"Tommy! Tommy! Hey! Tommy!" A loud voice calls from behind the blonde. He turns to see Wilbur, pushing the door of a yellow cab open while he swings his arms at the blonde. Tommy sighs, taking the cigarette away from his lips, throwing it to the floor, and walks in the opposite direction. "Wait! I've got to talk to you!"
Tommy hears the sound of Wilbur running up to him and he turns as Wilbur grabs his arms. "Your bald freaks hit me with a fucking broom! They almost broke my arm!"
The two started to walk as Tommy continues to snap back at Wilbur as he tried to exscuse his 'army'.
"Look, listen." Wilbur grabs Tommy by the shoulders to stop him from moving. Tommy just looks up at him through his sunglasses as the brunnette flaps his arms. "This needs a tremendous act of faith on your part, but hear me out."
"Here comes an avalanche of bullshit." Tommy stomps away from Wilbur, as the brunnette follows behind.
"A little more faith than that." Wilbur stalks Tommy as the blonde rushes into a restaurant. Tommy sits down with Wilbur stumbling onto the chair in front of him.
"I don't want to hear anything you have to say." Tommy stares at the pale brunnette thought his sunglasses, giving a bored look.
"You have every right to be-" Wilbur notices the waiter with the shaved head stood to his left. "I'll just have a coffee, thanks."
"Sir, everything you order is free of charge, sir." The man nods with a smile. Tommy rolls his eyes.
"Why is it free of charge?" Tommy asks and ignores Wilbur’s panicked arm flails.
"Don't ask." Wilbur manages.
"Whatever." Tommy turns towards the waiter. "I'll have the clam chowder, fried chicken and baked potato and a chocolate chiffon pie."
The waiter nods and turns away towards the kitchen but Wilbur stops him. "Clean food, please." The waiter walks awaywith a nod. Tommy looks to the kitchen and sees the rest of the staff nod all heads at Wilbur. Fucking hell.
"You've got about thirty seconds." Tommy pulls his sunglasses off, properly giving Wilbur a 'pissed off' expression.
"I know I've been acting very strange, okay? I know it seems there's two sides to me-"
"Two sides? You're Dr Jekyll and Mr Jackass."
"I deserve that but I came to realise something very important. The nature of our relationship wasn't clear to me for reasons I won't go into." Wilbur explains with exaggerated hand gestures. Tommy becomes agitated, scratching the back of his neck. "I know I haven't treated you well."
"Whatever." Tommy grabs his bag to go but Wilbur grabs him and pulls him back to the chair.
"No, no! Fifteen seconds, please! Fifteen seconds, don't open your mouth." Wilbur continues with his begging. "I'm trying to tell you I'm sorry. What I've come to realise is that I really like you, Tommy."
"You do?"
"I really do. I care about you and I don't want anything bad to happen to you because of me." Wilbur finally says. He looks around the restaurant before continuing in a whisper. "Tommy, your life is in danger."
"You what?"
"You need to leave town for a while. Get out of any major city." Wilbur continues in a whisper, ignoring Tommy's sigh the blonde throwing his head back. "Just go camping..."
"You're an insane person."
"No, I've involved you in something terrible." Wilbur begs, grabbing onto Tommy again so he stays in his seat. Wilbur continues to drag on about Tommy running away.
"No. Shut up." Tommy demands.
"Your not safe-"
"Shut up!" Tommy snaps again and Wilbur falls back in his chair for the blonde to continue. "Listen, I tried, Wilbur. I really tried."
"I know you did."
"There are things about you I like. You're smart, funny. You're spectacular in bed." Tommy says, ignoring Wilbur's smug smile. "But you're intolerable. You have very serious emotional problems. Deep-seated problems for which you should seek professional help."
"I know, and I'm sorry." Wilbur nods his head in agreement.
"You're sorry, I'm sorry. Everyone's sorry." Tommy finishes the conversation like that. "I can't do this any more. I can't. And I won't. I'm gone."
Tommy grabs his bag and pushes up from his chair, leaving Wilbur alone on the table. Wilbur reaches up and tries to grab Tommy but the blonde rushes out to the street.
"Tommy, you don't understand!" Wilbur rushes out and grabs the blonde and turns him around to face Wilbur.
"Leave me alone!"
"Tommy, I am trying to protect you!" Wilbur flails his arm and pulls Tommy closer and off the road.
