You're amazing, you know that?" Earth murmurs, softly kissing Mercury on the forehead.
The two of them are in the asteroid belt, they have been able to evade the Sun's watchful eye and they didn't run into Ceres, right now they were cuddling, both of them in each other's arms
" Awww, thanks Azure!" Mercury exclaims as he twists a lock of Earth's hair around his finger,
"I think you're like the only person, or celestial object, that's ever said that to me."
"Really? What about the Sun?"
"Well the Sun has called me amazing before, but it felt....overwhelming in a way."
Earth frowns and his eyebrows furrow, he lets out a hmph. "Well they're certainly celestial bodies of the uncultured kind, since they've failed to see the beauty and amazing-ness of my darling boyfriend." He says dramatically.
That sentence makes Mercury chuckle. "You're so silly."
"Anything for you, Sunflower~." Earth says in a flirtatious tone.
Mercury blushes at the sudden change of tone in Earth's voice. Earth notices this and asks. "What's wrong sweetheart? You don't like the pet name anymore?~"
Mercury, in a flustered state, buries his face in Earth's chest. "Sh-shut up Earth!" He says, his voice slightly muffled. His dark blue flame hair barely touches Earth's chin.
Earth giggles, but then he hears Mercury yawning.
"Tired?" He asks.
"Yeah..." Mercury murmurs.
Earth turns his head to look both ways, then he lowers his eyes to Mercury "I think we should leave and then go back to my orbit to continue, who knows if Ceres sees this as an opportunity to strike?"
"Yeah...you're right"
Earth and Mercury then leave the asteroid and go into Earth's orbit.There, the two of them continuing their cuddle session until they fell asleep.
