guilt boiling up. “... o…oh”

Bubba sighs, rubbing his nose, as he glances away. “It’s best to attempt, then to stay”

“What about the others?”

“We… need to get one out, before the rest, to prove this works”

“So a sacrificial lamb?”

“Yes”

Dogday frowns, gulping. “W… Who will you choose?”

“Crafty… But she’s already dead, so Picky… Picky is the most willing to eat, as such, is a danger”

Dogday nods, understanding why, but feels terrible to have to put someone to the slaughter. He whines, as Hoppy rubs his back, worried.

“Guys, maybe we should be careful, we don’t want to be caught” Hoppy mumbles, hopping from foot to foot, as she snaps around, keeping an eye out. She gulps, ears folding and drooping on her head.

Dogday frowns, worried, as he watched Hoppy, worried, as he could feel the building pressure, the air thick as he swore he heard a crash somewhere, very far away, soft, yet it felt so loud, Bubba clear his throat, trying to cut through, as he fix his glasses.

“We should prepare, at least a little”

“Or we get the hell out of dodge! Dude, we are sitting ducks here, just waiting, much less planning!” Kickin interrupted, glaring at the elephant, growling. “I don’t want to die! Not now, not here!”

“We rush through and we get caught easier, He will find us, if we don’t prepare!”

“Who cares!”

The yelling was getting worse, bouncing off walls, as Dogday backed up, eyes shaking, as they flew around, struggling to focus, listen, much less calm the group down, until finally.

Guys! ” Hoppy calls, sounding panic.

“What!?” The two snap, glaring over at her, anger still burning.

“B…B…Bobby…”

Kickin paused, the chicken stiffening, before slowly turning towards the doorway, a red bear hiding behind it, before squeaking and running off.

“Oh Shit! Bobby! Wait!” The chicken calls, going to follow, before Hoppy gave chase as well, obviously worried for her girlfriend.

Dogday gulps, turning towards Bubba. “She’ll tell”

“Yes, she most likely will”

“What do we do?”

“Not much, we can try to escape, but we’ll be chased, or-” Dogday cries “No!”, Bubba continue, “Accept it, and at least be useful to the others”

“Bubba, no! We need you! You can’t die!” He whines, falling to his knees, grabbing the labcoat the elephant wore, pulling it softly, yet it felt so rough, his body shaking as he sobs.

“No, please… Run, try!”

Bubba looks down, and frowns softly, before gently petting his head, offering a comforting smile, as the dog sobs, sure to look pathetic, and weak, as he begs, useless to change the fate they all knew would happen.

Click, thump, splash!

thump…

… thump…

Thump…

Thump

Thump!

Bubba glanced up, and looked over, frowning as he glares.

“Catnap”

The cat glares, watching the scene carefully, tail puffed and wagging, causing soft breaks in the air, before picking Dogday up. The dog yelped, whining as he wiggled, trying to get free.

“Let go, let go letgo!” He cries out, kicking and clawing at the purple appendage, eyes widened as the elephant accepted his fate, the cat’s claws breaking air, as blood easily spilled, coating both parties, as the elephant chokes on his own blood.

He hit his knees, the white coat turning pink, then red, then a dark brownish red, as a puddle slowly form, drops hitting the floor, before his body finally landed down on the concrete, Dogday silent, choking and crying, weeping and  sobbing, as he covers his mouth, shock, appalled even.

He snaps towards Catnap, as the cat sets him down, his knees soaking up the blood, trapped there, as he looks at the life slowly draining from Bubba’s eyes, as he smiles up at Dogday, before closing his eyes.

“B-...Bubba…” He cries, shaking the body some. “D-don’t die… Please… Don’t…”

Catnap slowly leans down, overlapping Dogday, making him feel tiny, weak, as his chilling voice raises his fur on end, as tears dripped uselessly.

Eat, he did say himself he wouldn’t mind~”

Dogday whimpers, crying more, as his stomach grumbles, reminding him of the digging hunger he managed to ignore, up until now, as he looks at the warm body, tears and drool mixing together, as it falls off his face.

He whines, and cries. “B-but…”

Don’t worry, it’ll be okay, you’ll be stronger”

He slowly reached over, pausing just before touching, worried, panicked. “I-”

Do it~. Be stronger for us, for me~”

He swallowed the ball in his throat, panicked, worried, guilty, oh so guilty, as his stomach lust and growled, ready to have something to feast on, outside his own body, some food, some… No, this is Bubba, he needed to ignore the hunger, ignore the cat, ignore everything.

Bubba deserves better, all of them deserved better, He deserved better!. He shouldn’t eat this, eat Bubba, eat his friend. He sobs, claws digging deep into the bubba’s slowly cooling skin, as blood spills, and drips out from the plugged holes, before they turn to gashes, tears dripping and mixing with the blood, slowly turning it more reddish, as it slowly mixes together.

He sobs, as the cat rubs his back, offering some weak comfort, yet feels so amazing to the touched starved dog, as he cries, claws finally bringing a chunk of meat to his maw, before chomping down, swallowing with barely chewing.