"Let go! I don't ever want to see you again!" Tommy screams at Wilbur, getting all in the older man's face.
"That's fine..." Wilbur trails off and looks behind Tommy before charging back into the road "Here, wait right here!"
Wilbur runs into the middle of the road, running towards a bus "Hold it right there!" Cars beep at him as they pass but the bus stays where it is, Wilbur stopping the cars from passing "Shut up!" He yells at a car beeping it's horn.
He grabs Tommy and pulls him towards the bus, grabbing money from his pocket and shoving it into his hands. "Take this money and get on this bus. I promise I won't bother you again." The car beeps again. "Shut up!"
Wilbur starts to beg, pushing Tommy closer to the bus but Tommy snaps back around with a sharp look. "Why are you doing this?"
"They think you're a threat. I can't explain it now, just trust me!" Wilbur flails his whole body. "If I know where you are, you won't be safe."
"I'm keeping this, I consider it asshole tax." Tommy looks down at the money and walks onto the bus. Wilbur has turned away from the bus so he can't see Tommy leave.
"Fine. Remember, stay out of major cities." Wilbur reminds, pointing a finger behind and loosely aiming it at Tommy.
"Wilbur."
The brunnette snaps around, taking in the blonde. Blue eyes stare at his own brown.
"You're the worst thing that ever happened to me." Tommy says before the bus door shuts and he's taken away. Tommy watches Wilbur's eyes sadly follow him.
The blonde sighs, making sure his bag is on his shoulder correctly before walking towards the back of the bus. He never makes it.

Tommy has been dragged through the building by the baldheaded fucks as they force him to be dragged up stairs. Tommy kicks and hits them as they drag him, biting out insults to his supposed kidnappers. Tom Simons is going to skin Wilbur Soot alive.
"Fuck! Eat my shit!" He screams at the men, as the two pull him up the stairs and into more darkness. They stop at the top of the stairs and Tommy can finally plant his feet.
"Let him go." The familiar voice demands. He's released immediately and he turns around to face the brunnette.
"You." Tommy leaves it in the open, not exactly directing his words.
"Hi, Tommy." Wilbur smiles at the blonde with teeth before he turns to the men who dragged him upstairs and the ones surrounding Wilbur.
"Leave him with me. Meet me downstairs." He demands, wafting his hand towards another group of stares. The men nod but one stays back and checks things with Wilbur. The brunnette reassures him and the man is on his way.
"You fucker! What kind of sick fucking game are you playing at?!" Tommy stalks towards the brunnette, his shoes echoing as his arms stay still to his side. "Putting me on a- Oh, my God, your face."
Wilbur had been injured, blood seeping out of his neck but the brunnette still stood there smiling down at Tommy with a teethy grin.
"Yeah, I know." Wilbur let out a laugh. His voice sounded croakier as he brought up the gun in his hand and rested in on his jaw. The men had picked up bags now, the majority leaving in the elevator.
"What happened?" Tommy asked, rooting in his pocket for something to put over the injury.
"Don't ask."
"You're shot."
"Yes, I'm shot."
"Oh, my God." Tommy mumbled, using an old tissue to hold against Wilbur's face, brushing his fingers through the brunnette curls. "Who did this?"
"I did, actually." Wilbur's raspy voice replied, putting his hand on Tommy's shoulder. The brunnette turned to the last man left, one that arrived before Tommy was here. "Find some gauze."
The man ran off, leaving the two in silence as Wilbur watched the younger study his current status. "You shot yourself?"
"Yes, but it's okay. Tommy, look at me." Wilbur rasped. Tommy's blue eyes stared up at Wilbur and took away the napkin, taking in the man's tired face. "I'm really okay. Trust me. Everything's gonna be fine."
Tommy then gasped, looking through the window as the closest building blew from the bottom floor, soon spreading up. Flames fly out of windows, as floors fell through on eachother. Tommy watched, seeing the building fall to the ground. Others followed close behind, each only leaving rubble behind. Tommy and Wilbur watch in silnce
Wilbur's fingers crawled into Tommy's, asking for permission. Tommy interlocked the fingers, turning to face the brunnette.
"You met me at a very strange time in my life" Wilbur smiled at the blonde, genyle eyes taking in Tommy before turning back to the buildings. Tommy did the same, looking towards the buildings collapse to the floor in the dark night.
