Chapter Text
Ariel packed up her books as she dismissed the council meeting. As all the council members waved by and started grouping together and talking, she waved.
"Bye, everyone! Remember, the next meeting is on Thursday!"
She slid on her backpack and started walking out, locking the meeting room with her key. She tidied her uniform and fixed her personalized red uniform, signifying her position in the council. She exhaled as she waved her hands in front of her in a fanning motion. She looked at her list of errands and council duties before walking off towards the main office.
As she walked off, she heard yells or cheers.
She assumed it was a school fight, so she followed the screams as she was ready to send the students off to the office. As she arrived, she realised it wasn’t a fight; a goat-like creature was mauling a teenage girl with bright red hair and in a strange outfit that wasn’t the uniform. She gasped as she pulled out her two-way radio to alert the staff that there was an emergency, but as she was subconsciously backing away, she tripped over a black jewellery box. The redhead was no more, as blood streamed down the goat made of string and comic book pages.
She heard the crunch of the body as she looked down quickly at the box she tripped over; it read, "Open this! you’ll need it, newbie.”
She fumbled to open it as her focus bounced between the box and the goat that had spotted her. She tilted her head in confusion as her eyes landed on a necklace before a girl ran out from behind her, charging at the goat. The girl was also wearing a strange uniform. The girl yelled; "Put it on! Quick, I may need your help!” Ariel fumbled and put it on, still in a confused state. As it lay on her chest, the gem glowed, and suddenly a giant saw spawned in front of her and slowly sawed her body apart in slices.
She screamed in agony as she cried in response to the pain, her hands landed on the saw, trying to pull it off of her as it overpowered her and continued to saw through her head. Her brains split out as her eyes bulged out of her skull. Her body spewed in pieces as it lay in squares on the cement.
Her body reformed before it could start bleeding; her body was back to normal, but her outfit was now similar to the strange uniform those girls wore, but it was light red, white, and had fluffy sleeves, and her hair was now in a ribboned ponytail. The ribbon was light red to match her skirt, which was connected by a light red ribbon.
Her ribbons flew in the wind as another girl grabbed her hand, and they both ran straight to the monster.
