• You already took care of the brothers before you started dating Lucifer, but your role as a mother figure only gets cemented further once you start dating the father figure of the group.
• They have all realized that you are the only thing that could stop an angry Lucifer and fully use that to their advantage
• It’s not a 100% guarantee that you will actually stop Lucifer (especially if the brother deserves punishment), but it is definitely better than nothing
• However, Satan and Belphie have fully weaponized this to get away with their Anti-Lucifer League shenanigans
• To counter this, you keep Lucifer apprised of any plots formed in the “Lucifer, you SUCK” chat that are outside the realm of acceptable (you still have no idea why they added you to that chat in the first place)
• You are also the only one immune to Lucifer’s lectures. He knows from experience that the sound of his voice will only turn you on, so he doesn’t even try to lecture you.
• When it comes to the brothers’ bad behavior, if Lucifer is the stick, you are definitely the carrot. You have found ways to incentivize good behavior and curb bad behavior.
• For example, you set up a system for Mammon to get paid for every assignment he gets an A in. This has greatly improved his grades and work ethic. Lucifer thinks you’re a miracle worker and wonders what benevolent force brought you into his life.
• Another example is with Beel. Lucifer has already made a stairway where no one but him can go in. Why can’t he make a fridge that will only open for Beel and a fridge that will not open for Beel? Lucifer’s eyes lit up at the thought and it was a lot of fun watching him get engrossed in making the curse on the fridges. (Even Satan got involved and some brotherly bonding went down)
• The end result had food related tantrums decrease by 90% and food costs were cut in half. Unfortunately, that did mean that you needed to be present for stocking Beel’s fridge as you were the only one besides him that could get into it.
• At one point you tried to make the demon equivalent of a slow feeder to occupy Beel while dinner was being made, but there was no substance in all of Delvildom that Beel couldn’t just destroy to get to the food.
• However, all the boys know they are in trouble if you use their full name.
• “Asmodeus, stop taking selfies and help your brother” “Beelzebub, I told you to wait until dinner started” “Leviathan, you need to actually go to school” “Belphegor, don’t use that tone with me. Go do your chores”
• There are of course three boys who don’t shorten their name: Mammon, Satan, and Lucifer
• Mammon has already been conditioned to associate his name with being in trouble so half the time he doesn’t even need it shortened. For the other half, you just need to speak in the Mom Voice and he knows you mean business
• Satan never gets in trouble without Lucifer already being directly involved so you don’t need to scold him yourself as Lucifer is already zealously on it
• In the rare cases where you need to chide Lucifer, you opt to use his angelic title “Lucifer Morningstar, you have not slept in three days. Come to bed this instant”
• The other brothers love you very much and are still prone to swarm you with attention from time to time. You will find yourself surrounded by the 6 of them all demanding attention in one form or another.
• When this happens, Lucifer will without a word, pluck you from the middle of them, bridal carry you over to another seat, then set you on his lap with his arms protectively around you
• When asked he says that he could see that you were getting overwhelmed (even if you weren’t) and came to rescue you. This is a complete lie as it was 100% a territorial thing. You are HIS after all.
• Now, when it is Diavolo getting clingy it is a whole other story. You can see the war going on in his mind of wanting to respect Diavolo, but also wanting you all to himself. Lucifer will try to distract Diavolo by talking business, but that rarely works. Most of the time you take pity on the poor man by extricating yourself from Diavolo to come back to Lucifer’s side.
• The look of relief and pride when you come to him and get him out of the awkward situation almost makes you want to make it happen again
