It was a normal Friday evening in the marauders dorm. Remus was reading. Sirius and James were planing a prank. And Peter was in the library to study. After Sirius and James finished planning a prank Sirius got bored. „Moony!“ he said to Remus. „What?“ Remus replied still focused on his book. „Wanna go to the lake?“ Sirius asked. „No Pads. Im reading“ Remus said still focusing on his book.
„Ok if there’s no other solution“ Sirius said and sat down on Remus‘ bed next to Remus. Remus was not noticing him at all. „You really take this seriously moons? Alright. Prongs, unpack our vinyl” Sirius said. “Always” James replied. “Starman” by David Bowie. Remus showed no reaction. “Still cold. Even if we play your favorite song?” Sirius said. “ I guess I’ll have to take this as a no. Mind if I sit next to you Moons?” “I don’t mind” Remus said. Sirius started discussing stuff about school again. Not about the topics in classes more about who is the stupidest. While that Sirius did some actions that confused Remus. Sirius grabbed Remus’ hand. But only for 10 seconds. What did that mean. Remus started to focus on his book again. “That’s why you shouldn’t continue shagging my brother!” Remus overheard coming from Sirius’ direction. That made Remus closed his book. “Excuse me. what? You shagged Regulus, James?” Remus said. “Uhhhm yeah..” James said awkwardly.“Are you fucking serious?” Remus said. “He isn’t but you should try it.” Sirius said with a smirk. “What? I was being seriou- OHHhhh.” James realized. “What?” Remus said. He did understand what he meant but he can’t literally say that. Right? Sirius was straight after all. I mean he snogs girls at quidditch parties. “Did I understand you correctly?” Remus asked. He was sure Sirius said that but it can’t be true. “Did I fucking stutter?” Sirius asked. So Sirius did say that. “Anyway. How did you get with Regulus out of all people?” Remus asked actually interested. “I mean he’s hot and I got the chance to.” James said. “What about Lily though?” Remus asked. “Lily? I don’t like her anymore I got over that phase.” James said. “Ok..” Remus said. Remus turned to the side to see Sirius and he was already staring at him. Sirius was staring at him. And now that Remus looked back Sirius got a little closer to him. “What are you doing?” Remus asked Sirius. “Nothing. I’m just sitting next to my friend. You ofc” Sirius said as if he was acting totally straight right now. “Ok ig.” Remus Said and picked up his book again until Sirius put the book down. “Don’t read.” Sirius said in a lowered voice. Sirius tilted Remus’ head up with one of his hands. “Ok if you’re gonna kiss right now I will throw up.” James said. “Shut up” Sirius said. Kiss? So Sirius was gonna kiss him? Like on the lips? Right here? Without Remus having to ask him? Sirius hand was still on Remus’ chin. Remus and Sirius intensely stared at eachother for too long. Probably 2 minutes. That’s hell of a lot. Sirius face slowly came closer to him until there were only a few centimeters between them. Remus couldn’t take it anymore. He didn’t care James was watching he just grabbed Sirius by his leather jacket and kissed him. He just kissed Sirius. I mean he still kissed him. Now Sirius kissed back. It was amazing apart from the fact that James was still watching them. But that wasn’t the most important the most important was not to fuck this up. Then the kiss ended. Sirius pulled away and stared at Remus again."Prongs, can you leave for a sec?" Sirius said tilting his head in the direction of the door. "Sure I'll leave you lovebirds alone" James said leaving the dorm room. "Why did you kiss me Moony?" Sirius said so quietly it was almost whispering. "you dont have to speak quietly Pads no one is around." Remus said. "Answer my question Moons" Sirius said leaning his head closer to Remus' face. "Maybe.. I like you and thought it was a good oportunity (sry if its spelled wrong) to" Remus said trying to seem uncomfortable wich he wasnt. "Maybe... you sure Moons?" Sirius said lowering his voice and leaning his head even closer to Remus' face. "yeah. and.. yk,, maybe I want to kiss you again." Remus said also leaning his head closer to the other ones face. "I'll take that as a yes." Sirius said shortly before closing the distance between their faces. Now they kissed and the kiss was.. everything for Remus and surely for Sirius too. After the kiss ended Sirius said: "I like you too" Remus doesnt know what to say right now apart from reading it n books Remus has no idea about romance. "Flustered Moons?" Sirius said in a jokingly arogant voice. "Maybe a little. I have one question tough" Remus said. "What Moony?" Sirius replied. "Do you like wanna be my boyfriend?" Remus said. "Ofc unless you have to make it a really big deal." Sirius said. "I wont. I swear. I will tell it to Lily though" Remus said. "I think we can get James back in the room." Sirius said. "Sure"
