Chapter Text
*Chapter one*
3rd person
Beacon Hills is also referred to as the city wolves. Here is it normal for people to be a werewolf. People in the town are mostly Alpha´s or Beta´s, but there is only one Omega in the entire town.
Stiles Stilinski, son of the Alpha, Noah Stilinski, the sheriff of the town. He had never expected to get an Omega as a son, and to be honest, he wasn´t happy about it at first, but when Stiles had looked at him as a baby, with those giant brown orbs, Noah knew that he would love his son no matter what.
Omega’s are very frowned upon in Beacon Hills. They get treated like a lower class, and for the most part, The Alphas mostly see them as lazy or as “ stress relievers.”
An Omega is especially seen as an introvert in a pack, and most packs in Beacon Hills, and that Stiles Stilinski experience a lot on a daily basis, not allowed to sit with the rest of the kids, or get thrown to lockers, called a ` bitch´ or a ` sex toy.´
But that’s the life of an Omega.
Or is it?
Stiles´ P.O.V
I was slowly walking down the halls, with my books in my hands and my bag on my shoulder. I used my index finger to push up my glasses, cause even werewolves can have a shitty vision, didn´t you know? I was almost at the classroom I was supposed to be in when I was shoved into a locker. I looked up to see the Alpha Jackson walk away with a smirk on his face as the Beta’s that always followed him, laughed as they left saying shit like, `damn Omega’s like it rough.´
I collected my books up from the ground and dusted off my clothes, I was kinda used to this treatment from both Beta´s and Alpha´s, even some humans too, but they were always more careful insulting me, But the Alpha´s said the harshest shit, They called me `slut,´ and ` whore´ on a daily basis.
I walked into the class as I sat down at my “assigned” seat, in the back, of course. I laid my books out on my table, making my usual pattern that made my books a perfect map for studying. It was one of the most boring classes ever, but funny enough the one I was excelling most in. I walked to the cafeteria as I sat down at an empty table, used to being alone since I had said to Scott that for him to avoid being bullied for hanging out with an Omega. Scott was very much against it, but he was almost receiving death threats on a daily basis, and his mom, Melissa McCall, also an Alpha, said that even tho she has nothing against me as an Omega, she wanted her son to be safe.
“Hey Stillinski,” Jackson said as his gang showed up at my table, most of them were laughing, some giggling, the guys gave each other ridiculous looks followed by light punches to the arms. I continued to look in my book as I took another bite of my apple.
“I was wondering, as an Omega, you must be able to handle it pretty rough and hard right?” He said with a laughing undertone. I could feel my ears burn red and my nails trying to form claws. I just closed my book as I took my tray trying to walk away from them.
But they weren´t having it.
“And where do you think you are going?” Jackson said, yanking the hood of my sweater back, taking a grip at my neck shoving my head down at the table. I could hear my stuff fall to the ground and the cafeteria goes quiet. I could feel Jackson´s breath on my neck and I knew his eyes were bleeding red. “How dare disrespect me, I´m an alpha, And you submit to an Alpha you little bitch!” He growled, almost making me whimper. I let my eyes burn into their yellow-amber as I looked back at him with a glare.
“I will never Submit to ANYONE!” I yelled, defending my beaten down status as an Omega. I could see the anger rise in Jacksons' burning red eyes, I took the time he was distracted in to kick him in the Alpha jewels, and wiggle smoothly out of my hoodie, and sprinted for the exit.
That’s something Omega’s don´t get enough credit for, we are pretty flexible, and it isn´t the first time I have been having the need to use that to escape an Alpha´s grip.
I sprinted down the halls, making twists and turns, bumping into people on purpose, trying to blur out my scent so Jackson or other Alpha´s can´t smell it. I ran through a door, ending up in the boy's locker room. I quickly took a deodorant and sprayed it across the whole room, and snuck into a locker hiding in there with a smelly jersey across my chest trying everything in the world to cover my scent as much as possible.
I heard the door fly open with an incredible force, as I could hear people walk into the room. I tried to slow down my heartbeat as I, once again, rubbed the jersey on me. I could feel the tears stream down my face in pure fear as I heard things being pushed to the sides and stuff getting thrown on the floor. I sat there for what seemed like forever before they left. I tried to move, but I was practically paralyzed, sitting in some random guy's locker with a red and probably tear-stained face.
My head was snapped up when A guy opened the locker, blasting my face with light that I had to cover my eyes. Just by the smell, I knew it was an Alpha. I looked up to see a tall, well build, dark-haired guy, starting to get a little stubble on the lower half of his face. He was wearing A tight white Henly with a lacrosse jacket over it, finished with a pair of equally tight black, denim pants.
