We're rocking around the Christmas tree

Summary:

Steve and Bucky are spending their first Christmas together in the 21st century.

Hello!

This is the first time I've created a moodboard, I'm rather satisfied with the result, but I'd like to know what you thought of it so I can improve in the future!

Montage of Bucky, Steve, a Christmas tree and a record player; mostly shades of red and green

 

It’s their first Christmas together - in this century at least - and nothing could burst their little bubble.The first time they are alone to celebrate the Holiday, and free to be themselves.

Earlier, when they were starting the decoration of their tree, Bucky started to hum. The humming turned into singing rather quickly, and Steve recognised the song as the version of an acapella group he likes, from their latest -Christmas!- album. He joined Bucky in song as his partner reached the chorus then grabbed him and spun him around. His dancing abilities sadly limited, he captured Bucky’s laugh with a kiss and they went back to setting the lights.

Now the two of them are listening to an old Bing Crosby album with their traditional record player, swaying on the rhythm while hanging the baubles in their tree. Rocking around the Christmas tree, indeed.