He moans, the taste unique, a mix of veal, the soft taste, as the blood drip and coat his throat, before he ripped another piece off, and nom down, before bending fully down, putting his teeth down, ripping through the flesh, ripping and chewing, more sounds of pleasure, as he fed, his stomach crying with happiness.

He soon pulled away, giving a soft burp, as he leans back, ignoring how his muzzle felt wet, blood coating it, as his chest heevies, as he tries to calm down from the weird high, his body buzzing from energy, as he looks around the room, noticing Catnap first.

He whines, and collapses on the cat’s chest, ignoring the feeling of his sternum, as he sobs, regret coming up, gagging him, as he swore he felt bile rise to his mouth, as he heaves and claws.

Shhs, relax, it’ll be okay… Breath… Breath… He’s glad you did, you survived another day… Afterall

He whines, as he curls up, letting the cat gently pick him up, leading him away, and back towards Playcare.

-

Dogday glanced at the table, as Picky placed a plate in front of Dogday, rabbit, he knew, just from smelling it. He offers a soft smile, before immediately going to eat it, obviously pleasing the pig, as she smiles.

“Good, right!?”

“Yeah… It is! You're an amazing cook!” He complimented, smiling, as he was glad to avoid her anger. Recently, her temper was getting worse, as well as her gluttonous nature, leading her to cry and hunt for food, coming back bloody, and yet, still hungry.

Dogday was getting worried, and nervous, as every once in a while, he swore she felt her eyes on him, her hungry glaze, as he hoped to avoid her, sticking towards the school, and Playcare, interacting with only Catnap, and Miss. Delight.

He chuckles, as he listens to her ramble over food, as he grabs some chicken, putting it on the plate, as he goes to leave.

“Sorry, Picky, I’m off to see Miss. Delight!”

“Huh, but-”

“Sorry Picky” He ran off, unaware of her dark glare, as he quickly left Home Sweet Home, going towards the school. He smiles, as he slips in, going down the stairs, jumping to skip a few as he hums, happy to see a friend.

He soon arrived at the gated hall, setting the plate down, before lifting the gate up some, sliding it under. It soon dropped, as footsteps ran close, before plastic slid against the tile floor, pale, flesh tone reaching towards the bloody meat, before munching away, moaning and purring.

“Oh thank you! Thank you! Such good food!” She cries out, always so happy to receive food, to be fed, to have company, as she faces the dog, face flush with blush, as she smiles, eyes filled with happiness and tears.

“Oh, Dogday, you're so kind! Please never leave”

“Of course I’ll never leave” Dogday laughs, smiling, “You're one of my best friends!”

“Don’t let Catnap here that”

“Of course not!” He laughs more, “He’s more than a friend now…” He blush, embarrassed at admitting it aloud, as he rubs his heated cheeks, eyes downcast to the floor. The teacher gasps, and squeals.

“Oh spill! Please!”

“Oh, relax, there’s not much… I’m still not sure why I fought so much, he takes such good care of us, he feeds us, and while… He deals with Haritics so… Violently, they give back to us in the end, and it's part of the prototype's plan, yes?”

“Oh yes! Of course! Of course!” She nods, slamming her fist in her hand. “We can’t go against his will!”

“Right!” Dogday chuckles, looking up.

“But, Catnap! He’s been so sweet, and really cuddly”

“Oh? Our Catnap? The broody one?”

He chuckles. “Yep, he’s cuddly!”

She gasped, hand covering her mouth as she squealed. “Oh! So adorable! I wish I could see”

“Only in private, but he does like when someone rides his back!”

“Oh! How interesting!”

They kept talking, moving from topic to topic, mostly updates from outside, to personal thoughts and feelings, she was a good listener, and had excellent advice. The dog smiles, tail wagging and laughing freely into the air, filling the empty school with joy it hadn’t seen since that fateful day.

The two paused, when soft footsteps got close, before a shadow covered the dog.

“Catnap! H-” He cries out, as a pain splits behind his head, causing him to collapse on the floor. Miss. Delight shot up, growling.

“Leave him alone!”

“Food! Give me food!”

The pig growls, as she goes to slam the table leg down, only to be stopped by an arm, the teacher gripping tight as she tries to prevent her from killing the dog, as he was either dazed, or at worse unconscious.

The pig glares, ripping the leg away, before going to slam it down again, only to receive a kick through the gate, the teacher hissing as her thigh was stuck, and she pulled and tugged, trying to get free as the pig growl, huffing and puffing, as her eyes looked crazed.

The animal stood back up, and shot over, now focusing on the teacher then the dog, hitting the gate and shaking it, the teacher crying as her leg shakes and rips softly, flesh bleeding, and hitting the floor in soft platters.

She whines, glaring at the pig, as she finally gets her leg free, the gate shaking, and heaving. As the pig kept trying to get through, the teacher worried that it would give out, and the pig would get to her.

She jumps as a gas mask hits the floor in front of her, before another hit down next to it. She ran over to it, slipping it on, before risking getting close to the gate, as a body thumps onto the ground. She pants, and gasps, as she turns Dogday over, noting he was unconscious, before covering his face with the mask.

