After The Party

Summary:

Avery attends the party of the season, and recognizes the main dish: his very own lover.

Notes:

from r/degreesoflewdity murkowmanor: I just had a galaxy brained thought. Random chance to Avery to be at the party Bailey sells you to.

Submissive player.

Work Text:

"Tonight, we've got a delectable treat."

Several of the rich patrons began to clap as she was revealed. The table was full of wealthy people she didn't recognize.

They were all dressed up like it was a masquerade. In ballgowns and extremely fancy masks. So even if she went to the police, she couldn't say anything.

That was, if the police would even do anything. Bailey probably bought them all off.

She'd been gagged with a ball gag that looked like a cherry. Her hands were tied together behind her back. It made lying like this more painful, and made it that much more difficult to struggle.

She lay spread over the party, naked except for the desserts piled upon her. She stared at the ceiling and tried not to cry.

She was just a couple pounds off, but Bailey wouldn't even give her that mercy of a few more days to pay.

Several of the party goers started to eat from her body.

"What a lovely dessert. And what a beautiful presentation, too."

There was raw hunger in their eyes. She looked pleadingly and desperately at the patrons, but none of them showed any fragment of humanity, or showed her any mercy.

Spoons tickled against her thigh. She held as still as physically possible. She tried to glance towards any exit, but all she saw was more people. Each of them had their faces hidden by masks. It was eerie, and overwhelming. She couldn't tell one person from another.

"Oh, and our late arrival finally came."

"Traffic was dreadful," came a familiar voice.

The host rose to greet him.

Avery stared down at her. His expression turned completely grim. He clutched tighter to his jacket which was balanced over his arm.

Unlike the rest, he had no mask. Maybe he hadn't realized the kind of party it was. Or maybe he just hadn't put it on yet.

"That's....She's mine."

"Your child?"

"My lover."

"A bit young for you, isn't she?"

Avery ignored them.

Avery reached to lift her from the table. He got her into a sitting position and held her to his chest. Cream topping spilled onto the table and onto his suit.

He got her bindings and gag out.

"A-Avery! P-Please!"

"Shh. I've got you," he said.

"What do you think you are doing? That is the main dessert. The party will be ruined!"

Avery pulled out a wad of cash from an designer leather wallet. "Take this as compensation. Buy yourself some morals."

"Do you really think you'll be able to show your face around here after this? After you took the main event from the party?"

Avery sneered. His dark eyes were full of pure rage.

"After this, I would not wish to associate with such company."

"You'll never be welcome in respectable society again."

He pulled off his suit jacket and wrapped her up in it.

"Madame, you are hardly respectable company."

"Good night," he said.

He carried her out all the way to his car.

She clutched tight to his white long-sleeved shirt. Already, she'd left a stain from the berry red topping. It might not even clean off. She had a horrible thought that he might leave her for this. That this might be the tipping point.

Ruining his car and things, not being good enough...

Then where would they be?

"S-Sorry. I'll get them dirty. Your car, too..."

"They can be cleaned. It's fine. What's more important is getting you back."

He leaned in and kissed the top of her head. She clutched tight to him for a moment. He helped her into his car and locked the doors.

"However did you end up like this?"

"I missed a payment."

"A payment? How could someone like you be in debt? You're only just barely eighteen."

She looked down at her feet.

"Never mind, we can talk about that later. I should get you home."

"Not yet. Please...just a little longer..."

"You want to spend some time with me? On a school night? Rather naughty..."

"Could I...stay?"

"The night? I'd have to book a hotel. And at this late hour, who knows what would even be available. But, I'm sure your caretaker must be worried sick about you."

"No...Can I stay permanently? W-Where you are?"

"That's going rather fast," Avery said flatly.

"S-Sorry."

Avery ran his hands through his dark hair. It was close-cropped. Some expensive hair cut which was classic and fitting for his job. It cost four-thousand dollars to keep up, she knew.

To Avery, that was nothing. Just another business expense.