“Sorry…” I said as I looked down, not in submission but in embarrassment. Embarrassed that I was seen and not just by whatever werewolf, it had to be an Alpha, my luck didn´t seem to fail me, making me go up against two Alphas on one day. He didn’t say anything, but he offered me a hand that I took and was yanked up to my feet, having no sense of balance, and mostly numb in my legs I fell down on my butt to a bench.
“What were you doing in my locker?” The guy asked harshly. I looked down at the floor, mostly to avoid eye contact, but also to hide my mess of a face.
“Hiding,” I said with a shaky voice, that could more be confused with a whisper. The guy looked at me like my answer was obvious, but looked like he wanted an explanation of `why?´ I was hiding in his locker.
“I was being chased by an Alpha and some of his Beta´s,” I said, feeling the tears stream down my face, in gentle strokes. I could tell my face was heating up with embarrassment and shame for being an absolute wimp while an Alpha was looking at me.
“ I see, so you are the town's Omega?” He asked looking at me with a look that clearly robbed the guy from not being the best with emotions or people for that matter.
“The one and only, and before you ask, I´m still a virgin, I´m not a slut. And I WON´T submit, “ I said feeling my eyes shine into yellow while the hot and salty water still came fresh from my eyeballs. I felt like a failure and a disgrace at the same time knowing that this Alpha is gonna hurt me now for standing up for myself.
“I wasn´t thinking that,” He said making my head snap around, to look at him with confused eyes there faded into a normal, human-like, hazel brown. That was new, every Alpha in this god-forsaken town had asked me how rough I liked it, or how expensive I was. A guy had even come up to my father asking how much he wanted for me, of course, my dad arrested him. I could see that the guy had an idea of what I was thinking.
“You don´t hear that a lot?” He asked as I shook my head with tears still running down my face making it even redder with puffiness and embarrassment. I could feel he was looking at me with what was feeling like empathy. I was just sitting there, crying while he just sat there as a witness to my pathetic pity party.
He put a hand on my shoulder making me flinch, giving him a surprised look on his well-structured face.
“I have to go home,” I said in a shaky voice as I rose to my feet, falling down to the floor the balance in my legs had yet had to return. I heard a loud sigh from him as he left his seat on the bench too. In one motion I was on his back, in a piggyback ride style.
“I´ll drive you home, you clearly can´t yourself,” He said with a half frown half cheeky grin. He was definitely one of the weirdest Alpha I have met, he is actually… Nice. We came out to the parking lot before he sat me down on the passenger seat, fastening my seat belt, as he moved over to the driver's seat and starting his, way too fancy for me, Camero.
“Why do you treat me so nice? I´m an Omega, Alpha´s usually hates me or wants to use me as a breeding toy,” I said look at the guy beside me. He let out a small chuckle, not taking his eyes off the road on the way to my house, that I had given him the info on as he had carried me out of the school.
“ Not all Alpha´s are the same, I don´t see Omega´s in that way,” he said as he shot me a small, friendly, smirk that made me relax a little. He drove into the empty driveway and turned off the car and made his way over to my side, opening the door for me. I was not used to this kind of treatment, especially from an Alpha. I gave him a small thank you as he offered me a hand and he followed me up to my door.
“Hey, can I borrow your phone for a moment?” He asked as he held his hand out in response. I gave it to him, a little skeptical of what he was gonna do with my phone. I could see he was dialing something in and then his phone went off in his back pocket.
He handed me back my phone with a smile playing on his face revealing a little bit of his, very, white teeth. I could see that he had put himself into my contacts, I looked at him with a little confusion, he let out a sigh as he looked back at me with a weird sympathetic look on his face.
“Text me next time you decide to hide in my locker ok?” He asked with a small smile on his face, I gave him a nod as I looked at my screen, seeing his name.
“Derek Hale?” I asked, looking at him confused as he gave me a nod back.
“Yup that’s me, what is your name by the way?” He asked looking at me as I once again felt the embarrassment rise in the pit of my stomach like vomit.
“Stiles, Stiles Stilinski,” I said feeling my cheeks flush red in shame over my own name. All he did was chuckle a little and give me a pat on my shoulder as he headed out of the door, but before he went out he turned around looking at me with a small playful look on his face.
“See you around Stiles,” He said as he disappeared out of the door, leaving me to be with the silence that had seemed to have gotten louder after he left.
Ok maybe being an Omega isn´t so bad again.
