"C'mon!!" Allison exclaimed, grabbing my wrist tighter. "I'm trying!!" I responded with a laugh. I opened my eyes, in front of me was huge field of wildflowers. "Wow..." I said. His expression dimmed, "Do you not like it?" he asked. I blushed, "No! No! It's just...so pretty..." I said softly. "Haha! Knew you'd like it!" Allison grinned. He brought me to a little clearing in the center of the field. I sat down on the dirt, "Why'd you even bring me here? I-I mean it's gorgeous and all...but why?" I asked, looking to Allison. "Ugh, you're so impatient..." he muttered. "Well, I thought it'd be nice to have lunch with you out here and stuff...and y'know, talk," Allison explained. I looked down to my feet, "Oh! Alright! Sorry!" I stammered. He sat down, opening a picnic basket. "Don't apologize, it's fine!" he said with a smile. I smiled back, "Okay, sorry!" I replied. He shoot me a glance. "Sorry!!" I apologized, my face getting warmer with every word. "Francis!!" Allison exclaimed. "...sorry..." I whispered. He rolled his eyes, "That's it, no food for you!" he joked. He smirked at me, "Allison!!!" I pouted. He laughed, "I'm joking!!"

Allison began taking out little sandwiches, which I guessed were made by him. "Here's yours," he said, handing me a wrapped up sandwich. I smiled, "Thanks!" I said. He looked to me and smiled back, "No problem," he replied. He pulled out his own sandwich and three bottles of water. "Why are there three?" I asked. Allison chuckled, "I know how much water you drink, Francis!" he teased. I rolled my eyes, "I don't drink that much water! You just don't drink enough!" I exclaimed, turning my head away. He began unwrapping his sandwich, "Uh-huh, sure," he nodded. I unwrapped my sandwich, taking a bite of it. Surprisingly I didn't feel like vomiting as soon as I took the first bite. "Mmm..." I said, looking over to Allison, "Not bad," I said with a smirk. He scoffed, "My mom wasn't home!!" he said. I took another bite of the sandwich, "Sure," I responded. He glared at me with an offended look. He took another bite of his sandwich, keeping his eyes locked with mine. I forced myself to look away and continued eating.

Soon enough, we both finished. "I gotta admit, you aren't terrible at making sandwiches," I joked. Allison shot me a glance, "Don't try me," he stated. "Alright, Mr. Grumpy-pants!!" I teased. He looked away for a moment before throwing himself onto me. "Allison!!" I exclaimed. He looked at me, his face only a few inches away from mine. "Whaaat?? I said not to try me!~" he replied smugly. I felt my face warm up, "A-Allison...c'mon!!!" I replied nervously. "Nuh-uh," he said, shaking his head. He leaned in closer to me, our noses now touched. Allison laughed, I could smell the sandwich he had finished eating. "A-Allison!!! P-Please!!" I stammered as I blushed once more. He rolled his eyes, "Ughh...you're no fun!" he complained. He leaned away from me for a moment. I let out a sigh. It always flustered me when he got really close to my face. Allison shot me a quick look. I raised an eyebrow, "Allison?" I asked, sitting up from the ground. His eyes locked with mine, for some reason I felt like I couldn't look away. We just stared at each other for a moment, until I heard a bird. I quickly turned my head, searching for the bird that made the noise. Then, as soon as possible, Allison quickly leaned in and gave me a light peck on the cheek.

I felt myself blush, "Allison?" I asked, looking to him. He had backed up and was sitting on the floor. Allison looked to me like he didn't recognize his own name. I chuckled, "If you just wanted a kiss you could've asked..." I said with a smile. His eyes darted to the ground. I grinned, "Besides, I don't mind a kiss," I added, as I scooted closer to him. Allison glanced at me, quickly looking back down at the floor. I smiled before giving him a kiss on his cheek. His eyes widened, "I-uh...I'm supposed to me the flirty one!!!" he pouted, turning his head. It seemed like he was blushing too. I laughed, "Well, now you know how it feels!!" I replied, reaching for a bottle of water. I stood up, holding my hand over my eyes to block the sunlight. "Where did that bird go...?" I whispered, searching the field for any movement. Allison leaned over to a patch of flowers, plucking them one by one. I turned around, "What are you doing?" I asked, stepping closer to him. He turned his head, "Getting flowers..." he muttered, turning his head back and continuing to pick wildflowers. He picked them out, roots and all. "Allison!! That's not how you do it!" I stated. I sat myself down next to him, "Here look, like this..." I said, gently picking one of the flowers.

He smiled, "Oh...okay," Allison replied. I tucked the flower behind Allison's ear. "Here you go!" I chuckled. He laughed, "Thank you," he said theatrically. I looked to the pile of flowers Allison had picked, "Can I use those? I wanna make flower crowns," I asked softly. "Oh yeah, knock yourself out," he replied calmly, bunching up the pile and handing it to me. "Thanks!" I smiled. I grabbed two flowers, laying one on its side. I twisted the other flower around the first wildflower. I grabbed another two flowers, repeating the process. The process of making a flower was usually around five minutes if you didn't mess up but my hands were shaky and I kept messing up while tying the flowers together. Eventually, I finished my first crown. "Allison! Look! I finished!" I exclaimed, holding the flower crown up like it was a treasure. He looked to me, "Good job!" he replied with a smile. I gently placed the crown on his head, "There! Now you're the king!" I said brightly. He raised an eyebrow, "Of?" he asked. I paused for a moment, "Uhhh....of....of flowers!!" I answered. Allison smiled, "Cool," he replied. I went to grab a flower, "Wait!!" Allison yelled. "Can....I make your flower crown?" he asked softly. I nodded, "Of course!!" I said as I handed him the pile of flowers.

Allison's knots were messy, almost all of his flower's stems were broken. He fumbled to tie the ends together, his crown hanging on by a thread. I sighed, "You're doing it wrong," I stated. He scoffed, "I'm doing fine!!" he argued. I rolled my eyes, "Do you want me to help you?" I asked with a grin. He looked away, still messing with his flower crown. Allison turned his head to me, "....yeah...." he admitted. I chuckled. "Alright, here, let me show you..." I said, scooting closer to him. I placed my hands on his. I cautiously un-did the mess Allison had made, "Follow what my hands are doing, okay?" I explained. He nodded. I picked up two flowers, I laid one horizontally. Carefully, I twisted the other flower's stem around the flower's stem. Tying it with a knot. Allison's hands followed mine, although his were alot more clumsy. I repeated the process about six to seven times. "See? That's how you actually make a flower crown," I said. He rolled his eyes, holding the crown in his hands. "Here you go, m'lad—wait. What's the guy version of m'lady?" Allison asked. I shrugged, "I dunno..." I replied. He rolled his eyes, "Whatever, uhh....m'sir! Yeah, that's good. Well, here you go, m'sir!" he said dramatically. I lowered my head, still looking at him. He placed the crown on my head. "I dub thee...king of the flowers!" Allison exclaimed. We both burst out in laughter. I leant onto Allison's shoulder, "If only everyday could be like this..." I whispered as I closed my eyes.