Wherever Avery lived, it had to be beautiful, because Avery only had the best. She'd had so many fantasies of Avery leaning down and kissing her and all but begging her to stay with him forever. A place where she'd fall to sleep in his arms and there would be no debts, no hunger or worries. Avery would have an expensive security system. Avery would treasure her.

But in the end, they were nothing but daydreams.

"I wouldn't mind waking up with you, but...It's complicated."

She pulled his jacket close about her. "O-Okay...I g-guess I overstepped my bounds."

He was her first boyfriend, and so much older than her. Sometimes, she had to work hard to keep up. Avery had so much more experience than her. Sometimes, she got lost in his arms and thought there was more than a payment and a meeting at the weekend.

He'd rescued her, that first meeting, and kissed her. It'd been the first time something good happened to her in a very long time. When he gave her the card, she'd gone out right away.

Most of the guys her age were complete assholes anyways.

Then, he'd handed her a wad of cash. She'd been able to pay Bailey easily that week.

It'd been nice. He hadn't even slept with her until months later. At first there'd just been kissing and she'd gotten paid for spending time with him.

"It's not that I don't like you. I'm in a custody battle right now. The last thing I need is my wife having something against me. And she would twist every beautiful thing between us, no doubt."

She glanced back to him. His expression was grim.

"You were married?"

"You don't have to sound so surprised. I'd like to think I'm a catch."

"You are...I just had never considered there was someone...before me."

Of course there would be someone before. He was much older than her, after all. Old enough to be her father. But sometimes, she liked to pretend Avery was all hers. Even if she only got him for a couple hours a week.

She liked to have grand fantasies about Avery with a bag of money freeing her from the humiliating, grueling and often terrifying life as an orphan. Like some fairy tale prince, he'd rescue her and one day she'd wear a white dress.

When she was pulled into Avery's world, she always felt this deep thirst for this to be hers permanently. A soft, elegant bed, a beautiful home and a beautiful life with no fear.

It was all foolish, wasn't it? A romantic daydream with no footing on reality. But it distracted her from the crushing weight of what life was like.

Avery sighed.

"Was married. We were college sweethearts. We had the whole package. The kids, the house in the suburbs. But, work took up too much time and we grew apart. When she served me the papers, I...lost my temper. The house is still in renovations because of it. Of course, we had our fights, but I was completely blindsided. I always thought we just needed one more vacation, one more beach house and we'd be that close again. In the end, I was just fooling myself."

"...D-Do you miss her?"

What she really meant was do you wish it was her here now? Am I just a placeholder because you can't have her?

"I miss what she once was. I'm not too fond of the bitter woman now. She's already engaged again, and the divorce isn't even final yet. She's flaunting it, and trying to deny me custody to punish me. With my temper, I've given her far too much ammo in this war."

"She thought I was cheating on her. I wasn't, but she's been bitter ever since. And she'd take you being here as proof of...that."

"Oh..."

"The truth is, I'd had such a horrible week the first day I saw you. But, I was inspired to help that beautiful girl up there trying to get that lichen. I felt happier than I had in a long time. Like I'd reclaimed that part of myself I'd lost."

"Then...I was your revenge?"

He took her hands and kissed them.

"No, you are my joy. Every time work runs late, every traffic jam, every horrible divorce hearing, I think to myself just wait until the weekend. Then you can see her and feel alive again. I am eternally grateful to be able to feel this way again. I let work devour me. My marriage collapsed, I may lose this custody battle and never see my kids again. But, there is a beautiful girl I get to meet every weekend who reminds me there's still good things in life."

"I'll book a hotel. Hopefully there's something decent left around here. I can't have you in some crack hotel for the night, filled with all sorts of criminals."

"...Then, I can't visit where you live, not even for a night?"

"My ex-wife tends to give surprise calls and visits. You're likely to see a side of me you wouldn't like. You're far too pure and lovely to be dragged into such bitter affairs."