Slowly, the red gas filled the room, spreading and coating the floor with the toxic fumes, the pig snapping around, and glaring at the cat, before running towards the purple feline, the cat jumping over, landing in front of the gate, glaring and growling, hissing at the pig.

He kept the protective stance, as he glared at the pig, hissing again, as more smoke filled the area, the gas slowly rising and twirling, the pig going to attack again, before a tail smacked her away, causing her to hit a wall.

He growls, glaring heavily as he watches, her body slumped as red slowly dripped on the floor. He hissed, as the smoke slowly dissipated, his paws moving closer to the pig, as he growled.

Injuries?

“I’m fine sir! Dogday is just unconscious” She gets out, cradling his head through the bars.

Good ”

The cat leans down, before biting down on the pig’s head, easily cutting her life short, as he swallowed it.

As a reward, you can have her for food

“Ah, thank you, sir” She mumbles, bowing her head and offering the unconscious dog over, letting the cat’s tail wrap around him, and lift him up onto his back. They slowly walked off, the cat dragging the body over to the teacher, before leaving her in the flickering lights.

-

Dogday groans, awake to Bobby caring for him, his head pounding, as he hissed at the brightness, even though the room was as dark as ever, he lightly smacked away the red bear’s paws, trying to back away, as he felt awful and overwhelmed.

“W-where am I?”

“You're in… Catnap’s room, you suffered a bonk to the head”

“Oh… Picky…” He frowns, hating to hear the mention of the event. “How long was I out for?”

“Not long, Catnap went to get some food for you”

“Ah, how sweet of him” He smiles, fond of the idea, but Bobby frowns softly. “Dogday”

He hums, turning to her, smiling.

“Do… You think all this pain was worth this?”

“Huh?”

“The hour of joy?... Now? All the deaths and pain… Was it worth this?”

“I… Don’t know, it doesn’t feel right, and I hate it when it comes to this, but we are free right?”

Bobby sighs, glancing down. “It… Doesn’t feel like freedom to me, more like we are still trapped… We can’t leave, the Prototype won’t allow it, and Catnap ultimately listens to him… Can we even see the sun? Or the clouds, or the grass… Hell maybe even the moon? What do they look like?!” She sobs, her tears streaming down, as regret presses against her shoulders, and burns her chest, breath hitching.

Dogday frowns, worried, as he watches her.
“Bobby”

“No! This isn’t right! It’s so quiet, and lonely, and there’s no love! There’s nothing but rot, decay and hunger! Mind numbing hunger! I miss the employees, I miss the food they gave us! The nice ones always gave out such nice treats!” She sobs, hugging herself, as she curls up on her chair.

He frowns, noticing how disheveled she was, how unclean, how untidy, she was always a master of grooming herself, yet, here she was let go, fur spread in every direction, patches lacking fur, as pinkish skin shone through, jagged marks from claws scaring, as some still look red and aggravated.

Her arms were the worse, looking like she took a saw to them, long lines, thin lines, thick and jagged, all worse and worse, as they cover all around, as she shook her hands around, all done, by her own claws, all in the terms of the weighing guilt, as she look like she lost sleep, eyes bulging, let sunken in.

Dogday whimpers, backing away in fear, as concern lace his heart, until finally, her rant came to an end, her final words bouncing around.

“I wish I were dead!”

She sobs, clawing her eyes, ripping fur and ruining the soft skin she took such precious time into caring fore, before she ran off into the celled line halls, leaving Dogday alone, with his thoughts, as her words weight on his mind, her despair hitting like a nail in a board.

He gulps, as he turns to the door, but doesn't give chase.

Far from the room, far from anyone, deep in the counselor's office, was Bobby Bearhug, the kind, caring soul, of the Smiling Critters, who felt love all around, as she gently tied the rope, into a noose, before tying it around a pull up bar for the grab pack, standing on a chair.

She gently took the noose, put it around her head, and tightened as needed, before she jumped off her chair, and her neck gave a snap! Crack!

And with her death, marked the final two smiling critters. Playcare officially marked almost empty, as no one inhabited or made sure it didn’t rot away.

Years had past, Catnap being clingy and refusing to let Dogday go anywhere, the dog feeling the same trapped feeling Bobby described, as it got to the point where his arms sat binded to the wall, an argument coming to a close in his mind.

He rebelled, scream at Catnap, over what his actions caused, how he ruined his friends life, his life, and he was sent a fate worse than death, for he was to rot, unable to move, leave, see anything more then the one hall that face out of his cell, as he was taunted with giggles and laughter of mini smiling critters, and every once in a while, they would swarm and attack, munching away at his kicking legs, as he scream and cried in agony, until all that was left was his upper half.

He pants, blood dripping as he swore he was on death's door, ready to open it, as his blur vision slowly filled with purple, and red, until he was met with black. He gave a small, soft smile.

When his eyes reopened, he was shocked to be met with the floor of his cell, his arms numb, as he noticed his lack of legs.

He thought he should be dead, organs spilled out, as critters feasted away, until a voice called.

You're not dying on me yet…

He glanced up, just as the cat walked away.

He frowns, feeling the leather dig into his torso.