"I don't think there'd ever be a side of you that I didn't like," she said softly.

"You're sweet, but I've definitely got a few... anger issues. It's certainly made the divorce proceedings more complicated than they had to be."

"I may have to go to court mandated anger management before this is all over if I ever want to see my kids again," Avery said.

"Divorce truly brings the worst out in everyone. I should hope you never have to go through what I did," Avery said.

"I-I hope so too," she said softly.

He drove on. She had almost dozed off when Avery parked his car in the front of the grand hotel. He got them checked in for the night and led her up the stairs to the VIP room.

"This is a much better than the one I left," Avery said.

"And indeed, there's much better company."

He patted her on the arm. "You should get cleaned up."

She glanced back warily at him.

"Are you afraid to be alone? Do you need company?" Avery teased.

She looked shyly to him.

"W-Would you?"

He smiled.

"If you wish."

He led her to the bathroom the same way he led her to the dance floor when they'd won the ballroom dancing contest. She'd practiced dancing and took dancing lessons for weeks, and it'd all paid off.

The bathroom was beyond elegant, to the point of decadence. The shower was very large, with several shower heads on each side so that a downpour of water came about them.

Avery effortlessly worked the complex knobs to adjust the temperature until it was perfect. Cream and berry juice circled the drain.

He kissed her shoulders, and up her neck. She arched herself so he could have all of her.

He was gentle as he washed her back and let the rest of the sugary sick topping disappear. If only the memories would go as easily as well.

The warm water rinsed over every part of her. He kept a steady grip on her and kissed her mouth.

She suddenly flinched back as the memories of the night came back.

"I-I'm sorry. I-I didn't mean to. I-I'll be good. It's just..."

Less than an hour ago, strange men and women were pawing at her naked body and using her for dinner plate. And this was only the beginning. Bailey could sell her to far worse people.

Avery took his hands away.

"Do you want to stop?"

If she stopped, if Avery didn't want her anymore, then how would she survive? How would she manage to pay her rent? Bailey had hiked up the price to over a thousand pounds a week. She'd have to sell her body almost every minute of the day to pay that off.

She looked up at him.

Avery didn't look angry, though.

"I-I'll do better. P-Please, go on."

"You're not in trouble. If you wish to stop, then I will leave now," Avery said.

It'd feel good. And when he was done he'd pet her hair and tell her she was such a good girl. Sex was the only way anyone ever touched her or comforted her.

Right now, she wanted to be held. She wanted his arms around her. And she was a rather turned on by his presence.

"I-I want to. I just...remembered."

"The dinner party?"

She nodded. "Y-Yeah."

"You don't have to feel obligated, dear. We can end the night here and I won't be angry at you."

"B-But I want to."

"Fine. I'll give you some better memories."

He bent down before her. The water slicked his dark hair back.

"Lay on your back. Careful not to slip," he said.

The shower was so big and elegant that she could easily lie back and let him touch her. His tongue brought such shuddering, intense pleasure as he worked her clit. She held onto his shoulders as his tongue slipped against her. She let her head fall back. Water covered all of them.

Avery had lots of experience in pleasuring people. He could get her off remarkably fast and have her cum so hard she could barely walk.

He broke away before she came.

"I think it's time. I'd like you to cum when I'm inside you," he said.

"I-I didn't hurt your knees, did I?"

"I'm not that old," he said wryly.

"I-I mean, the bottom is rough," she said.

"To make sure we don't fall. I'm sure we aren't the first to get frisky in a shower, nor will we be the last."

Avery smiled.

"It's my turn to be on my back. Come climb up onto me."

He sat against the back of the shower, and she crawled onto his lap. His cock was already quite hard. She lowered her hips slowly. She closed her eyes and took him in as deep as she could manage.

She'd never dated around. Avery was her first. Sometimes, when she was very foolish, she'd hope he was her last.

She placed her hands at his chest. He had to wake up at five AM to make sure he got to the gym every day. His body was still quite fit.

"I hope this drowns out the whole unpleasantness of the night," Avery said.

She spread out her legs and shuddered. He let out a soft groan as he fucked her.

Avery pulled her tight against his muscular chest. The shower rained down about them. He slowly thrust into her. Avery kissed everything of her he could reach. He held her steady at her hips, and didn't let her fall.

His girth filled her up. The noise of the shower drowned out the slapping of skin. He held her tight so she didn't slip.

His face was pressed against her breasts, right between them.

"What perfect breasts. Even more that they're completely real. You look like you've had quite a bit of work done, but it's all genetics. You're like a work of art, dear."

It was so different from the way the boys her age yelled out things like look at those cow tits! or nice rack! Some of them even snapped her bra as they went.

He rubbed against her clit, in the same rough, even demanding way he had when waiters or other staff members disappointed him. Avery could assert himself in any situation.

"Cum for me, sweetheart."

It didn't take her long to feel the release of cumming. His cum filled her up. At least it'd be easy to clean here.

Avery reached up and turned off the shower.

They both got up, and she stepped out into the coolness of the hotel bathroom. The mirror had fogged over completely.

He handed her a robe.

"Don't catch a chill, dear."

She dried her long red hair.

He kissed the top of her head. "There, now you're all clean. Now, forget all that ever happened. I'll keep you safe from them."

"R-really?"

"Of course," Avery said.

"Um....I...don't have anything to dress in."

"There's robes provided by the hotel. I'll buy something for you in the morning. I rather like how you look now. A shame they beat me to it. I would love to have a dessert off of your body."

He paused.

"Too soon?"

"N-No...I would like that...if it's you," she said.

"Good to know," Avery said.

She clutched tight to his hand.

"Please, Avery. Let me see you more. I-I'll do anything. I'll rub your feet, I'll clean your house. I don't want to miss my debt and end up like that again, or worse. The only things I can find to make enough money...are worse. You're my only hope of staying alive and safe," she said desperately.

Her voice cracked. How pathetic. She could barely keep back the tears.

"Again, you mention a debt. How could you have a debt? Did you get one of those credit cards? Are you being hounded by loan sharks?"

She couldn't meet his eyes. Bailey had been very clear that they weren't to talk about it. Bailey hated when his orphans ended up at the soup kitchen or begging for food. It made him look bad.

When she spoke, it was so softly that he had to lean in to hear her.

"When I turned eighteen, Bailey said I owed him money for everything he paid out to take care of me. I-It's up to a thousand a week now."

"A thousand a week? To someone who hasn't even graduated school yet? That's craven, utterly craven. If he were here..."

"I almost had enough. But, my school uniform ripped and I had to replace it. And...I was short, just a little. That was how I ended up at the party as the...main dish."

"How I'd like to get my hands on that 'caretaker' of yours. We should take this to court. It can't be legal. It's extortion."

Avery balled his fist. There was something savage in his dark eyes like she had never seen before.

The courts and cops wouldn't do anything. Bailey had them all paid off. But, Avery was mature and rich. Maybe he could find a way to help her more.

"Then, you'll help?" She said hopefully.

Avery let out a sigh.

"I wish I could. But, I'm in the middle of a merger. And a divorce, unfortunately. I barely have a spare moment, or lawyer, for that matter."

"Of course," she said. She glanced down.

She should've known. Everyone let her down in her life. It was only a matter of time until Avery did as well.

"No, no. I'm not giving up on this. I'll figure out exactly who I have to report that scumbag to. Until then, whatever you owe, I'll pay you double. You've given me so much joy, you're more than worth it."

He kissed her.

"He can't find you here. You'll be safe for now."

He brought her close into the hotel bed.

For tonight, she could sleep without the constant worry that someone might climb through the window.

The next day, he gave her a kiss and handed her a wad of cash. It was such a disconnect from the luxury to the same old orphanage. At least this week she wouldn't be thrown out. She had that at least.
